I submitted a review and Molly from Shein stated she would help with my order and then she would like for me to update my review. I have reached out to Molly and till this day i have not received a reply or assistance. This is so the worst online shopping experience I have ever in my life encountered. DO NOT SHOP AT SHEIN! They dont care to assist anyone. This was my original review below. I will never order from shein! They delivered my pack to the incorrect address and when i reach out the next day they told me there wasn't anything they can do. A month in half later and they dont want to resend or refund my money the package was 600.00. Everyone writes the same message (copied and pasted) and dont care to help. The customer service is horrible. The reply at 4 am and when you reply you have to wait 24hr for them to send you the same message. They dont care to assist. I have bought multiple times on Shein. Fro clothes, to bags, jewelry etc. I can say that they are much cheaper than the ones you can get at the mall but the quality is good. They also have lots of coupons. I think the only not so good is the shipping. It takes a while to get it but I understand that it comes overseas.

I checked my shipped order and it says delivery between october 12-14 but when i go to review order status it says already delivered even though I had not received or else i would have made a review this is my second order that has said to been delivered but I the consumer haven't received what I've paid for. I would like a full refund $24.78 due to me not wanting to wait for order to go through again after I've already purchased what i needed from Walmart unfortunately

You better you hope you don't need anything from this company because the customer service is the worst I've ever seen next to Poshmark. I know the perception here is that the prices are good but the value proposition is terrible. The merchandise falls apart or breaks and you can find better quality merchandise at US based discount stores. It's all good here until it's not. Besides, should we really be supporting Chinese companies?!

I love shopping on shein because you can get a little of everything. My latest purchase is a pair of shoes, a bag and some fashion jewelry. The shoe is exactly as pictured, the colour is beautiful and it is true to size. The bag is beautiful as well, a little thin but it is what I ordered and the jewelries are as pictured.

Not cool! Why am I getting notes from scared little Chinese kids! This is unacceptable. They need to stay in the sweatshops and work! I am paying them! Please tell them to stop leaving finger parts and blood on my new clothing. If I see it once more I shall report you to the owners and make them work you extra hard you little brats! Our family travels a lot so the turn around time of our purchase was awesome! We received our items between 48 and 72hrs. From swim suites, blazers, and lingerie, to crop tops back to school wear and mens apparel, this is the store for us! We can shop with ease for any season at the click of a button! I highly recommend shopping with sheen. With holiday at an all time high, they were still able to get our order delivered which came in two split orders, however, we got them on time!

Even though I follow the size chart, my purchase never seem to fit my brest area. Bathing suits either to big or to small. I am a 36 G most ifften tgey are to small. The length is an issue as they do not make most item long enough. I am 5'8 1/2 all the pant are to short.

Their jeans are amazing great quality and I also have my refresh body anti persprent and pheromones oil body roll on and big bottle of perfume lure him. I live it I also order my new phone case and all my accessories from them...

I have purchased multiple times from this website. Sizing can be a little bit off, so just pay attention to measurements! Quality is OK, shipping is usually about three weeks out but they have a great selection. If you are not in a rush or need things the next day and like to plan ahead, I recommend purchasing kids clothing from them. Returns are easy!

Such an awful experience! I get a notice my 'items' had been delivered and obviously my credit card charged.BUT they had NOT been delivered!

Tried on their website to contact Customer Service NO LUCK! Also they NEVVVVVAAAA responded to any of my emails! Thumbs down for Us.Shein!

I think that shein is great it's great for kids and wonderful for everyone. It's amazing my daughter was complaining that she can't find any cool clothes in stores so a friend told me about shein. At first I wasn't really sure about it but then I decided to buy a dress for myself and it was amazing so I got convinced so I told my daughter and she bought some things too. And that's why I think shein is GREAT!

I had finally thought I found the perfect bikini but today when I received my package it did not come with a bikini top. It had a bikini bottoms and a cover up skirt. I must be honest at the time of purchase I didn't realize that it was a two piece set and not a three piece set so when I went back today to try to order the bikini top I found out that it was no longer available such a sad waste of money that I didn't have to spend in the first place but I was hoping to have adult swim suit for my fiance's birthday on the 14th of April. I think the situation is so frustrating for me because I have purchased over 50 items from this company and I can only fit approximately half of the items definitely check all measurements before ordering don't just pick your normal size or even try to go up one size the clothes are made very cheaply therefore you never know what you get when you order it. Shaking my head at this company

Shein is a great shopping site. I have never had any problem ordering clothes from this site! Affordable good quality and excellent customer service. If I had something to return and me being a VIP member they have me keep the items as a gift from Shein and still refund my money back. I see so many negative reviews here which are not true! If I could rate a ten star I would.

Shein is inexpensive and CAN be worth the purchase. I always shop checking reviews that are coherent, and bonus points if photos were uploaded!

That being said, I also took chances and ordered things with lower to little to no reviews. Most of the time the purchase is decent and I can make do if it's lower quality. The other half of it is amazing for the price.

Users can also leave their measurements for others to have an idea of got to purchase, and they also keep up with whether or not an item was voted big, true to size, or small. Their clothing is super trendy and current. Shein is a fast fashion app/site.

Shein isn't a brand that originates in the US. I believe they are based out of China, if I'm not wrong. Because of the fact it's outside labor, I'm not sure on the ethics of this company.

What I love about Shein is the variety of styles offered. The prints are beautiful and the colors are bright, which I enjoy a lot. The quality is not the best (may be very thin or may not fit as great as some of the brand names), but I expect it for the prices they offered. Shipping can take longer, but I didn't have a problem, it came earlier than expected. I had to return a piece that was too tight and the process was smooth as well, so overall I'm satisfied and would recommend it! Just remember that the quality of the material may not be awesome and the shipping may take a while sometimes.
