I have tried to order three times from this company and every time they have taken my money BUT cancelled my orders. It's unbelievable how hard they make it to actually get an order.
I love this store and their prices. Cute, but some of the products can be hit or miss in quality. So, it can be a gamble. How they ship their products is cute, I love their custom bags the clothing comes in. Overall, fun and great store!
I wish I could give it five stars, but sadly it isn't completely size inclusive for most of their dresses stop at size 22 (5X in their sizing). Though I will say I am very happy with the few items I've purchased thus far. They are far better quality than most USA clothing brands that gear towards the plus size community and have fashions that are currently in. Their customer service, though I've only had to contact them once for a missing item, were very kind and easy to work with. A lot of people aren't sure if this site/app is legit, and I can guarantee that it is. You get more for your money.
Disappointed, the advertising is fantastic but the products are not made well. Ring is cheap, a blob of melted metal. Shirt arrived damaged.

Escalating the issue, I hoped to find resolution in the hands of a competent senior representative or manager. Regrettably, this hope was shattered as I encountered more incompetence and indifference. Instead of addressing my concerns directly, I was subjected to a frustrating back-and-forth with individuals who seemed to possess limited knowledge and authority. It became abundantly clear that the customer's satisfaction was far from their priority.
To compound matters, SheIn's disregard for timeliness and communication is astonishing. My order, placed on the 15th, has remained stagnant since the 17th, with no substantive updates. When seeking information, all I received were vague instructions to "wait." This lack of transparency and accountability is utterly unacceptable.
I now demand a swift and comprehensive resolution, coupled with proper compensation for the tremendous inconvenience and frustration I have experienced. SheIn must address this matter urgently and provide the level of service that paying customers deserve. If they continue to ignore my concerns, I will not hesitate to share my harrowing experience on various social media platforms, in the hope of preventing others from falling victim to this appalling service.
To summarize, SheIn's handling of my order and subsequent customer support has been shockingly poor.
