Seriously. The 3 dresses that I ordered are paper thin. There is no way they will hold up for more than one wear, if that. Also, the returning of a product is a joke. They make it super difficult. You have to email them, fill out a form, send pictures etc... I also did not receive one of the items that I ordered. It just never came. Even after calling twice, it just never came. They look so darn cute in the pictures, but do not waste your time or money.
I ordered a dress for an event and the site said it would arrive in 5 - 7 business days. 11 days later, they didn't even have the dress shipped yet. I completed the online form to cancel the order. They replied in an email asking me to be patient. I replied to the email and immediately received a Sender Failure Notice. There is no phone number listed on their customer service site. This is a horrible company to work with and would recommend that everyone spend their money on a reputable site.
After two months, I've not received a part of my order yet.
I bought them for christmas and now it's too late.
When I asked for cancellation and refund they put three options for me:
1- return and pay the two way shipment fee, if you have not even opened the package.
2- $25 refund and forget about it
3- $30 coupon.
I accepted 25$. When I asked for it, they said NO, we give you only $20, not 25
This order was $93
My total order was $157
Add to this the awful quality of the product!

Like so many others, received partial shipping weeks and weeks after ordering. Cancelled the rest and am still waiting for my refund. The customer service sends text blocks and excuses on end, but never the refund. Also, returning bad quality items is not feasible, return shipping address is in China(!). Paypal's buyer protection not helpful if you have received partial shipping. This has been going on for four months now. DO NOT BUY!

I ordered matching swimsuits- 3 for girls and 2 for boys more than a month ago. I never received them. Haven't received the refund I asked. For either. I was told the refund will take time because they "are having trouble with their financial system", whatever that means. Shop at your own risk!

I order 2 set of dresses for me and my 6 years old daughter. My is too long and her is too short. I'm trying to get in touch with them to exchange. They take for ever to respond. But remember there return policy only 14 day. Never order from this website again
Ordered 4 weeks ago, the receipt via email said it would be 5-7 working days for delivery. After 3 weeks I emailed customer service and replied in 3 days saying something about computer system failure and the order not received! No solution was given! Hello! So what you going to do about it? You have my money! They replied a week later to say the order had nor yet been dispatched and did I want to get a refund or continue with the order. I replied immediately and asked how long would the order take? No response! I can't deal with this awful company so I replied again asking for a refund! Let's see how long I wait for that! Apparently they have the same clothes on Amazon!
I had ordered many products for my duaghter and Son. Received them after 1.5 months after order and 60% of items were of different size poor quality.
The customer service is of very very poor and shoddy. Great frauds.

After placing an order, the package was delivered somewhere (not to the address I posted for them) and when I called Popreal, they said someone? Signed off for it. Needless to say, I never received the goods nor got a refund. Bad business deal. Will never purchase nor promote this business again. Save your money, people.

I ordered 3 mermaid tails for me and my 2 daughters back in APRIL and still have not received 2 of the 3 items. It should not take over 3 months to receive these items. I have requested a refund through their customer service and was told that they don't give refunds. I have since submitted the charge to my credit card as fraudulent. This company is a joke. I had a bad feeling about this business & I wish I had listened to my instincts. I ordered a pair of toddler shoes on June 28 & here it is Aug. 8 and they have not been received. Now I'm betting I'll have issues getting the refund I requested! Companies like this really suck!
I ordered mom & me outfits for me and my daughter in March and had to return the dresses immediately after I received them in April because they were far from what I saw online... very poor quality fabrics.
I have been on them to refund my money since then, but it's been stories on how their financial application has issues and they keep pushing my refund period by 20-30 days. Now, it's July and they responded to my email to wait another month.

I asked for a refund because the items were out of stock- their fault! I asked for it in March 2018! Its end of June and they havent sent me my money back. Instead they keep lying to me that their financial department has lost all refund data and they still need 10-20 days. They keep sending me this email- liars! Do not EVER order there!

First I waited well over a month to receive my order, then only half of it came. None of it fit so I immediately tried to submit a return without success. I tried emailing them, nothing, calling them, nope. I wish I would have seen the reviews on this company before purchasing, I just threw $79 in the garbage and I am beyond angry. Total SCAM!
