I ordered the items around May 25 which were needed for an event on July 6.
It is August the 5th and I still haven't received anything. Customer service said that they had shipped them in 2 packages. I can only track one and the other hasn't shipped yet. Their customer service representatives know only 2 sentences: "Thank you for your patience" and "items will be shipped soon". By the time the items arrive (if they will ever), I am not sure they would still fit on my daughter...
Unfortunately I didn't read these reviews before I threw my money away.
Save your money and shop somewhere else.
Do not waste your money on this website! The quality is so cheap but what do you expect for that much money. I had really poor experience with customer care. They had promo for free shipping but they charged me $30 for shipping and never refund me. They also shipped my items partially and it took 3 months to receive them. I am still waiting on one item to be delivered. I bought 3 matching outfits and none of them are decent to be worn in public. See through and size not fitting. Please save yourself the frustration and hassle and DON'T USE this website.
Ordered on 3/7. Still havent received items. Company refuses to refund my money. Disputed with PayPal and they sent me tracking numbers to cancel the claim. The tracking numbers were invalid/fake. Ive been going in circles with them for months. Stay away from this site.

I ordered 2 matching mother/daughter swim suits for my daughter and I to wear over 2 months before we were scheduled to leave and only 1 showed up. We have since returned from our vacation and the second suits still have not arrived. I have contacted company to let them know I'd like to cancel my order and have not heard from anyone yet. Oh but they charged my card immediately upon submitting the order... Don't let their trendy/cute attire fool you. The products are cheaply made and take over 3 months to arrive. They don't fit right and no one is available to answer questions you have. All around terrible experience and will not be ordering again.

We have ordered some matching mum-daughter outfits. They have obviously lifted the money off the credit card but no email came at all!
No confirmation of the order, no order number, no nothing, I have sent several complaints to their customer service, that supposed to answer in 24-48 hour. Guess what? Happened weeks ago, still nothing.
This business is a scam, everybody please avoid it!

I made several purchases around Christmas 2018. Popreal charged me twice for the same order. I emailed them immediately to make the correction in December. They promised to do so and now after numerous emails - no refund as of 7/22/19. So I've been cheated out of $140. I'm not happy and will NEVER EVER shop there again!
Good variety, plus cute outfits. Also getting free shipping. Lots of good sales. BUT. Order 2 months in advance for sale purchases. Customer service answers timely but they are RUDE and not helpful much.
I did not believe that you could buy identical identical for mom and daughter, I was very happy to try this site online with my princess, we got two beautiful dresses for a ceremony, naturally dressed the same as the classy ladies. Dresses finished very well, really good prices, for our full flower, we spent less than $ 70, I'm so happy, we will buy much more

One lie after another! First, the discount suddenly won't work if you want to protect yourself with PayPal. Next, they suddenly double the shipping time and then my refund will take longer than shipping would have taken in the first place! 20 business days? Who are you kidding? What a scam.
Update! After writing this, the company emailed me asking me to remove this.

Ordered from this site back in September, after numerous e. Mails between us, with lots of promises, this item still has not turned up. I have now messaged them for a full refund. I would never order from them again, such a shame, as they have some beautiful items for sale.

I have made an order for Christmas presents in November. It was supposed to be delivered in 2 weeks, took them more than a month. As I was away on holiday, post sent it back, so I never received the order. Now it has been 4 months already I am trying to get a refund for the items I have never received. Ordered January, still haven't received some items. And items arrived was in extremely poor quality, worse than anything, sizes are inconsistent. Same size some of them are big some of them 1/3 normal size.
Customer service is extremely bad. Asking return back to China. And not able to provide refund.
Don't buy from this site. You will be really disappointed.

Seriously. The 3 dresses that I ordered are paper thin. There is no way they will hold up for more than one wear, if that. Also, the returning of a product is a joke. They make it super difficult. You have to email them, fill out a form, send pictures etc... I also did not receive one of the items that I ordered. It just never came. Even after calling twice, it just never came. They look so darn cute in the pictures, but do not waste your time or money.
I ordered a dress for an event and the site said it would arrive in 5 - 7 business days. 11 days later, they didn't even have the dress shipped yet. I completed the online form to cancel the order. They replied in an email asking me to be patient. I replied to the email and immediately received a Sender Failure Notice. There is no phone number listed on their customer service site. This is a horrible company to work with and would recommend that everyone spend their money on a reputable site.
