If you are looking for wordpress plugins I can't recomend these guys enough. Great management plugin with it to easily find the things they offer which is nice, but really I like that they seem to have pretty much all the plugin bases covered. Good quality and great price.
Since started to use their plugins and themes, my job has been so much easier. And I saved lot of money hiring professional IT and software developers. Now I can serve my clients with ease and with professional tutorials, videos, etc. All under my name.

If these guys decided to sell bread I'd buy it. I have been using them close to a year and the has been the best investment yet. Their customer support is great and the plugins are incredibly handy. As a novice, I have been able to implement functions that I thought I needed a professional to do as well as solve problems with their support. Its always been good for me. Highly recommended.
These guys are like my own dev team - they immediately respond on chat and do their upmost to help with anything Wordpress related or their own plugins. I have just started to use their hosting and also set up staging sites. Absolute experts and I could not manage without them.:-)
Guys, be aware this company might delete your hosted sites in any minute. This just happened to me - they just deleted one of my sites hosted at them, a site under active development, without any warning and without any reason to do so.
And while technically you can get the site back, you won't have a backup with the latest code status before the deletion.
Effin ridiculous bunch of amateurs, a potential catastrophy for everyone hosting at/with them.

I had to cancel a subscription and ask for a refund due to health problems, the answers came in under 10 minutes and another 5 minutes later the refund was done, and this all on a sunday.

Patrick was very patient and led me through a number of steps to resolve the problem. What a gift to click a chat button and get help to solve a problem I'd been researching for a couple of hours before without success.
I just switched from GoDaddy hosting, so I needed a ton of help with migration and a few tweaks. I spoke to 6 different agents over the course of two days and every one of them was super knowledgeable, patient, and responsive. (I'm not a techie, I'm slow, and have no idea what I'm doing. So I appreciate how helpful they all were) And really, with the exception of one chat, there was NO wait time at all!
Great help from the live-chat option in WPMU DEV. Both support chats I had today were great and productive. I can go ahead quickly and don't have to wait another day to get feedback on my question on the forum.

It turned out to be more than I needed. I had trouble uninstalling, deactivating or deleting the program I installed. Will say that the support I received was absolutely stellar! Over and above... patient... and finally got the issue cleared up! Most excellent.

I was having a little trouble switching web builders, I'm far from what you would call a techie. In fact I'm probably a newb. But through WPMU support I was able to get up an running quickly and fix the transition issues easily. Thanks! What a great team of people ready to jump in and help!
Zero notifications of trial period ending, so no courtesy. HUGE monthly payment not worth services rendered. No invoices or receipts sent upon payment. They basically hope you will forget you signed up for a trial so they can charge you until you notice. They will not send you anything to indicate that you are being billed monthly and they will NOT refund you, but will send you oodles of sales emails. Lockin artists with sub par plugins and services. Most of them had script conflicts with my existing basic setup. Nag screens constantly. Stay away. No run away..
