WPMU DEV

I have been with WPMU DEV for 8 months while deciding if I continue or switch back to my old hosts. It was a no brainer to stay with these guys, their support help lines are a god send. The uptime is greta and the prices are well worth it. I've enjoyed using the add on Wordpress plugins- that alone makes it worth it.

WPMU has reliable products and service that I can count on. When I have needed assistance they have always been supportive and helpful. Great company and a wonderful team of people!

As a large charity we started using WPMUDev's plugins as a means of better managing our sites that are hosted on premises. We continue to host our own sites but WPMUDev's ecosystem of plugins and their support has been outstanding and are essential to the proper maintenance of our web assets.

There customer support has been responsive (in particular their live chat has been tremendously helpful), they've been patient, I've watched them chase down problems in real time, and we've had outstanding customer support throughout. We don't use them as a hosting provider but they make us feel like we are. Tools like defender, snapshot and hummingbird are keeping things running smoothly and efficiently.

It's like having our own web development support team working for us and with us. Thank you so much for your work.

Even apart from all of their great plugins and themes, the team at WPMU Dev are the most helpful and supportive bunch I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Time and again they have gone above and beyond, even writing snippets of code for me when I've had an issue with someone else's plugin or theme! I know you can download their stuff from other sites, but the reason I stay with them is for the outstanding Wordpress support that I've never been able to find anywhere else. Well worth every penny!

He fixed a bunch of 404s by doing regex which I didn't know how to do. He also helped me with pages that had duplicate content. He went the extra mile!

I've been a subscriber to WPMU for over a year now, and the service is probably the best I've used in my small WordPress development business. The tech support that you get from the staff and the community have more than paid for the subscription price. Throw in access to all of their plugins for free -- awesome deal. I highly recommend the service.

I actually did read the directions on Hummingbird (asset optimization), just a few minutes after doing what they explicitly warned not to do. The result was predictable as our website suddenly looked like a complete amateur had been left alone with the code book while fighting boredom.

The boredom issue was solved in a hurry! Fortunately Nahid was on hand. Not only did he steer me through the first-ever use of the WPMU DEV support system, he patiently unwound the damage I had done. He took time to refer me to reading materials to go through before the next time.

It's not often that a firestorm turns out to be a servicing pleasure, but Nahid made it so.

Luis helped me with troubleshooting an internal issue. He walked me through the process on the backend of my site and explained why solutions were working.
