WPMU DEV

I have only been a member for a couple of weeks but can hand on heart say that WPMU Dev is simply outstanding. I have had so much support and now been able to do things with my sites that would have taken me years or never to work out on my own. I cannot rate them highly enough.

Wajed and Adam worked very hard to get one particular CSS issue that I was struggling with, sorted out. I am very grateful to these two experts.

I've had a great experience with WPMUDEV so far. Their support team are amazing and really go the extra mile to help. They've been able to sort out all types of different issues for me.

I will say that I wish that some of their products like Forminator Pro would have less bugs but the team have been great and reporting these bugs and fixing them.

Their hosting is awesome and just gets better. It's super fast and really well priced.

I'd been using WPMU Dev for a while and wasn't sure I was going to keep it for another year. Not due to bad products but I just wasn't sure I had as much of a need. However I am so happy they have introduced the live chat support in addition to forum and other forms of support. Everyone on the chat support is amazing and I'm definitely going to continue my relationship with them indefinitely. This feature has provided great value.

I've been with wpmudev.org for more years than I can remember now, 5 or more at least, probably more. Their plugins are amazing, their blog is stupendous and their support is out of this world. I always go to their plugins first because I know they will help me above and beyond if things don't go quite right!

First of all, you can't beat 24/7 support! I mean true 24/7 chat tech support. I've been with WPMU DEV for several years now and they always go above and beyond! Great group of folks and a great asset of tools they're always working to improve.

I've been looking for a program like this for a little while now. Not only was I amazed with the features but the customer service was the best I've had in a long time. The representative was knowledgable and kind. He even went out of his way to make sure I had all the documentation from our talk since I'm still in the researching phase of my business. I truly Appreciated Tom's ability to answer my questions without me feeling as though he was just trying to sell me on the product. Some reps get too pushy trying to make a sell and fail to give you the info you need but not Tom! I'm very satisfied and more than likely this will be the platform that my company uses!

There is something different with this community. You get a lot of services that are truly making your wordpress site better, but even with all the plugins and possibilities, nothing can compare with the support team that is behind WPMU DEV. Can not recommend this enough. Worth every penny.

Just left a chat with Chris of WPMU DEV. He was quick to respond, quick to react and helped me enormously with the problem I was facing. There was no sense of wanting to resolve the problem as quick as possible so that he could move on to the next call / problem. I'm extremely satisfied with the products and services offered by this team and would highly recommend anyone thinking about it just to try. I get so used to people promising the earth and not delivering that I expected to move on after a years membership, but I'll be renewing my membership again because I simply could not be without their support with their own products and Wordpress in general

Without question, this site is your goto for all things wordpress. As someone who is developing in WordPress, you certainly cannot "know it all" and hence you need to turn to someone to help solve or help guide you to customize your needs. WPMU is just your site.
Their forum and search library is extensive and they are very responsive when you have to open a ticket for a specific issue. Also, they offer live chat support at various times to support the global workforce.
All n all a great value, to help me when I run into an issue with WordPress- and it doesn't even have to be their products- though I elected to use several plugins because of their guaranteed integration.

WPMU Dev's software is incredible, because of its powerful customization options and compatibility with any theme. But that's not all...

There were two times where I needed their support assistance for some aspects of a plugin that their documentation didn't include, and they got back to me within a few hours each time. I was blown away by their service, as it was efficient, friendly, and concise.

I have not experienced this Apple-esque software quality and customer support in a very long time. I'm excited for my new and continual relationship with WPMU Dev.

Not being a very technical website owner I have come to rely on the support offered by WPMU, every time I have contacted them they have resolved all issues and given great explanations as well. So I am learning from them all the time. I can't recommend these guys highly enough.

I had an issue with setting up a webhook and it was getting blocked. Marcel walked me through settings in my plugin (even though they aren't the developer) and on the site hosting plan. He gave me screenshots and details for what I needed to do myself and was able to login and do some checks and updates for me as well.
