WPMU DEV

I have been using WPMU DEV for almost a year now and the support I have received has been fantastic. I create Wordpress sites for clients but sometimes there are just things I cannot solve. The online support is practically instant and they will stay with you until you are happy! I have learned so much in these support sessions as well as made good and constant use of their Wordpress plugins. Shall definitely be renewing this month!

I must say, I am very impressed with WPMUDEV... I never have an unresolved issue and these guys always go the extra mile to help me get sorted out.
After 15+ years as a web developer - I feel very comfortable, my hosting issues are never a problem.
Add this to the slew of plugins and services and you have an A+ company.

In the tech / web field I have never... NEVER come across such a great group of developers. The customer service is beyond compare. The products are functional and beautiful. On the occasion that something isn't working right (seriously - it's tech - there are always glitches here and there) I have always been provided with assistance to resolve or work around - even if it means helping me find someone else's plugin to do the same job. Great resources, too! Joining WPMU DEV was the smartest thing I ever did as a web designer. They are in fact the Super Heroes of the Word Press Universe.

This company is terrible with customer service. I run 2 small websites as a volunteer. We have no staff. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE "FREE" TRIAL.

It cost me $350 because this company refuses to send out notifications that the free trial is ending. I never used their products. I checked their stuff out -- and that was it. You must have paid staff who will read all the fine print. Or mark your calendar.

The worst is the way customer support responds. They "gave" me an extra 6 months free! I wasn't using their product anyway. Giving me more of nothing was a low blow. Customer support also said that my credit score might be lowered if I pursue a fraud complaint with my credit card company.

These are unhealthy people. Very risky. Very unpleasant.

I don't have a proof of purchase. I do have the monthly withdrawal info on my credit card statements. I'll take a pic of one of them and attach here if I can edit this after submitting.

Really it's ridiculous thought I'd add this here. Really really wondering what kind of a business operates like so, like I'm tired of writing about it - it's impressive if you just read my comments on this persons website … and ironically the first time I commented I spoke up for them. But I'd really like some actual legit answers on such a scenario that seems pretty unheard of as one that was loyal to them for yrs … on and off, what does one even do in this situation, it's so unprofessional. I'm not going to let them hear the end of it to be honest.

I honestly love WPMU Dev. As a UX designer they always come to my rescue no matter what dev issues i run into. They honestly make me feel so confident and ready to take on any issue!

I honestly never experienced the quality of the support WPMU provides. They are almost instantly available for questions and they take all the time you need. Their products and hosting are also mind-blowing. This is truly one of the best companies that are active in this kind of business!

Rahim was a godsend from start to finish, putting up with me is a task in itself. I was struggling with site migration as it failed when I tried the automatic method. After a bit of a conversation and some tech support from Rahim we had the site changed over flawlessly. I'm a new customer and this was nice to see on day one.

The support team from WMPU Dev is highly trained and skilled. They always go the extra mile to help out, even if the problem is not caused by their software. The products they provide are top notch. Combined with the support team, this is a product I would recommend every day of the week!

I've been a member of WPMU DEV for over 6 months and have to say it is pretty awesome.

Not only do you get access to every plugin you could possibly need (not to mention incredibly powerful ones like a Membership, Affiliate, eCommerce plugins and everything you'd need to create you own income generating networks) but they also provide outstanding customer support.

I'm a mid level website designer and have many questions that pop up from simple to complex. I have never been disappointed with their ability to answer those technical questions and their response time is amazingly fast.

As a freelance web developer I am always looking for tools that I can use to make my life easier and deliver more value to my clients. WPMU Dev is an excellent resource in my arsenal. They offer a wide variety of themes, and their vast selection of plugins are top-notch. With up-to-the-moment updates I can always be confident that all they offer will be compatible with WordPress' latest versions.

While their product is great, their customer service and community attention is even better. I've dealt with George, David, and several others and have always found them to be very quick to answer (even on the weekends) and super friendly and helpful.
