Great great, i really love what they do, I can't live without this tool. It's very easy to use, but not really affordable. Oh well.

We contact Hubspot and ask to not renew but to go month-to-month, they refused but they sent in writing that we were approved for 6 month renewal. Never said we had to sign anything, now they charging us 6 extra months for software we aren't using. We were supposed to be mind readers and know we needed to sign something even though her email states nothing about that

I signed up because a friend told me they were "free." I tried to upload my database, it's wouldn't upload properly. To upload over 1000 clients I had to pay $29/month. So I figured why not and upgraded. They hit my account. All of the columns still didn't upload and it ended up a big mess. I decided to forget it. They sneak an annual contract in there and you cannot get out of it. They wouldn't refund my money and I figured I'd let the one month go. But they threatened to keep charging every month. They aren't what they said they'c be. I would steer clear of these guys. Bad news. The CRM doesn't work.

Be careful with the HubSpot sales team. They go to any extent threatening to close all company accounts if one is not paid. We have multiple accounts and want to cancel one of them which is not being used. It was only subscribed two months ago We will have to pay them in full otherwise, they will cancel all the accounts even the ones which are fully paid.
Be careful with the company and make sure you are not totally dependent on this company.
I have used HubSpot for 11 years, and was one of their reselling partners who helped them grow when they were smaller!
Lets be honest their system is good, but the way their business model is structure is terrible! By design to make the best out of their system at a certain point you will need to use most features, and they will always ask you to upgrade.
If you are a tech startup you may get 90% discount first year, 50% 2nd and 25% going forward, do not do it its a trap!
Within these first 2 years you are so much invested (time and resources and training) learning and customizing your website, sales, marketing and services on Hubspot and its so hard to migrate! Then your bill become super high ( I am talking about 1000s of USD per month!) because you do not get the discount of 90% or 50% any more, not only that as you go you discover most of the features will need you to upgrade, Simply do not wast 2 years of your life and find a better solution.
We contact them recently and asked to help us to extend the 50% discount few more months, they refused and asked us to downgrade, we did that and we checked if it will affect our automation work flow and the answer was no, when we did the downgrade guess what! The workflow working but stop sending emails to customers! Which is part of the work flow. And if you want that you must upgrade.
They became too big to care about small companies & tech startups even-though there were one day!

Unbelievably difficult to report a problem. Customer Service Low. Accidentally went over my allowance of contacts. I didn't use the contacts in any campaign and with no warning they took £1000 out of my bank account and I can't even get to speak to someone to discuss the matter. I have not problem if there had been any warning on the site. A simple "you are about to exceed the contacts allowed in your plan. Do you want to proceed for £1000. But no. No warning - just debit my card! Absolutely shocking.

Just don't. Can't be trusted as took money from my debit card for a 'plan' I'd not signed up for and without warning. Seriously impacted me as a small business.

I haven't even made it past the "free" phase and already I'm frustrated. Well HubSpot, guess who is going to tell everyone about your $#*!ty service. This guy.

Sales team lies through three teeth about functionality to sell product. Turns out it does nothing they said it would do. Proceeded to lock me into $17,000 one year contract. These people are horrid. It's not even a good CRM, lacks many crucial features.

The worse company to deal with. You cannot speak to anyone over the phone unless they are selling you the product! You make payment and they disconnect you! Forget reaching out to them. Do yourself a favour find a company that is interested in your business.
I had to chase down their sales team to get a conversation as my contract was ending. By the time I spoke with someone, he never got back to me and my bill tripled in cost without them saying anything. Their billing practices do not empower startups and their sales team do not communicate when you're a customer. Beware!

I joined the hubspot partner programs years ago and have been waiting to get my commission from them since 2018. Today, after sending dozens of emails on the matter they approved our documents. FINALLY, we were going to get our commission. Then of course, we got contacted by their team lead letting me know that section4 of X document found on Y page states that we have six months to sort this through. AFTER FOUR YEARS of chasing them about the issue. SO much time left. I am shocked to be treated like this in the partner program.
Hub Spot has there sales system is rigged to deceive and take advantage of small companies. There predatory sales and contracting tactics are meant to purposely trap clients.
Hubspot will kill your email deliverability and your business. Hubspot will make you pay for a year contract and after the lengthy implementation, they will ruin your email deliverability and kill your business. The most help they will offer is a $5,000 verbal consultation. After your business is dead they will still try to make you pay.

The system helped in improving business processes and subsequent analysis of the results. It helped in automating strategies for interacting with customers.It helps to unload and cover more information. This was also needed for performance tracking.
There is No way to down grade or cancel a subscription on the site. They go out of their way to make it hard or impossible. Check before you buy anything from this company.
We have had a dreadful experience with hubspot. Due to covid our sales dropped considerably snd we tried to reduce our license but no help from this dreadful company. We had to provide 12 months notice to get out of our contract and forced to pay close to $50.000 and not use the software. We have moved to a much better company. Insightly and so happy with our experience. As we finalise the contract we have found that they are now blocking our website dns so we can't point it to our new crm. Corporate blackmail. Do you research and completely avoid this company.

They are good but taking too much advantage of their position. For exemple they try toi upsell you agressively or oversell and don't deliver.

It looks like someone who has no experience in marketing and sales decided to create a marketing and sales platform.
It's complicated, very pricey, and they are always looking for ways to get more money out of you.
Even when you pay extra money for a 3rd party "expert", the solution is never complete.
In conclusion - do not use hubspot. You will pay a lot of money but will have nothing to show for it.
Only frustration with no results.
They give you a free account, but then lock your account and require that you "upgrade" to get any support whatsoever or to appeal the lock on your account. Look elsewhere.

JEF from hubspot wont allow me to open emails on my phone only my computer which isnt typical in fact this has never happened andnow feel I am being extorted. I will be updating these posts as I go but I cant afford a computer virus right now... nor can anyone.
If I could I would give HubSpot a negative 5 star! We unfortunately were suspended for a high hard bounce rate due to an unclean list. However, it has been 3 weeks now and HubSpot support is STILL making us jump through hoops! I have removed the bad contacts and uploaded a Opt-Out list and emailed tech support 3 times! This is insane. Their customer service SUCK! If you do happen to be allowed to speak to someone on the phone they literally can't answer vital questions. Do yourself a favor and DON'T use Hubspot! They are horrible!
I had an account with Hubspot. I spent literally months in lockdown updating it.
I automatically logged in through keychain with my old email address.
Out of nowhere, HubSpot wanted me to change my email by sending a recovery email to my old email address that I can no longer access.
Now I need to provide ridiculous evidence of my new email address. They want me to track the email header of some email that I know nothing about. My IT guy is stumped. It is utterly ridiculous! I don't have access to any of my contacts. Words can't describe how disappointed and frustrated I am. Pathetic.
