I just switched from GoDaddy hosting, so I needed a ton of help with migration and a few tweaks. I spoke to 6 different agents over the course of two days and every one of them was super knowledgeable, patient, and responsive. (I'm not a techie, I'm slow, and have no idea what I'm doing. So I appreciate how helpful they all were) And really, with the exception of one chat, there was NO wait time at all!
