I am not a regular customer of wish. I ordered few things of 95$ by mistake. At the same time i cancel the order. Next day i saw the block my account. I sent them e mail. They revert when you will receive the items, you can send back to us. I received things but after that they stop reverting to my e mails. The things are of cheap quality. Such a bad experience to shop with wish.
It's amazing how bad the customer service of this website is. Purchased an item that was deliver in the wrong size. Seller sent me a return label and I sent the package back. Item was received and they sent me an email telling me to expect a refund. Its been 2 months and dozens of contacts, but still no refund. No one can seem to figure out something so simple.

I ordered 10 plant holders for my balcony. The order confirmation states 10 pieces but they sent me 1 tiny pot which I paid £9 for. I have contacted customer service & they say this is what I ordered however my order confirms 10. You can't go back into previous orders & they will only refund if I pay for the return postage. Misleading, over priced, shocking customer service... avoid!

I've bought many "gems" and "jewelry" on WISH. I continue to submit for refunds because I have a Gem Tester that confirms in 95% of the cases that the seller is sending me GLASS. I now have a huge collection of coloured glass that is advertised as "natural ruby, sapphire, garnet, emerald, aquamarine, moissanite, etc.". I've notified WISH for months now that their merchants are selling misleading fraudulent gems, but they continue to allow them to sell these items. No ethics involved here!

My advise after purchasing at least 12 different products from electronic tonics to clothing. Not worth your money. Clothing poor quality and most likely under sized, shoes same and again sizing off all of this while careful following size charts. Other items failing to arrive. Electronics, poor quality with very basic functions, such as smart watches. If you are lucky enough that the item is working, don't expect it to last long. To be honest if you are after a bargain, shop local within your own country, you will find more satisfaction better quality and a real guarantee, because look their guarantee isn't worth the paper it's printed on. You will end up paying more returning an item to them, this to include custom charges returning it to them. Avoid all together.!
I wish I had read reviews before buying. Site said nothing about product shipping from China. Took almost 2 months to get here. I ordered 3 products for the kitchen. None of them work as they should. Sealer doesn't seal, 5 blade scissor doesn't cut. Blades are too close together. Lastly the Rotary Multi-function peeler will only take chunks so small they are useless. All items are pure garbage. The worst $39 I've ever spent. Nothing about my purchase deserves even 1 star.
I ordered 16 pieces of clothing, but only 12 arrived in one large black plastic bag. Placed more than 1 order, so sent back 16 items. I've been trying to get refunds for weeks, but not possible, although I've given them the tracking # 9505 5118 0022 1057 7177 72 USD that post office gave me. I paid $14.65 USD. On top, wish.com charged me $82.00 USD for shipping. Wish deletes history of correspondence with them, so you can't back up your story. Service consists of a computer-generated answers, regardless of your problem. The BBB, as well as other customer protective agencies should step in to close their business. Unethical, irresponsible, thieves. Stay away from them. Merchandise is of extreme low quality.

Once I downloaded the app I received SO many spam emails! They obviously share your email with other sites! Plus the items I ordered took forever to get here. It's cheesy crap from China. If you want cheap crap go ahead! Personally, I would not recommend this website to my worst enemy. Stay away for sure! Still waiting for the outdoor mat that says "$#*! Off". Lol! Well said. Right!
I've ordered about 20 times from them. 1 bag was faulty, one went to the wrong address so I never received and another item for household never arrived. Wish refunded my PayPal no questions asked. Excellent customer service.
I bought lots of jewellery which I love. Good quality.
I tried Wish. Never again. They took my 13.00 and promised delivery by July 26 2021. Nope. Finally received 1 wrench. Out of and order of 800 pieces toolkit. Spoke to agent. Was told the rest was not coming. Why? Would not say. Refund. Wait another 10days for money to be returned. I bought on June 4th. Terrible service.

They offer a deal where the first item sold per day is only. 50. If your not the first order of the day you get a refund. Seems risk free and simple. What's to lose I thought. I went crazy buying hundreds of. 50 items hoping I would win at least a couple or a few maybe. None. I won nothing but that's not the bad part! I heard nothing for days so I finally poked around the Wish site and hidden in an obscure Notifications area were 400+ messages telling me I hadn't won and then said... Start the action of a REFUND. The process takes about 5 mins... EACH! I now have to go through this process over 400 times. I think they count on us lazy Americans saying "screw it, it's only

Every single item I've ordered on wish came a month or so later. I was used to my items coming late! However, this particular time, my items never showed. The money was taken out of my account 6 months ago, & I STILL haven't received my items. They've even been taken off of the ''my orders' list. I contacted customer support (through email of course because they don't have "real people" on the phone) and I've been going back and forth with them for days. They keep saying that I've extended the refund date which is NOT any fault of mine. I'm speaking with different representatives each day & they all continue to tell me "have you any problems with future deliveries, contact us immediately." What about NOW! I'm never buying from wish again. I used to be a VERY proud customer, but this time, they've done it. If you want to KEEP your hard earned money, don't buy from here.
Worst shopping experience of my life. Product was delivered damaged and ended up being counterfeit junk. Contacted support more times than I can count and kept receiving polite promises of assistance and resolution which it now appears must be generated by some kind on automated system as nobody who actually read my complaints could be that stupid. If you shop through Wish, you will get ripped off. Sta far, far, away!
No complaints about using the site. It's just all total garbage from China and other third world countries. The stuff is cheap, so remember you get what you pay for. I was very surprised to see some pricier items like furniture on there. It's a huge junk store.
Had a lot of fun shopping in Wish! Best prices you will find anywhere. Wish is indeed the most fun app to browse on my entire phone! Easy refunds if anything goes wrong and world class customer service.
The cheap prices were too good to be true. Anything shipped from China is a bad sign. So I had ordered 7 blouses... only 6 were delivered and NONE of them were the same as advertised. They sent me items that looked similar but quality was super poor. Piece of crap. I ended up giving them all away. I will never buy from this site ever again.
Very poor, got a child toy not the self defense high voltage torch that was described in listing. Then a slingshot I ordered came as a cheap nasty wood product instead of steel one pictured. Item listings dont match products sent so feeling rather ripped off frankly.
Horrible service, non sense responses, they don't listen, making mistakes on orders, but taking money right away! Charging delivery for each item, then putting in one bag. All skin products under brand names are imitation! Avoid avoid!

Finally got my order but their Admin really onerous and can't be bothered!? Admin kept asking me to send snapshots of my bank account with extra Direct Debit, even after I'd submitted twice before; so just gave up exasperated!

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!
Answer: I found more bad seller's than good. Was also told a item had been delivered to my address. The item did arrive 3 weeks later. Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
