I ordered what looked like a beautiful pair of boots. They said genuine nubuck leather. When they arrived the size 6 was more like a size 5. They were made out of horrible nylon brush material and the fur edging was so badly cut.
I contacted them and they refused a refund. Said they would offer $5! I insisted I wanted a refund as this was nothing like the image or material they advertised. They told me that to send them back to China would be too expensive for me! And that if I was to send them back please could I make sure to put the value under $20 for customs purposes. Errr I don't think so thats fraud in itself!
I complained to pay pal along with photographic evidence of the rubbish they sent me and paypal ruled in my favour.
Needless to say the boots went in the bin, they were not fit for the recycle bin even.
I will never ever order from them again due to the combination of very poor customer care and rubbish quality.
They also need to realise the laws on distance selling. We all have a right to return goods within a 2 week period.
