I found more bad seller's than good. Was also told a item had been delivered to my address. The item did arrive 3 weeks later. Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site

Not a scam, but it's definitely a "buyer beware" kind of site. I've seen people say that their credit cards have been charged for things they didn't buy, so I would suggest doing what I did, which is to use Paypal for your payment method. I've seen old people have sex faster than these merchants ship, and they have extremely poor customer service.

No I have been extremely happy. Watch sizes they r European. Read the review carefully! The around the neck Bluetooth ear phones are great but buy the ones with the space for the earpieces, some do not have that feature. Also multiple prices for the same product I paid $6 for each the kids love them. Watch lights some do not come with plug so read the reviews to be sure what others said. Be patient they do deliver nail polish took the longest to arrive? Other stuff arrived quickly they will ask if you still want the item if it is slow, I waited very happy. Watches are great especially for the price. Buy one item to see if it is what you expect. We r addicted to the site now

I have bought a lot items from Wish. I have never been incorrectly charged and the one item I did not receive they refunded my money the next day after I requested a refund. The thing is the clothing sizes do run differently from th US sometimes they are to small sometimes to big sometime just right. The reviews are key with figuring this out. A lot of the pants are really thin but the shirts and dresses are pretty good. The jewelry is awesome.

It"s not a scam but you can be. I use a PayPal account they will stand behind you if you have problems and you don't have to give them your cc info that's way to dangerous for any transactions. Always read the description and the reviews. That way you can decide if it is junk. I have always got back refunds but it can be a hassle and shipping time depends on the seller.

If u buy a high dollar item. This is what will happen. They will send u a tracking number. You follow it from the scammers in CHINA to the US. then lets just say u live in NY and u follow your product and it in CA. It will stay therer for a few days then u will get a notice DELIVERED. Really delivered?. So u contact customer support they feed u with auto responses and bulll crap and after days of back and fourth bull crap u get a refund MAYBE. DONT TAKE A CHANCE. If its to good to be true it is. I cant put my finger on it but they have some type of smuggling scam going on. Why else would I order a very expensive item it's in the US and it says it was delivered to a different address this is happened to me twice I got my money back and also happened to my brother and a bunch of other people from my understanding so just stay away from this site its for the. I have bought over 50 items and have received every single one. Never been charged incorrectly. Always received items. Always been credited correctly. I recommend you always read reviews as items come from a variety of companies. If it is junk, someone will have commented. I received one $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and within a week the zipper broke. Took a picture of the obvious problem, and within an hour I received an email, saying my money would be refunded and it was. Didn't even return the item. Delivery isn't swift, but sometimes I get an email saying they can't track it and do I want to wait, have I received it, or do I want a refund. Several times I have opted for refund yet received the item without having to pay. As long as you read reviews and remember clothing sizing is for the Asian market, so very tiny, you will be fine. Also, remember, although OK quality, don't expect high end stuff at those prices!

No. I don't think it's a scam, but I do strongly caution you from using your credit card. Use a Paypal account and still be aware that you may be dissatisfied depending on what you purchase. The regulations are different in China where the majority of these companies are located. They are known to be poorly constructed products. I have had a personal issue with this company because they charged a credit card I did not authorize them to use and where I put a stop payment on the card they blocked me from being able to do further business with them and they would not even communicate with me. I have read other reviews where people have said that they had satisfactory communication via email and received full refunds, however, my experience with them left a foul taste in my mouth, and to this day the company has not attempted to resolve this issue despite my repeated attempts to contact them. I hate they don't have a number you can call to resolve issues, and I am displeased that they do very little to accept accountability when they make a mistake. In short, I don't think they scam people but I do think they harvest credit card information. Good luck with your decision and be cautious.

I have ordered from Wish at least 10 times now, with my biggest purchase at $26, and I have never had any problems. Once there was a mixup on the size of a hoodie I ordered, and Customer Service was quick to respond to my complaint. They refunded my money so I could reorder it, and I didn't even have to ship the hoodie back, so I gave it to my dad (it fit him). I received the reorder in the correct size. No, it is not a scam, as long as you are safe (use PayPal) and are prepared to wait at least 3-4 weeks for shipping.
