I purchased an item from Wish which worked on day one, but not on day 2. I wanted to ask them a simple question of whether I could return without original packaging, as I'd thrown it away when the item was working at the start.
Impossible first to find an easy place to ask the question. They have a bot which only gives you certain options, but not to actually ask a question. Their email, which I eventually got hold of, kept going back and forth (once a day) without answering my question, until they eventually told me to go back to the bot.
Infuriating. I'm not someone who gets easily agitated, but when questions as simple as this don't get replied to, and you get sent on a wild goose chase, it gets incredibly frustrating.
Do not buy from this company. Received counterfeit Obagi facial products. Initially received refund for 3 items and then they have put a block on me stating that I am an abuser of their refund policy. Therefore, I cannot contact them for the items I received today - again Obagi counterfeit items. This company needs to be exposed selling dangerous counterfeit items. I am seeking over £43 refund for items that I realised are from the same seller and therefore fake. They arrived looking nothing like the listings. Seeking refund through my credit card and reporting to various legal advisors.

I recently purchased a tent from Wish.com and to my surprise, when it was delivered, it was delivered to the wrong address with a wrong name, and I had paid for it and had the tracking number, but it was delivered to someone else. Then when I tried to get a refund they automatically refunded me with Wish cash never ask for that then their where like I'm sorry I can't help you because it's already been a transferred into wish cash. So in other words they're making me use $227 to purchase junk off of Wish. Everyone be aware do not order anything for this trash company.

I would rat zero stars if you let me. "Water Proof Bag" finally arrived --with a hole in it! Looks like a cigarette burn (the plastic wrapping had a hole in the same spot). So much for a water proof product --its useless to me.
I requested a refund --let's see if I get it. The bot said "it takes "10 business days" to process my VISA refund (interesting how it took only seconds to process my purchase when they took money from my VISA).

I have been shopping lots on Wish and have always received my merchandise and never damaged. Today this little angel arrived with 2 broken legs. Must have been a rough flight as she seems to be packaged well. I love her so I just glued them back on. Not a great job but she seems content
Here it is two months before Christmas 2021 and I spent $169 on gifts for my kids for Christmas. After the statement on my banking app said complete I signed into wish and my order history is empty. I've been begging for someone to help me get my money back customer support won't help me they want a confirmation code even though all I have is proof I paid. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know I have two children and didn't have much cash to start with I'm a single mom and could use all the help I can get.

Very poor quality products, items always end up different or broken. One time they even mailed me a wrong item. Shipping time is always delayed. Sometime shipping fee is change when you enter payment section, be careful for that. Terrible return policy, after a few time refund they block my account for that.

I ordered smart phone 2 weeks ago and just received phone holder that I don't need. I can't contact customer support because app doesn't work properly. I can't even see my order history and when I approach them through notifications link to the shop doesn't work. So I'm cut off. Fortunately I was smart enough not to order to much stuff. Yes, and there is price on package $0.22 and I didn't pay anything that much.
I'm sorry to say but Wish is SCUM. On package there are only Chinese letters so I don't know exact order nm.
I am trying to get a refund for $100 boots. I am getting the runaround. They say they were delivered BUT I live here I see my postman every day and there is no delivery. I have spoken with my postman and he never had the package. I want my refund. If I order some $2 item, no problem. If I actually spend some money I am screwed. Do not shop at WISH. Customer service is non existent, you can't speak to a real person. If you want to contact the store... good luck with that.

Be very careful about the item you see, it could be just the picture of item instead of real item, the damage or return item under "part" category which just crap. Shipping cost is another trap that cost you to pay more than what you think. No room to redirect the shipping or cancel, once order place don't expect you got help. Lots of items are shipped by poor package protection, delayed, and not qualified per use specifications. The company just crazy about make value sales to go public without care of consumers.

Wish is a very fave shopping site the worst sight ever the post fake pictures online and when you order for it you see something else and they take your money without sending the product. And when you complain about it the claim to refund the money and they don't i bought a whole bunch of things and not one was satisfying. This site should be closed down. These are some of the pictures of some products totally different from the advert.

Items have not been delivered. Called them, voice mail box full and can't leave message. This is the first sign the company SUCKS.
Asked for refund and was told no. Asked again two weeks later. Someone named Odessa if even a human gave instructions on how get my refund.

I ordered a kit of 4 pieces bike parts and guess what I received only one part! Trying to address this issue with customer support, however their customer support automated response like a joke, what would you expect from some Chinese businesses. Just use AMAZON, I can't get my money back or at least the parts I ordered. I also ordered numbing cream before and the quality was horrible. I ordered twice and in both I regret and now it's over I will delete this stupid wish app that keeps annoying me with ads.

I ordered something two years ago from Wish and it never came in and also emailed them about it.
Of course they never got back to me. This time, I ordered shoe boxes and it didn't match the description of the picture. They're such a scam. They need to be closed down. I sent the package back. And UPS is opening up a claim because their address seems to not match the address on their package. Plus, the phone number is disconnected. Another fraud company.

I have had this happen twice. The shipment arrived at the stated time, but there were 2 problems with this wrist watch. 1. On the watch face it says "automatic" but the movement is quartz, not mechanical. The advertisement for this watch also said that it must be wound up each time before wearing, suggesting it is a mechanical movement, but inside it is electronic and runs by battery. 2. The watch was damaged: the minute hand was loose. As someone here has already stated, even if you get a refund, it does not include the inflated shipping price or tax, so in the end you will have paid for nothing. AVOID THIS SCAM.

I placed an order for Christmas crafts back in August 2021 and I have yet to receive them or to receive a status update on them. I called myself emailing Wish, HA!, that was a waste of time as no one responded. Never again will I order from this site! Do not ever even think of spending your money with Wish. They charge postage for each item even when you buy them together and then they take a month of Sundays to arrive.The quality of hooded tops I bought were simply horrible, nothing like they said it would be. I can't understand why they haven't been taken off line, clearly they are just RIP OFFS.

60% of the time, you won't receive the products you paid individual (and more expensive than the product) shipping and waited a month for from China. The other 40% will be wrong, similar, broken or USED. I received an open and used eyeshadow. They don't have an option for open or used, so I chose a random return reason for their chat bot, then provided an explanation and pictures of the open, used and wrong product. SIX days later, the guy tells me it is what I ordered (based of the chat bot option) and says have a good day. I've kept 3 of 12 orders, never received 4/12, and the rest was garbage. 0/10 would not recommend.
On May 22,2020, I ordered $40 worth of face masks. My credit card was immediately charged and I could see the order in my trans at history. I was told an approximate delivery date several weeks hence. After several weeks, I contacted wish.com and they keep saying the same thing: perhaps I had multiple accounts or email addresses. I have NO confirmation number and my transaction history is blank. I am getting no place with customer service emails. Sometimes they "respond" with a blank email. This is very frustrating. I have contacted my credit card company to alert them that I am trying to get satisfaction. I am running out of patience, however. I needed the masks for a business trip which is now over. I am so disappointed. My bottom line advice is to keep your money out of the hands of wish.com.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
