I am trying to get a refund for $100 boots. I am getting the runaround. They say they were delivered BUT I live here I see my postman every day and there is no delivery. I have spoken with my postman and he never had the package. I want my refund. If I order some $2 item, no problem. If I actually spend some money I am screwed. Do not shop at WISH. Customer service is non existent, you can't speak to a real person. If you want to contact the store... good luck with that.
