Just received my wigs in a beautifully packaged box, what could be better! I've had alopecia for over 20 years now since age 10 so needless to say I have been through quite a few hair pieces and although monofiliment tops are the most realistic, I fell in love with this style and just had to try it out. So far I am very impressed and love the colour 7A and the trendy hair styling. I have a very small head so have to stitch cap a bit to prevent bagginess and have a lovely hairdresser friend who always sorts the fringes out. Just in time for the xmas do! Thankyou x

Alright! If you are ready to experience one of the most frustrating events in your life, well step right up and throw your money down this fraud vacuum called WIGSIS. Not only do they fail miserably to deliver any product as described on their website, they also have an extremely effective way to refuse returns and refunds even though their policy allows for these issues (albeit with very specific guidelines). These little devils have tapped into a world wide market, via the internet. Through intentionally fraudulent product descriptions and photos of models with their own heads of hair, a potential buyer gets lured in to the fantasy product advertised enough to send money to china never to be seen again. Story after story of the unethical and fraudulent business practices can be found at multiple consumer websites across the globe, focusing mainly on the US, UK and Australia. While these thieves have swindled me to the meager sum of $249, their consistent practices to keep any consumer from actually being able to return an item due to dissatisfaction for refund must have their pockets bulging at the seams. I have been emailing daily for over a month wanting to return for refund a thin-haired, synthetic, and totally disapointing little rag with no foreseeable chance of ever getting my money despite their own posted advertisement, policies and guidelines. I will look for any legal way possible to try and make these bottom dwellers pay one way or another. If you have had a negative experience with this company please post about it as often as you can. I would love to get a class action together to take these scammers out for good!

I bought a wig, before reading reviews (IDIOT).
Paid £79 figuring it would be an inexpensive way to see how my wife gets on with a wig.
When it finally arrived it was way too small, and totally unusable. The hair went in every direction, and could not be properly brushed. It looked like a fairground clown's wig. Kept mailing, and constantly getting feeble responses. Reported to PayPal that I reckoned he, (or she) was using time wasting tactics to try to avoid a PayPal dispute, and suggested that he shouldn't be permitted access to PayPal really. I'd have got better protection from my credit card.
Eventually I accepted £35 refund because it would have cost nearly £25 to return it, and I'd had enough.
Total Scam. Don't go anywhere near this dealer.

Bought wig, took almost a month to arrive and during that time I asked for my money back twice. Wig arrived FROM CHINA to an accommodation ADD in ENGLAND and then onto me via YODEL? It was far too big. E'd them immediately and they e'd back to tighten the straps- like that hadn't occurred to me - and further suggested I take it to a hairdresser and had it cut to fit. (Losing any chance then of a refund of course). Looked at their impossible T's&C's I see its impossible to get it back to them within the allotted time and so would only get HALF my money back! I wrote out a new order asked them to swap it for 2 different ones, included a cheque to cover the price difference and posted it via ROYAL MAIL back to the SLOUGH accommodation address and it was returned to them within 24 hrs. They say they have not received the parcel and I have lost £90. I have since researched and found an HONEST company www.banburypostiche.co.uk *******@banburypostiche.co.uk and can HIGHLY recommend them.

Do NOT order from this company. They are fraudulent and will NOT send you your money back. The wigs are NOT human hair, they almost look like a Halloween costume wig. The positive reviews you see on their site, and other sites are being posted by the company themselves. Read them... you'll see what I mean.

And just as a word of warning. This company will change its name soon because of its reviews. Do NOT ever order from any site that is not reputable. CHECK REVIEWS on companies first... my bad. I didn't think to. NEVER AGAIN.

I don't even know what to say! Everything about this company is shocking. I ordered a 100% human hair long red wig in the style of Cheryl Cole according to the website description. OK so 1st of all They are based in China something I didn't get the impression from when browsing the website. If I had known this I wouldn't of order anything from this company.

So it takes 30 days for my parcel to arrive also sometimes that was not made clear on the website, when my wig came I was absolutely mortified! I received a non human haired wig that looked like something out of a horror movie dragged through a bush and sleped on by a pack of wild dogs!

So I messaged to company and expressed my utter shock at the state of my wig. To cut a long story short they refused to accept that it was not a real human hair wig ( although I am an hairdresser and know the difference between human hair and non human hair) they refused to give me a returns address and a refund.

I had to go through a 3 month dispute with PayPal to get a return address from the company and get my refund.

I want to protect hard working people from making the same mistake as I have in spending there hard earned money and cheap rubbish.
DO NOT BUY A SINGLE ITEM FROM THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT I MEAN SERIOUSLY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY -A COMPLETE SCAM WITH TERRIBLE QUALITY. THEY SENT ME 3 WIGS INSTEAD OF THE ONE I WANTED WHICH WAS LIGHT BLONDE. I GOT A DARK RED ONE, A BROWN ONE A DARK BLOND WITH STREAKS IN IT AND THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME IT WAS WHAT I ORDERED. THEY REFUSE TO GIVE A REFUND AND WILL NOT SUPPLY A RETURN ADDRESS. PAYPAL ARE NOW ACTING ON MY BEHALF AND HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY FROM WIGSIS. THEY HAVE ADVISED ME NOT TO HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM AND NOT TO RESPOND TO ANY E-MAILS THEY SEND. THIS COMPANY ARE A DISGRACE. PLEASE PLEASE DON'T BE CONNED
