I was about to buy a wig but looking at reviews but 90% is negative? Wow, I never saw such low reviews. Why so low?

Because the product is garbage and they have no customer service and they do accept returns once you pull the address out of them. But it cost $65 to send back cause they want tracking on it. Be for warned

I wanted to do the same thing,
But i was too late. Be glad you didnt order. I had to contact them 4 times before they sent out my order. And when i received it it was a fully synthetic wig and not human hair at all. Im so sad about the money I lost...
