Yes, thank you. I would like to ask why I have received completely different item then I ordered?

I called my credit card company and told them I do not want charge to go through. I also wrote email to WigSis (you will find this on bottom section) of their web page and I told them I want to cancel my order. I did this within 45mins of placing the order. Do this.
