I ordered 6 wigs from wigs is.com in Nov 2016. Just today Feb 7 2017 I received notice of full refund. I told PayPal that wigsis would not provide me with a return address and I had to work my way up to management after filing two claims that were unsuccessful. I sent PayPal pictures from this site the day after ordering and they never ask for pictures of the product I received. I couldn't cancel order without losing most of my money so I waited for product to arrive as instructed by PayPal.
Just keep fighting. Put claim through credit card company.
This company lies and are condescending. One email the claim to be manufacturer the next they claim retailer.
