If I could rate wigsis less than a 1 star I would, ordered a wig for my mother, 6 days later the order was still "processing" I emailed them they said they we're making the wig and it should be there around dec 24-26 still hasn't come I told my bank to dispute the charge. WIGSIS IS COMPLETE BS BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME
Do not purchase from this company! I made the huge mistake of ordering one of their pieces of crap wigs! Everything about it was wrong; they make you think you're ordering from a reputable U.S. company! NOT! They're in China and the wig was shipped from Dubai! I fought with them for weeks online and then turned it all over to PayPal and they got my money back. Even so, I had to return the wig to China... a small price to pay so that they would have to do the right thing and refund all of my money!
I ordered 6 wigs from wigs is.com in Nov 2016. Just today Feb 7 2017 I received notice of full refund. I told PayPal that wigsis would not provide me with a return address and I had to work my way up to management after filing two claims that were unsuccessful. I sent PayPal pictures from this site the day after ordering and they never ask for pictures of the product I received. I couldn't cancel order without losing most of my money so I waited for product to arrive as instructed by PayPal.
Just keep fighting. Put claim through credit card company.
This company lies and are condescending. One email the claim to be manufacturer the next they claim retailer.

Zhao Qiang & Wigsis suck. U can not deal w/ them. They say they r USA but they r China. Took 5 weeks to get my Real hair wig, what a scam, wrong wig, wrong color. I had an on line fight w/ her 4 3 weeks. I even brought PayPal into it. After hearing nothing for two more weeks, I threw the damn wig away & closed the case, it stressed me out so much. I would give them a zero rating if I could. I threw 135.00 away.

The wig is nothing like the picture and has awful, noxious odor. WIGSIS will not return the money! DO NOT BUY! FRAUD!
I got a wig, but it was a glob of hair with no style and a totally different color than the one they showed on their web site. The only way you can communicate with them is by email and they do nothing but take your money. The last thing they are concerned about is Customer Service and will not stand behind their product. The final sentence in the communication is always," I'm sure you will look good in your wig". If you want to throw money away and have no recourse, then by all means choose this company, but my advise is DON'T DO IT!
How do i get my money back it says i went through paypal but i dont know how to apply for it any help pleses
I wished I would have read this Web Page before I purchased the wig. He is what I did learn. If you purchased it and paid with Pay Pal, and file a dispute with in the right about of time, they back you 100% It took me going back and for with this Scam of a so called company, I did get an address from them to mail it back and I sent it back. Pay Pal with make sure they receive it and REFUND ALL MY MONEY. So if you recently purchased a wig from these creeps and paid with Pay Pal PLEASE contact Pay Pal. They treated me so extremely well. I am so sorry that you have had to put up with this kind of treatment. But, I wasn't about to give up or give in. They started out with I could keep the wig and they would refund me $20.00. Their last off was $55.00 and then Pay Pal said NO, you will refund all her money.
THEY SAY THE WIG IS REAL HAIR MADE TO CUSTOM ORDER, BUNK. Have loved this sassy wig ever since I first saw it on a friend. Following chemo my hair has been fine and patchy. This style is perfect and have had so many compliments, from nurses, shop assistants and friends! Bought it in 27 mixed 613 and the texture and shading is good for me.
I've had the wig before when I lost most of my hair due to stress and Lupus. Have tried a few colours, the one lookong best on me and gets the most compliments is 7A, it suits me better than my own dark hair! Hair is going again so back to this wig. It's a fab wig, natural looking. Excellent service from Wigsis Wigs. Follow instructions to the letter on wig care to get the most out of it.

I have bought what was suppose to be real hair wig, and I got badly made nylon wig. When I tried to return it, there was no reply from them. They are based in China, and all good reviews are fake.
This is a total fake company. Warning-never ever buy from them. Wigsis, wigsbuy, etc are all the same firms based in China. They have opened different websites and they fraud people from US, UK and Australia. I was frauded by a huge margin. The positive reviews are by the company itself.
I also ordered a wig from this company without reading the reviews, big mistake! It is totally the wrong colour and badly styled I am trying to return it. No luck so far, I will not make that mistake again. I'd advise any contemplating a wig purchase to avoid Wigsis look elsewhere there are plenty of honest companies out there.
I am very disappointed. I got completely different item than I ordered. Cap is good fit, unfortunately, colour and hair quality is a deterrent!
I ordered my wig on Nov. 2 and was told it would be here by Nov. 12. I emailed and they did reply that it should be ready in about 3 days. Long story short I received it Nov. 28 and it is the Worst wig I have seen. I can't believe I fell for this. It said the color is like the picture (LIE). The money and time I lost. I am so furious. Please don't waste your money or time please. Their real rating is 0, they are horrible.
I understood I could return wig if not statisfief. It's tooo small and I sent correct measurements. It's ugly and I can't return it. Never wgain
