They should be put out of business - did not make me feel any better after reading reviews of experiences same as mine: received wig nothing like what I ordered; I followed procedure for return and the email stall game was on and on and on- claiming they would make me another wig but I would have to pay $100.00 shipping cost! This is after I paid $150 for the wig! To date - no new wig - no refund I think they are same company as Wigsbuy who have such appealing wigs but take you through same changes for a return - the color they sent was terrible - the "human hair" felt like some kind of cloth - could not be dyed - then I knew hair was not human. BEWARE BEWARE plan to contact Consumer Protection Agency.

I also wished I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a wig in early Dec. Hoping to have it in the holidays. Took into mid Jan before the wig arrived. They said it was average size (not so) did the email back and forth game. Contacted American Express and they credited my card. They sent back saying they were will to exchange item for me (not true) and now suppose to send it back to China vis USPS at my cost. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS DISHONEST COMPANY. I didn't even want to give them 1 star.

Ordered a wig due to loss of hair because of illness. Received the wig and it wasn't what I ordered, neither the cut or the color. Requested a refund per the instructions on line. Was given a runaround from the start. Was told to take it and get it cut. No. I ordered and expected it to be what I ordered. Had to send pictures and Daisy and she informed me that it; looked ine to her and they would NOT refund me or what I paid for inferior product. VERY ANGRY. DO NOT BUT ANY PRODUCTS ROM THE COMPANY. They do not stand behind their products.

I am so glad I read these reviews regarding wigsis. I spent alot of time looking for a wig online and came across a site called Howigs. I sent them an email concerning colours and they got back to me and they suggested I click on the link below. I assumed they was just saving me time rather than having to go back online. So I did click on the link but it brought me onto another site called Wigsis. I looked at there site and saw a few wigs that were the same as on howigs and the website was the same layout ect. I was totally confused, so did a bit of a research, then I came across this site. What a good job I did. I was about to place my order, so thank you sitejabber. So it looks like these 2 sites/wig sellers are the same company. I also went on wigsmart and after reading what we're good reviews that were meant to be from customers, the reviews seemed a little strange. Have a read and decide for yourself, it could just be me.

Reading a lot of nasty reviews about this company. Now, I am really worried about my order. I have been trying to get a refund but they keep telling me that they will speed up the processing for me. At this point I really don't want the wig any more. Is there no customer service phone number for this company? I am sick and tired of sending emails. The ad does not tell you that you need to wait for construction, I thought they had it in stock.

I wish I saw this site prior to buying. I am HORRIFIED since I have not received my wig yet what will be in the box. My fears go away "slightly" when I see the comments that people actually like the wig they got mixed in but there are so many negative stories. I just spent 200 on this wig for my mother that is loosing her hair and her vanity of being bald is keeping her in the house, so I decided to get her this wig and get it styled for her and then go to her house with the wig and a box of chocolates, and help her get more self courage about her self image. Can someone calm my mind down and send me wig pics that did work from this company. I am feeling inside I just lost my money. We will see.

The wig I ordered, in total panic at the sudden loss of hair during chemo ( I have been cold capping and didn't expect to loose quite so much hair so suddenly) was an absolute joke. It was advertised as Remy hair, the quality was clearly nothing like. I have seen better quality wigs in a fancy dress shop. There was no style to the wig, it was thin and the colour was not a match to the colour swatch on the website. I immediately emailed the customer services to request a refund. I did not receive a reply. I emailed once again and nothing. I left it over the Christmas period and trice once more. I did receive a reply, quite quickly, the response was hilarious, it failed to address all of my issues and actually suggested that I order another wig, and perhaps give the one I lad ready had ax a gift, to a friend! I have emailed several times, each time insisting they provide me with an agreement to return this sub standard product, provide me with their company registration number and a telephone number. Each time, they have not done this. I will not rest until I receive a full refund. I am determined that this company will not keep my £120. I would rather give it to Breast Cancer research, the homeless or any other such worthy charity. This company must thrive on their deceptive practices, often at the expense and to the detriment of people, like myself, seeking a solution to a health related problem. This company should be investigated and In my opinion, be made accountable for its despicable retail practices.

I got the wig after a long time waiting. Then the wig had the nastiest smell ever. I know wigs have smells sometimes but this smell was so disgusting I immediately washed the hair. The hair was damp. This is supposed to be a lace front. These dummies sewed a white thread across the hairline. WTF! Who does that? Lastly, I order a kinky curly AA wig. I got a curly wig. Some of the hair wasn't processed. You could tell it was Asian hair they did something g too. In disappointed and will never in this lifetime spend any of my money on a wig from Wigsis again.

I recently went through surgery, chemo, radiation and hormone therapy from breast cancer. My insurance company refused to cover a wig once my hair fell out so I was forced to purchase a wig on my own. I purchased the 100% hand tied Remy Human hair wig. The first time I styled it the hair began to melt like synthetic hair. The wig was destroyed. I contacted the company and they replied the use 10% "other materials" and I should consider how much it cost them to make the wig and I could use it as a secondary wig. They had the audacity to offered me 15% off another order but said next time they will use 100% human hair... that's what I ordered the first time. I have no other wig and went out of town to visit family, I was so embarrassed and when going through security I had to explain to them why I couldn't take my hat off. They wanted me to pay to ship the pice of junk back and after 5 emails only offered to refund 10%. Total frauds, don't waste your time, 20-25 production and arrival time, to be completely let down.

I bought 2 human hair wigs $400. It took over a month to recieve it. I had gotton several extra charges on my credit card. My wigs were NOTHING LIKE THE PIcture AT ALL. I broke down and cried when I opened up the box. I bought wigs for years, these were the WORST! I can't wear them at all! The cap size is for an infant. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, they are the biggest fraud, ripoff, I have ever experienced! And the human hair?! Was synthetic garbage. I tried to warn you!
