Received two wigs last week. Colour totally wrong, style terrible. I should have read the reviews before ordering. As for these two pieces of garbage, that's where they are, in the garbage. No point in even trying to get in touch with these crooks as they answer to nothing. A very hard lesson learned.
I ordered a wig online from Wigsis and was terribly disappointed. The wig took much longer to receive than promised and although I ordered a lace front wig I failed to receive it. The wig looks nothing like the one in the picture that I ordered. Complete waste of money. Don't order from these people!
WIGS LOOKED LIKE DEAD RATS. THE DEAD RATS WERE EVEN THE WRONG COLOR!
Never give reviews but nothing could make me stop posting one for this company. Even took a month to get these two pieces of crap.
The reveiws from the web site were all good so I ordered a wig. I have been trying to cancel the order and cannot get anyone to respond. They say you have 24 hours to cancel and this is not working. This place is a scam. Do not order from them. I learned my lesson.
I wish I had searched deeper for reviews before I dealt with this company. I was diagnosed with breast cancer and decided to spend a bit more on something the guarantee would fit me like a glove. The wig I ordered cost $274 and was nothing I MEAN NOTHING like what I ordered. I paid through PayPal also and they were no help. Seems they're in on it. I could not believe the way I was treated by both of them. I don't know what kind of hair it was but it may as well been rat hair. It was awful, so awful and they would not refund my money unless I mailed it to China which would have cost almost $200 on their site it says it's all done in the U.S. and any issue would be dealt with through there. Please ladies stay far away from them and if you wind up in my situation please report them through the better business bureau and the consumer fraud dept through the attorney general's office. The pain and suffering they've caused so many woman we need a class action suit!
For some reason what they show on their coloring charts on no true. When ask for replacement they suggested a 10% discount which mounted to $9.60. For a new wig. If they asked for proof of purchase and sign for it also and then refuse to replace it think I was spamed and out of this money. Bad business here.
I'm a new wig wearer and I am surprised about how many compliments I get! I've always have had bad hair, always embarrassed about the way my hair looked. Now I look good, first thing in the morning, all day. This wig is the way I wished my own hair could be. I look so chic! It's a big confidence builder!
Saw wig on their web site and order it. When it arrived it looked nothing like picture. I emailed them 3 times with picture of the wig which they responded back and said wig was beautiful! Forget that it wasn't it even close to looking like the picture of the wig I ordered. I had paid through PayPal and was successful in getting back $75.00 of my $150.00 that I spent. I did learn if you shop wig back to China it cost $100.00.

Inutile anche arrabbiarsi. Serve solo leggere (prima) le recensioni e tenersi alla larga da questo sito e dalla povera gente che vi lavora.
They are very unprofessional and the quality is worst.
They did not want to take returns and harassed me.
This wig is great for putting it up in a cute messy bun the baby hair around the back make it perfect in hiding your on hair, I also cut some bangs in this wig it turned out beautifully all you really need are thinning shears and it won't leave that terrible look like you cut it yourself, I bought my shears at Walmart for less then 10 dollars, I also love the color sugarcane I have three wigs different style same color, this color is very popular and sometimes on backorder but it's worth the wait.
I RECEIVED MY WIG 3 WEEKS LATER, THE STYLE WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED. THE QUALITY OF HAIR MAY BE HUMAN -- NOT SURE. NO DOCUMENTS CAME WITH THE WIG. MOST IMPORTANTLY, THE WIGS IS SOOOOO POORLY MADE YOU CAN SEE THE ROWS OF STITCHING (OR THE SCALP) WHEN YOU PUT IT ON. THE ROWS OF TRACKS ARE SOOOOO THIN, YOU CAN COUNT THE HAIRS. I AM SENDING IT BACK ALONG WITH THE CHEAP FLIMSY STAND AND BRUSH. WHAT A HOAX...
It's a scam company. Do not do business with them. They really need to be shut down. They refuse to accept returns for any reason. If you buy it's yours. It doesn't matter how bad it is. You cannot return the item for a refund.
I purchased 3 wigs. These are NOTHING Like the pictures. They took 2 months to receive. I cannot believe they can get away with this level of deceipt. The wigs are cut wrong and the hair immediately falls out. They refuse to refund. This is fraudulent as they lie and misrepresent American women who purchase these. To make this even worse, I am bald from cancer. This business needs to be shut down. They are in China. This is also misrepresented on their website. I spent $400 that I don't have!
Do not purchase from here, wig was nothing like the picture! I received the wrong color and style it was absolutely terrible! And they would not refund my money back like they say they will, stay away and save your money!
Unfortunately, I fell victim to this company out of China and I am now out of $200+. If only I had done a little more research and looked at the reviews on this company. It was a real shame that my first wig buying experience ended up like this. I was very reluctant to order because I was afraid the colors wouldn't be as depicted on the website. After carefully looking at wigs in the colors I wanted and looking at the color guide I felt fairly confident in my choices. I placed an order for two wigs. The color was completely different. I immediately sent an email, following their instructions for returns/exchanges, to the company with pictures from their website, color guide and my wig side by side to let them know the color was wrong. This was their response:
"Thank you very much for your order!
We are pleased that you received your order but so sorry you did not satisfy!
Please kindly understand that you ordered a custom wig and we made the color, size and style as requested. You choose the color and we made the color according to our color chart. SWe all know that due to light shooting and computer display, there may be a slight color difference. It is inevitable when we are shopping online.
Please try again. We think you look great in your new wig.

Slight color difference? I'm sorry, but there's nothing slight about it. Try again? I think not. Oh, and "We think you look great in your new wig". How would they know when I didn't wear them or take a picture wearing them.
I'm going to have to chalk this up as a lesson learned the hard way. I'll be visiting my local wig gallery now, which I should've done in the first place. Don't fall victim to this scam of a company.
Must be same scam artists as Wigsbuy! I received a wig in dark brown that had to be made from horsehair or maybe, God forbid, from one of the poor souls they just love to decapitate, in China. I had ordered a blond synthetic. He would not take it back. He said by the time it got back to him, it would be past the allowable return date. How can we get this MFB
