The wigs are nothing like how they are advertised online! Poor quality and the colors do not even remotely match what you order. If you try to return for a refund, they do NOT honor their return policy! The only customer service they have is an email in which a woman named "olivia" just tries to get you to "reconsider." We emailed them over 15 times telling them over and over that all we want is a refund and even threatened to file a law suit. They did nothing to help us out or let us return the wigs. My wife has cancer and is losing her hair due to chemo therapy. All she wanted was a wig to match her natural hair color to help her with this difficult transition. They were NOT sympathetic to her situation. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! WE WASTED OVER $400 ON TWO TERRIBLE WIGS!

I ordered a unit for the sum of 294 dollars and am so disgusted. Placed my order 21 Apr just received yesterday 22 May after I was told it would be dispatched 7-9 May. Once I began to make several status request which included request for full refund at which point the unit became ready to ship. I.'m a bit challenge by technology and don't know how to attach pics of the unit. I don't have words to descibe what I received all I can say is karma will come for them and I have to accept my part of not thourghly reseaching... lesson learned I TRULY HOPE THIS WILL ASSIST OTHERS NOT TO BE ROBBED MISLEAD BY MISREPRESENTATION THIS WAS AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE DO NOT BUY FROM WIGSIS AM WORKING TO ELIMINATE THEIR ABILITY TO DO THIS TO ANYONE ELSE.

This is my 1st and last time buying a wig from this Wig sis. I received my wig and it looks nothing like the picture. The roots are not dark, the hair is not human hair, it's not 18 inches and there are no layers in it or highlights. When I contacted Customer service regarding a refund and return address they asked for pictures which I sent. Then they had the nerve to tell me that they don't see a problem with the wig and will not allow me to return it. Then CR wanted to offer me a 10% discount off a future wig. Their website & return policy is nothing but a lie. I'll be posting pictures of this ugly wig on YouTube for everyone to see it.

I too ordered 2 wigs in a petite size and what their color chart shows as a dirty blonde and low and behold size is too large and the color is way off. I too have had no success in getting a return authorization number. They want me to keep as an " alternative" wig. Olivia says it costs them a lot to make by hand but what about my expense. Now after the threat of charge disput she is offering to make 2 new wigs! What!? Why not just let me return them. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

Huge rip off, won't refund my money.
I picked out a wig that I found very attractive and what I got was a grey color that looked like a roadkill. I should have read the reviews first. I returned the wig. My tracking number shows that it arrived but they keep saying they have not received it.
These emails have been going back & forth for a couple of months now. I'm sure I'll never receive a refund. Hopefully someone will read this and save themselves some grief. - BEWARE AND DON'T ORDER FROM WIS SIS

I paid more than 200 dollars for a human hair short and brown wig, they sent me a synthetic blonde and horrible wig, horrible, I could not pay any dollar for this wig. They sent me the wig from Shanghai FeiYi International Trading Co, Ltda. do not buy. They are stealing our money.

I am updating my experience with wigsis. I sent them about 15 emails and a picture of this wig which I will try to insert in here. I told them over and over again how horrible it was and that I would never wear it. Bottom line they finally sent me a letter saying that I could return it and get money back/I could exchange it or they would give me $60 now. I took the $60 because I figured there was no way I was gonna send the wig back to China and get another one and I didn't trust that they would refund me I can't seem to get the picture on here but it was totally awful. I really advise all of you who have had this experience to do everything you can to get your money back. After I finished this hideous transaction I called PayPal and said what had happened and that I did not get back what I should have. And they said they had many complaints and when there were enough they will take PayPal away from them. I just hope they meant it. If you're looking for a wig and an honest company I would go to YouTube and there are demonstrations for smaller companies that are not advertised. I have not ordered another wig but if I do that's the way I will go

I have ti say that the 5 star reviews can not be real. If you notice, several of the reviewers have done more than one review. I think the 5 star reviews are done by employees of Wigsis. My wig looked nothing like the pic. It was supposed to be human hair. The quality was poor, you could see the cap, and the color was orange. I canceled my order within an hour of placing it. My refund was refused. They did not honor their cancellation policy. Many emails and offers back and forth. PayPal did not help. I was lucky enough to have my bank return my money after sending them copies if emails. Luckily, I did not have to return the wig. If you order from this company, you will not get your money back. Beware of the 5 star reviews. They were probably employees paid to write a 5 star review. This company is the worst kind of scam!

I would recommend that noone buy a wig from this company. I did, and did not like the product when it arrived. I contacted the company, which did not respond until I threatened action. They asked me for a picture of the product, which I sent. It has now been several months since I sent the picture in and I have not heard from them. They also neglect to give an address for their company on their site. I am now out $158.00.

I would rate them in the minus column if I could.

This company is a SCAM! I'm very angry $199 is gone. Don't order from this company no one deserves to be ripped off from this Hideous so call wig company. This company needs to be removed from the Internet so no one else gets ripped off fron this so call wig company shame on them.

I ordered 2 wigs from this back ally company costing over $300. Both wigs were the same style of boy-cut but different colors. They are not anywhere near the style I ordered. They are not even the same style as each other. When I tried them on my family and I could not stop laughing because the wigs are so awful! As one post reads they indeed look like rat hair. I contacted customer service and was told to let them relax as the shipping may have distorted them a little. There is absolutely no way of saving these wigs. Customer service also asked me to keep them as a favor because it would cost them money if I returned them... haha! OMG! I have made a couple more attempts to contact the company but have not heard back as of yet. Please be warned! These wigs are absolutely the most horrible wigs on planet earth! They are rat carcasses sewn together in the bowels of China's ghettos. As my mother pointed out between her hysterical laughing at least we now have something to wear for Halloween! DO NOT SEND MONEY OR DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS!

I ordered 2 wigs in January 2017, I did not receive them until March 2017; and I did not rec'd the free wig brush. I ordered two wigs the same size "average", one fit and the other one did not fit. Daisy, who responded to my problem said she could not see anything wrong from the pictures I sent. There is nothing wrong with the wig, except it is too small. You cannot see the size from the pictures! Wigsis does not honor their return policy. I had to send several emails to customer service before I received a response weeks later. Finally I received an email stating, the size of my head is the problem not the wig! How can the size of my head be the problem when I ordered two wigs the same size; one fit and the the other one did not fit. They denied the return and offered $10 off my next purchase, really!? The wig cost almost $200.00. You can be sure I will not order anything from wigsis again.

I ordered a beautiful layered red wig with lots of volume, based on a picture on WigSis. I received a long red wig similar to what is sold in Halloween stores - for over $160.00 Cdn. They offered $14.00 if I kept the wig. Thank heaven I used PayPal. I will have to pay for the return to CHINA! But will NEVER buy from them again and do not want to support them in any way shape or form. They say it's 'hand-made' - A LIE. DON'T BUY FROM THEM - you will regret it.
