Received a poorly manufactured excuse for a lace front, monofiliment wig. The color wasn't even close to what I ordered. Vendor states that they are based in USA. They are in fact based in China. Vendor states that you must h ave permission to return wig to a specific address but refused to supply permission or return address. They offered a few refunds in $5.00 increments up to $35.00. I paid $185.00. Credit card company was able to obtain return address. It cost me $32.00 to ship this piece of junk to China. Have not heard back from vendor.
Credit card company is investigating.

I ordered a wig for $127.00. It came quickly but it is hideous! I read their return policy and contacted via email. They have emailed me several times asking me to please try the wig again. They finally said they would refund $7.00. SEVEN DOLLARS! In my last email to them I told they have the worst Customer Service I have ever experienced and that I expected to be refunded at least $100.00. I told them they should be ashamed and that we don't do business like that in America. I haven't heard back from them. They said they cannot re-sell the wig although it is still in the hairnet, tags attached in the box it came in. I am disgusted with myself for taking this risk. DON'T ORDER FROM WIGSIS!

I ordered this wig after chemo and hair falling. The site looks genuine and expected to arrive quickly. Chose because UK site.
Mislead on delivery time. Kept advising on way but never came till 3 and a half weeks.
Opened box. Looked nothing like advertised product. Def not real hair. Colour black instead of dark brown. Extremely coarse. Very shiney. Looked instantly like synthetic hair.
Tested with straighteners. Didn't melt but wouldn't curl either!
Then realised when I read site their synthetic wigs do take some heat. So still think synthetic. I was desperate for a wig so tried taking the shine out. Washing it several times and drying naturally. No different... then tried vinegar wash no difference... tried mixture of honey lemon and apple cider vinegar no lift in colour... final test if it was human hair tried an
Off the shelf 6 shades lighter blonde bleach known brand to take it lighter and remove shine... if it were real hair this would of definitely lifted some colour out... but not a drop of colour came out.
So sad, distressed, chemo lady left with synthetic rubbish shoddy coarse wig not fit to wear... feel totally scammed... but then I was just desperate for a wig quickly and believed the promises.
Learn by my mistakes and look for reviews where your about to place your order don't believe the site hype!

Dreadful. Long wait, chased it, then the most awful wig arrived. Not as pictured, and not the real hair either. As this is for promo prof filming, I expected the best, at least what I ordered and paid for. It is hideous, and not real hair, nothing about it is right. The price, well that must be refunded and the delivery Yodel must come and pick up. Ive had it looked at by a wig expert... words fail her and indeed me. Come on WIGSIS, get real and REFUND immediately

WIGSIS completely ripped me off. I bought a handtied remy human hair 24" wig with mixed colors of blonde for $351, waited 6 weeks to get it, and they sent a wig of coarse, straw textured hair from probably a horse or boar. There is no way this is human, and certainly not remy, the highest quality hair. The color is all one shade, not mixed shades of blonde. This is the worst experience I have ever had online. They make it very hard to return the wig charging a huge fee so you still lose a lot of money. NEVER EVER BUY OR DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Item not same as advertised. They blamed the lighting from the camera and blamed the packaging. I couldn't even return the item from to the uk branch where it left for shipment, they game me an address in China.
Nightmare, would next time buy from a shop and see what I am buying.
Waiting for refund but them I lose as I have paid for delivery and now for the return.

However, sometimes, the quality of their wig is good.

"The quality of the WIGSYS wigs" is horrible. The products they sell are of the worst quality.
The wigs they're advertising on their web site/s (english web site, italian web site ecc.) are completely different compared withe the wigs they deliver. The quality of the products in terms of workmanship and aesthetic aspect is very low and scarse and is years away in comparison with the wigs that they're advertising and presenting on the pictures published on their website/s.
Behind these websites is a Chinese company that makes an unfair and misguiding advertising and sells completely worthless and useless products. They are advertising top quality wigs, but the customers get then scarse quality products that are not good to be worn neither for a masquerade. I was lucky because I payed the items I ordered with Pay Pal, so after a long dispute procedure, I was authorized to send the wigs back to the seller and then I was refunded by Pay Pal.

Do not order anything from this horrible company! I bought a $200.00 wig and it looks nothing like the wig in the picture. It was supposed to be blonde with light brown highlights and dark roots. The wig is white with pink/orange highlights and no color on the roots at all! I contacted this company about 5 times before getting a response. They said because the wig was custom made they can not do anything for me. They told me to pay another $200.00 for a wig and put in the comments that I need to pay extra so darker roots. It did not say that anywhere in the description of the wig. Then when I said I was going to give them a bad review they said if you order another wig we will give you 15% off. Now I'm stuck with a ugly Halloween $200.00 wig that I will never wear! The wig looked like it had been worn too when I got it. I'm not Kidding when I say it looks nothing like the picture! Not just color, but not even the cut of the wig. Horrible company! Please save your money. I buy lots of wigs and I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy! Save your money.

Whatever you do don't buy a wig from this company... I foolishly did... it was nothing like the picture on the site and very poor quality. I have been trying to get a returns address now for over a week. I have had over a dozen emails back and forth with excuse after excuse but still no address. I now have to go down the legal route to get my refund... be warned everyone it is just a big scam when they say on their website you can return it if unsatisfactory

I ordered a wig from this company. Detailed requirements via various emails were for a petite cap (average cap sent) 15" long (18" long was sent). The top of the hair was very matted. They told me to wash it (it made no difference) and have it cut. They are now refusing to take it back and refund my money as I had it cut - unbelievable! It cost me 20 euros to have it cut and they offered me a 15% discount on my next order. As if I would order another wig from them and waste even more money. This company is a complete con. NEVER, EVER, order from them unless you want to totally waste your money.

I STRONGLY recommend that you do NOT buy anything from this business. As a chemotherapy patient I purchased, what I thought would be a natural looking human hair wig only to be shocked when it arrived. It was the most despicable excuse of merchandise I have ever seen. I took it to a professional stylist and was told it was NOT human hair. When I tried to return it I did not receive my refund. I purchased this through PayPal and they advertise Buyer Protection, they too failed. Although I paid dearly to have it returned, I am now informed by USPS there is no tracking method in place for anything returned to China and both this vendor and PayPal knew this. I am now out over $200 with no recourse. BUY DOMESTIC from a reputable vendor.

I wldnt even give these disgusting vile people a one star they have conned me out of a lot of money for a wig I ordered human hair and I received fake straw hair not fit for anyone only the bin I emailed them and they said could I keep it I replied back no iv send 15 emails n they keep asking me to keep it saying that is was custom made when it was not! They said that it cost to much money send it back and they said it would get lost in the post and they offered ten euro of my next orders yous lousy scumbags yous haven't heard last of me preying on innocent people disgusting
