I wish I could give 0 starts. I ordered two items from this website. First time customer. One of the items arrived one week later which is not bad but the other item was missing even if my credit card was charged for both items! I called and they said they would send the other item right away and that i would get it in few days. Few days later i did not receive the item and called them back. They finally said that the item was in back order and that i would receive it 2 months later. I placed my order on June 9 and I was only going to receive the item on August 18. What a joke! I asked them to cancel the item and refund the money they charged for the item they did not send. They said they would do that but i waited for an email cancelation and refund and did not receive it. I asked the representative why i did not receive the email cancelation and he said i would still receive it in the next 24/48 hours. I got upset and said that i did not understand this policy and the representative hung up on my face and never apologized for the mistake. I buy things online a lot and i would never recommend this website. I am hoping to receive the money back for the item they never sent or even had on stock!

I have no idea why Wayfair exist in business. I have never experienced this with any other online or in person stores. Honestly, making one awful purchase on Wayfair caused me a lot of hassle. Wasting so much money and time. It brought anxiety to my life. They are the worst customer service ever and they don't care at all. Treating their customers like $#*!. I bought a coffee table from Wayfair for more than $700, we received the order, it took us 3-4 hours to assemble it and the quality was lower than a $40 coffee table. So we had to spend another hour or so to disassemble the table.After that, I called 8 times, yes I count it 8 times to schedule a pick up. In the end, they told me you should call Fedex yourself it's not our responsibility. So we had to figure that out ourselves. After 3 weeks from the time we requested the pick up WE ourselves were able to manage and get Fedex pick up the table. Right now it's been about a month that Fedex has picked up the item and we are STILL waiting for our refund. I have called 5 times so far and spoken to 5 different agents and all of them have told me they'll put a note for finance but we HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR MONEY YET. So buying a table cost us A LOT OF MONEY AND TIME, and Wayfair literally doesn't care. I'm looking into ways to take this to any possible authority.

Half a loveseat
December 7, 2022

I ordered a loveseat at the end of October
I received (1) one box the base and cushions
I did not get the box with the arms of the loveseat
It took a month and a half to get the other box
Between wayfair and the incompetent delivery drivers I'm lucky I got it at all
This was my first order and my last
And I hope all the people I know never order from
Wayfair worst company that I have ever ordered from.

On April 27th I bought a bed and a mattress, the mattress was delivered on time, the bed was not delivered on the date and when I contacted I was informed that my delivery was lost, they asked me for more than a month for a new delivery so I waited again, but to my surprise I received an email asking me to evaluate the delivery, but I didn't receive anything, I got in touch and was informed that my delivery was lost again, every day I get in touch and no one solves anything, since I paid the total amount of the purchase and the WAYFAIR company has no respect for their customers and they don't solve anything, I need to look for another way to get my money back, terrible company I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I will never again order anything from Wayfair.com! On Thanksgiving weekend I ordered a dining room table and chairs to be delivered by December 9th, just in time for the holidays. After they charged my credit card the delivery date was changed three times by Wayfair. To make matters worse the contracted delivery company changed the delivery dates and times on two separate occasions. The third attempt at delivery was for December 24 a time and date picked out by the delivery company. The delivery company never showed or called during the four hour delivery window on Christmas Eve. I called Wayfair.com customer service several times complaining about having been charged $2500 and never receiving my item. They kept sending me follow up emails telling me that it was my responsibility to reach out to the delivery company to reschedule the delivery. The delivery company never answer their telephone or returned my phone call. After communicating this problem several times to Wayfair's customer, Wayfair kept sending me follow up emails telling me that it was my responsibility to reach out to the delivery company. After missing two days of work waiting for the schedule delivery of my dining room set I canceled the item. The worst part about this entire experience is the fact that I had to pay $144 return shipping to Wayfair when my order was never even delivered to me in the first place.

Disappointed in the add

The add, reads 65 inch Tova TV stand, when I put it together, it was only 58 inches long, make sure you check spectications under add, the 58 inch TV stand only accommodates a 65 inch TV, advertising is not clear

Product Brand Misrepresented

I have the worst experience shopping with Wayfair.
Consumers please be aware that the brand names for products listed on Wayfairs website particularly furniture is not the brand they send you. I call it the bait and switch. There is no disclosure on the website letting the consumers know that their may not be fulfilled with the brand name of your original order. This misleading and not fair business practice. As a customer I expect to receive my items in the brand name I ordered not the Wayfair brand. They are shiesters as far as I am concerned. I purchased a Dhanveer Louis Pilippe item by Canora Grey and received an Aliauna by Lark Manor
Also purchased an Abert item by Thee Post Teen and received an ACME.com item.

I ordered a bench on Nov. 24th, 2023. I wrote Wayfair on Dec. 9th inquiring about the item. They said if it didn't ship in a week to get back with them. I waited until after Christmas and it still hadn't shipped. I re-ordered the bench. It was supposed to be here Jan. 2nd. It never arrived. I talked to customer service and they said they couldn't do anything because it's showing ready for shipping. I was told I had to wait until Jan. 9th to cancel the order. I contacted customer service on Jan. 9th and they told me they could not do anything until Jan. 11th. It's January 11th and now I'm being told I have to wait until January 16th. Mind you, they have charged me for this bench already. This is the worst shopping experience I have ever had. Why go to Wayfair when you can go to Amazon. I'm done with this company.

I bought a sleeper sofa on Wayfair. Beware. I don't usually write reviews I think this is something you should know about Wayfair. There is no quality control and no communication between Wayfair and their manufactures. Let me explain. I live in Florida sporadically throughout the year. I ordered one on their costume made sofas. It came in defective. There is a 3 inch gap between the the back cushions and the bottom cushion. The cushions should meet each other at the joint. It is easily noticeable. I called Wayfair and they said before they could replace they needed to send a repair man out to see it. Their repair man said nothing could be done. Wayfair then ordered a replacement. I had to fly down to Florida for the scheduled delivery again. This I did not mind. However the replacement sofa had the same problem. How many sofas do I need to get before their are no defects. You would think that Wayfair would call their manufacturer to make sure the second one was not defective. They never did even when they knew my situation that I had to fly down to make special accommodations to get the second delivery. Now Covid hits and I had to leave. I can't fly down anymore so now I stuck with a deflective $900 sofa. How many time would I need to fly down to get a non-defective sofa?

WORST ONLINE BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Bought a bed... it's PAID for, they tell me it will be here April 1 between 9am-1pm. I arrange my WORK schedule to be home for delivery. They call at 11am-and tell me they won't be delivering today because they don't have the bed to deliver at the warehouse. I am then assigned a case manager who contacts me Thursday saying they can't find it. So he orders me another bed that will arrive at the warehouse here in Jacksonville FL on April 22, and they will call me to schedule ANOTHER delivery that I will need to arrange my WORK schedule for AGAIN and they can't guarantee free assembly, will will credit me $75. Big deal! I finally told them to keep it, and refund my money. Not worth my time or aggravation. I will NEVER purchase anything from Wayfair. Ever.

I placed an order a month ago and the expected delivery was 15th of July but i never got the bed delivered. After talking to your agents couple of times, every time what i hear is that the bed is stuck in customs and will be delivered in 2-3 days. It was my first time ordering from this company and it was so disappointing. Today, on 25th July I called again to your customer service and asked the agent to transfer the call to the supervisor. Her name is Andrey, after explaining her the whole situation, what she offered me is either they will replace the order for the same bed or they will refund the more, which is not acceptable after waiting for a month. I asked her to transfer the call to the manager and what i heard is that she is the head and she don't have any manager. Anyhow I convinced her to let me talk to anybody from higher authority. She transferred the call to the manager named Katy. Again, she offered me two things either a replacement or a refund. The bed you was not able to deliver in a month, how should I believe that it will be delivered in 3-5 days. At last, I am left with the only option of refund. The bed I ordered was the time of sale. I can't find any bed for the same price. After making me wait for a month, what was offered is just a refund. It is so disappointing and will never shop from Wayfair again.

I ordered a mattress from Wayfair and it never arrived.

The expected delivery day for my mattress was Dec 2 and it is now Dec 6 with conflicting information from Wayfair and FedEx on where the package is and where it is being delivered to. I had the package delivered to my home. The status of where my package was was inconsistent the Wayfair website and on FedEx, as in they didn't match. Wayfair then emailed me to say that my package was delivered, I called FedEx and they said it had not been delivered. I called Wayfair who claimed that it was delivered and if it wasn't, they would ship it out Dec 8 to start this whole process over.

I called FedEx to confirm that it would be delivered to the correct address. Without my permission and without me expressing that I even wanted an address change, Wayfair changed the delivery address to a Walgreens. I received a call in the morning from FedEx that someone changed my address and due to this complication my mattress will not be delivered for another 48 hours at minimum.

Wayfair is a horrible company-order from Amazon.

A headache
May 18, 2020

Wayfair billed my credit card that hadn't been shipped. When I called they said that it was still at the warehouse. It had been several weeks since I placed the order and since they couldn't tell me when it would be shipped, I asked them to cancel the order and put my refund back on the card it was charged to. I was told by the representative no problem. Then I received an email from a supervisor telling me that they didn't owe me a refund. I emailed him back and explained to him that I hadn't received the order, and in fact I was told that it hadn't shipped. I received another email from a different rep saying that they were sending me instructions on how to return it. Again, I had to call customer service. I received an email that they issued my refund and had put it on a store credit. I emailed back and said I didn't want a store credit because I won't be buying anything from Wayfair starting immediately. I told them again to put it back on the original card. After numerous calls and emails they finally put it back on my credit card. So many representatives were involved that none of them knew what was happened. Something similar has happened before, this time I've learned my lesson.

Placed order on Jun 3,2022 2 x bed frame, estimate delivery shows Jun 15,2022. Since then no update about the shipment, call on Jun 15th to confirm! The lady said I have to wait and patient they will be there because 15th is not end!

Call Wayfair on Jun 17th again, still had the same response and nothing updated on the website!

Call again on the 22nd, ask them if there's any situation about the delivery, the response is no one knows where and what happened to the bed frame!
Ridiculous! Ask me to wait and any shipping information will automatically update at their web!

Call Jun 26th and want to cancel the order as Costco have the same bed frame at $199.99. The response is shipment will be delivered tomorrow, 27th! I can't cancel the order, what I can do is return the bed frame under my cost to get the refund if I don't want the beds frame! Another ridiculous arrangement!

I spoke to a supervisor and she's saying their staffs already did the best on my situation, so that's customer's bad that keeps calling and have no ideas about the shipment and where's the parcel!

All they need is just tell me at the beginning if there's a boarders delay ( this is the explanation from the supervisor on Jun 26th)!

That's how they solve the situation!
If you can or like to handle this kind of frustration, then this is the place! Otherwise not recommend!
