Straight forward enough, accurate quote provided prior to starting work so no surprises. I missed an email with the quote and contacted them, as soon as I paid for the work they were on it. Parts took a while, "the new normal" and I believe it had nothing to do with shop protocol.
I'm quite pleased, my well-worn and used automatic "work" watch arrived looking new and is keeping perfect time.

I spent $336.23 to repair an old Swiss watch that belong to my dad and it worked for just a bit more than a year! When I called again, they didn't help in any way, it was just considered out of warranty and bye-bye. Stay away from these people.

Thank you for your feedback. Our warranty is 1 year from the date serviced. Typically we can make a simple adjustment to watches that were recently serviced. I recommend sending the watch in and let us take a look at it.

Beware
November 4, 2021

Sent these guys 5 reverso rotary watches for battery replacement after my local guys tried to replace batteries and had difficulty. Watches were brand new. They ended up charging over 700, replaced movement, crystals, and finally batteries. They pass themselves off as rotary authorized and not. After 4 months, finally got them and they're no longer water proof either and paid double shipping as sent in two packages. Beware! Took 4months as well

Hi Albert. We apologize that you were dissatisfied with your experience. We do not start repairing until we receive a payment. With your quantity of watches, the repair time took longer than we originally anticipated. We apologize for that inconvenience. Additionally, we cannot guarantee water resistance. We hope you were satisfied with your repaired watches.

First let me say that I'm very satisfied with service I got from Watch Repairs USA. The price was fair and the work was completed in a timely manner. I bought the watch new in 1981 and it has been on my wrist for close to 43 years. During that 42 years I have had it overhauled at least 4 times. I am a general contractor and I'm very rough on my watch and I don't take it off no matter what I'm doing so it gets beat up pretty bad including, welding, concrete work heavy equipment. When I got my watch back from Watch Repairs it looked great! I will use them again! Thanks!

SCAM

These liars have had my antique pocket watch since August 2019. I paid $600 for them to restore it. 5 months later and multiple calls to this outfit has resulted in nothing but lies and delays. They tell me one story after another. I have demanded my money and my watch back. I am afraid I will note see either.

I have a stainless Luminox that is over 20 years old. It was no longer keeping good time even after numerous new lithium batteries being installed. I had some local watch repair places here in Texas take a look, but was told it was going to cost more than the watch was worth to repair. I found these guys on the internet and with a little reluctance and skepticism I sent it to them. 1. They made the process of shipping my watch to them very easy. 2. They followed up after receiving the watch. 3. Sent me a detailed estimate. 4. When I got my 20 year old Luminox back I was totally, but pleasantly shocked! I have never seen it that polished and new looking since I can remember! And it's keeping accurate time! And the cost was absolutely less than the watch is worth! I have since referred others to these folks and I will certainly be a return customer.

Excellent service
July 28, 2021

I submitted my Ulysse Nardin for service and repair. The process was smooth and communication very good. I was notified of the work needed as well as costs. The watch was returned on time. Keep in mind when you ship watches overseas for repair, it can take many months. Watch Repairs USA is an excellent alternative.

I have spent more than the cost of the watch. Each repair last roughly a year and then it's over 300$ to fix again. This last time the back of the watch just fell off as all the screws came out. Sent it back Several months later they want over 300$ again. Just paid to have shipped back. Will buy a new one, should have done that in the first place. Obviously the expertise is not there... I mean really? All the screws come off the back and it falls apart shortly after a 300$ repair. Go elsewhere folks.

Scam
July 5, 2022

Absolutely terrible outfit. They sat on my watch for 20 days, while stating that it takes 5 to 10 days for them to complete an estimate. Every time I contacted them, they sent a standard reply that they were waiting for the price of the parts. I told them twice that the watch was running 3 minute too fast and did not need parts, only cleaning and adjustment. Finally, I requested that they just ship the watch back to me, and they charged me $30 for shipment while USPS Flat Rate is $9.45. That is how, I think, they make money - by not doing any work and swindling clients for shipping costs.

Hi Boris. We apologize that you were dissatisfied with your experience and the extended length of time to get your estimate. The UPS shipping value includes insurance, so the value of your watch impacts that price. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience.

My experience is exactly like everyone else's -- lured in by a professional looking website. Paid in advance enormous amount for watch to be repaired. Then, no communication for months. After I reached out asking for updates, I was multiply mislead with inconsistent stories about the status of repairs. Weeks and weeks go by. Emails and calls are unanswered or ignored. I have recently filed complaints with the BBB and the NY AG office, and disputed the charge with my credit card. This is -- at best -- the worst and rudest company I have ever had the displeasure of patronizing, and more likely, an outright scam organization.

Sent my eclissi in. All it needed was a pin. No big deal. Two months later they email me and say we dont have the part. That took two months. Then they say if you want your watch back its 14 dollars shipping. 14 dollars to ship from ny to conn less than 100 miles a way. What a rip off

They were supposed to do a complete mechanical restoration on my hamilton 992e. They had the watch about five months and when I finally got it back it gains up to 25 minutes in 8 hours. I also paid for a "professional case cleaning and polish" watch case is full of scratches. I emailed them with my complaint but no response from them. Please do yourself a favor and find a real watch service and repair shop

I was quoted 344 dollars for a fix on a watch that cost 500 bucks. A Movado Tom O. Repair #*******. In case you have trouble finding the order. After asking for a discount they said no and it was 25 bucks to ship it back. I sat on it for 1-2 weeks and they discounted the repair 50 bucks. I never felt comfortable with this company especially Sandra. I specifically sent an email asking ALL PARTS be returned with the watch and Sandra said the techs ALWAYS return all parts. No parts were returned and I'm not at all shocked. After another Email exchange she said she would have a tech get back
To me. Did the tech? No, it was Sandra, again. She told me they only typically send back watch bands. The invoice stated they replaced the crystal, stem and crown, battery, and seals and gaskets. I doubt they did. I'm only writing this because I told Sandra I would give a fair review, here it is.

Hi Matt. We apologize that you were dissatisfied with your experience. We do not typically return old batteries or broken crystals. All repairs were completed as stated, so we did replace the crystal, stem and crown, battery, and seals and gaskets. Hopefully your returned watch is fixed to your needs. If you have any problems, you have a 1 year warranty from the time your watch was returned.

I sent my watch in for repair and paid $19 to have it shipped back. The item was never delivered to my house. When I contacted their customer service, they informed me that I needed to pay and additional $19 to have them again attempt to send my property back to me. Since I already paid $19 for them to ship my property back, I should not have to pay again. I continued to discuss with customer service, and they will not send me back my property. They are thieves! I highly recommend staying away from them!

Bad company
January 17, 2024

They charged me $30.00 for a $2.00 battery, charged $20.00 for a $1.00 oring which was the wrong size so the watch got moisture in it. The watch quit running after 9 months and they won't honor their 12 month warranty. My watch is ruined beyond repair because of them

I am sorry, but this was not a warranty. The caseback was broken and the contact that connect the battery was bent meaning someone else had been in the watch which voids our warranty. When we told you this you just asked us to return the watch which we did.
