Very satisfied. Watch is like new again. Have had no issues with it continue to properly operate.
My beautiful watch was restored and now works like a dream. I greatly appreciate the prompt service.
Was surprised to find that this watch repair company did not have a higher on-line rating. Everything about my watch repair and refurbishment went very smoothly and I was kept fully appraised on progress throughout. My favorite Fendi watch stopped keeping accurate time after 17 years heavy use with just battery replacements. Local jewelry stores were unable to help. Delighted with USA Repairs workmanship. The S/Steel polish service is definitely worth it. Back like new. Whole process was seamless. Only adverse comment would be on price but can't really complain if I can get another 17 years service!
I had my TAG repaired 8/19/21 #******* $327.74 replaced the stem and crown. 18 months later (you got it) the same thing happened repair #******* $$379.97 to replace the exact same parts. I sent an email to Ann and explained my displeasure. All I got in response to my email is they will tell me know when they return it unrepaired. Not even a discount. Are your parts of that low caliber and the repairs that weak?
The one time in my life I don't do due diligence, I get burned by these thieves. Sent off my 125-year-old watch for repair. $553 and five months later, my watch is not only not repaired, it is destroyed beyond repair. The hands are not even attached and the porcelain face is cracked even if it were repaired now by a competent watchmaker the value us lost. I can forgive incompetence, but these people are just thieves. This is a particularly evil scam because they don't just steal your money, they destroy what might be a priceless heirloom.

I have had several watches serviced and one at present for soon to be son in law…. Only once did a crown come off on a Zodiac Super Sea Wolf that I returned and it was repaired promptly …. They provide a UPS Label that you print out for mailing in and updates are by email and setting up payment.
I've completely satisfied thus far…. Average turn around a few weeks…
Thank you for the feedback Robert. We appreciate your business and enjoyed working on repair #325120.
Over the years, we have received a large number of complaints from customers who first visited this establishment. Their stories are usually similar to those below. For a long time, they were NOT seeing many of our brands watches, but I see they are now adding our name back onto their site. And again, we received two complaints from customers warning us about them in the past few weeks. Don't be fooled by this company and some of the positive reviews. Even a broken watch right twice a day.
Hi Bob. We apologize that your customers were dissatisfied with their experiences with our company. If you could be a little bit more specific with the customer's repair numbers, we could better address your issue.
Dealing with this company was a A+++++ experience! I had an original Gucci watch from 1980 that no one could repair. It had more sentimental value than anything. I found this company and sure enough they repaired it! Customer Service is the absolute best!
We are very happy we could fix the band on your Gucci bracelet. Thank you for choosing us and look forward to working with you again in the future.
I was satisfied with my repair, what you could do to be more transparent is be sure you tell us that in order to replace a crystal that you will also need to replace the gaskets. It maybe on there but I never saw it. I was ok with the cost until you threw me a curve ball and the price almost doubled. Felt kinda like finding out your girl cheated on you... nothing you can do.
Hi David. We apologize that you were dissatisfied with the cost of your repair. We will ensure that we communicate that better next time. We would be happy to service any other watch of yours in the future.
Replacing the battery seemed to take longer than previous. Also, the hands on the watch seemed to be more difficult to read. I believe this is a function of the watch's age and is in no way related to the battery installation. My guess is that some coating on the hands has deteriorated. If I'm correct, it would have been nice if your firm suggested some cure for this problem.
Thank you for the kind review. The repair was paid on August 11th and shipped back on August 17th. Glad we could be of service. If you would like to have the hands replaced in the future we would be glad to do that, but that would typically not be something we would just recommend when the hands were in good physical shape.
My watch is now basically brand new again! Took over a month (not surprising, as just about an good watchmaker takes time), to have it returned, and naturally it wasn't cheap to restore it. If a watch is sentimental to you, it's worth the wait and expense. If not, buy another less expensive one at walmart.

I was glad to finally find someone who could repair my Michelle Deco watch, but getting it back was a nightmare. First your shipping department sent it via UPS with signature needed, but they delivered to the Post Office and the Post Office returned it. I asked if I could pay for FedX - "no, we don't do that," so they sent it via UPS and for no known reason it got returned to them. I asked again if I could pay for FedX. Nope. Third time, they mailed it to the local UPS Store where I had to pay $40 for them to receive it because I don't have a box there. Each time I had to tolerate sass from Sandy who seemed to think I was somehow to blame for wanting my watch back. Now I hope my watch lasts long enough to justify the $240 I spent to repair it + UPS charge. Not a good experience.
We apologize that you had difficulty getting your watch returned. We do use UPS as our main carrier with signature requirement. Signature requirement can also be removed upon request. We can also ship via FedEx as requested above, we just ask that provide your own return label. We do hope you enjoy your timepiece and please contact us if we can assist you in the future.
I'M SCARED AFTER READING THESE REVIEWS. WILL UPDATE WHEN DONE. I SENT OFF MY MICHELLE WATCH FOR REPAIR. EVEN HAD TO CALL TO ASK FOR ESTIMATE. WAS LIKE 2 WEEKS AND STILL HADEN'T HEARD FROM THEM. IT CAME OUT TO $90 FOR A BEZZELE REPAIR WHICH I'M OK WITH. HOPEFULLY ALL WILL BE OK. I WILL STAY POSITIVE. I WILL UPDATE WHEN I GET MY WATCH BACK. I WOULD REALLY REALLY REALLY HATE TO GIVE A BAD REVIEW, THAT WOULD MEAN I HAD A BAD BAD EXPERIENCE. FINGERS CROSSED.
Hi Allen. Sometimes it takes longer to obtain pricing on specific watch parts. Our customer service is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. every weekday if you want any status update. We hope the watch you received shortly after this review met your expectations.
I had a movado go in for a cracked crystal and a battery replacement. Movado crystals are very durable. This one took a beating while wearing it in a prior job but finally developed a small crack after years of use. I'm in a different, much less physical, position now. My watch sat on a shelf for a couple years of non use but still kept perfect time. I decided to find someone that could replace the crystal and decided to have the battery replaced as well. Understandably, the watch was out for sometime. It finally arrived. I started wearing it and bumped it on day two. Sure enough, it was scratched. It's obvious they don't use the same oem crystal movado uses. The crystal is a couple hairs above the bezel which was not the case with the original. The original crystal sat flush with the bezel. Finally, this watch has stopped running three times since I got it back. Less than a month. The repair was a little over a couple hundred dollars so I didn't get reamed there. They also cleaned it and replaced the crown and stem. All in all, I'm happy to have the watch back so I'm not complaining. Just giving honest feedback.
I have a collection of Movado watches that I will never ever, never ever, ever have serviced through your company. That's it, that's all.
. Sent watch (Tissot) because it was losing time and winding stem would not fully seat Still loses time even though watch is on automated winder overnight and winding still doesn't fully seat.
I sent the watch in waited a few months for a repair and my tag huer has already stopped working
They lived up to ALL request and repairs. Would definitely use them again should I need watch repair.
Sent in my father's 1960 era Baylor watch for service. Quote for a complete service and crystal replacement was $493.00. I have only worn the watch for approximately 60 hours and it stopped working. Local watch repair shop opened it up.
Screw holding down the manual wind gear came off and gear plus screw free floating in the case. In addition, the watch is missing the two case screws which hold the movement down to the case and the crown stem is rusted.
I complained and the company replied "watch is out of warranty, not our problem"
Do not send your watch to these crooks. Go local, find someone honest who you can trust.
I had my dad's old Baylor watch. It didn't run and didn't have a crystal. Watch Repairs fixed the broken parts and installed a new crystal. I am satisfied with the work, the only thing that bothers me is that the watch face was not polished when they reinstalled the crystal. Marks on the face could have been polished out, I paid them to polish the watch, but they didn't take care of the face. Other that that everything else is fine, repair took about two months.
I have used Watch Repairs USA twice for two watches. Both tines were very positive experiences. The communication was great! They immediately notified me of a delay in getting a part for my last watch. I will use them again!
Thank you for the feedback and review Rhonda. We appreciate your repeat business.
Answer: They are a real company, just a horrible and unethical one
Answer: Watch Repairs USA is responsible to actually repair the watch and send it back. As of today Watch Repair USA has my money AND my Watch. It was sent on February 27,2020. Today is August 3rd 2020. I filled everything out correctly and got the first e-mail saying my watch and order was received. The 'STATUS'has remained unchanged for 4+ months as çheck back or we will send you an e-mail for the update. SO far NOTHING and no reply from the company to my e-mail inquiries. SO can't blame the customer for this. Sounds like THEFT to me!
Thank you for the feedback and review David. We appreciate your business and enjoyed working on your repair.
