Has anybody in the last 8 weeks got their watch repaired by this company and has been 100% satisfied with their service?

This also gave me an outrageou quote for a routine service. I said no. They are charging me $18 to ship back. And it should have been here 2 weeks ago. DO NOT USE THEM.

Watch repairs usa cannot be responsible for people who cannot navigate a website and properly print out a form-nor can they be responsible for UPS inefficiency and you know what people-sometimes things take time to ship, process and return! Watches don't morph through the internet-they have to physically move.

Answer:
Watch Repairs USA is responsible to actually repair the watch and send it back. As of today Watch Repair USA has my money AND my Watch. It was sent on February 27,2020. Today is August 3rd 2020. I filled everything out correctly and got the first e-mail saying my watch and order was received. The 'STATUS'has remained unchanged for 4+ months as çheck back or we will send you an e-mail for the update. SO far NOTHING and no reply from the company to my e-mail inquiries. SO can't blame the customer for this. Sounds like THEFT to me!
