Lee, clocksmith, completely overhauled and restored circa 1825 American grandfather tall case clock. Picked unit up at residence and returned on completion. Great job…works perfectly. Watch Repairs USA most highly recommend. Lee is a perfectionist. And owner is easy to work with.

The total time shipping, repairing and returned was excellent. Looked like new when I received it back. This was a 200M watch that I used for diving over the past many many years. I understand that You noted that I should not use this watch for any water activities due it's age, warn parts and knowing that no one can guarantee the repair for water activities. I agreed with you... With that said, I have been on 6 dives (open ocean) to 100 feet and many snorkeling trips with no issues what so ever.Excellent repair.

It is uncomfortable to send a valuable and favorite watch off in the mail for service. I have used Watch Repair USA more than once with excellent results. Estimates and completion are timely.

I sent 4 vintage Hamilton electric watches to Watch Repairs USA to receive attention to battery changes and related repairs. They analyzed each watch and sent me an estimate for each and the total for all four. I agreed to the amount and about a month later received the watches in fine running order. My watch clasp is too tight (it worked well before servicing), the daily date change is not working properly, and the watch, although an old one, was not polished/cleaned well before being returned to me.

So it cost more to fix it than the original cost of the watch, but worth it for sentimental reasons.

I received an acknowledgment, via email, when the watch was received by Watch Repairs USA. I was also provided with an estimate as to what was necessary to repair. Once I gave approval, I was then kept informed of the progress and an expected date for completion of repair and shipment of my watch. The watch was returned to me in excellent, running condition.

3 watches sent for service, a Gruen, a tag and an omega. The service was carried out, and the watches function as if new.
Customer care and information was excellent.
The process of shipping etc. was easy to do.

The website & service was easy to use. Prices are very fair and I would definitely recommend.
