Sent my eclissi in. All it needed was a pin. No big deal. Two months later they email me and say we dont have the part. That took two months. Then they say if you want your watch back its 14 dollars shipping. 14 dollars to ship from ny to conn less than 100 miles a way. What a rip off

Scam- 3 day shipping- its over a week- they have been ignoring emails- tried to charge me twice- from china where they are had 4 fraudulent charges within mins of placing order- dont know if ill ever get my purchase- they dont mention there in china

Ordered product a week ago, site says ships in 3 days-- its still not shipped
Also they tried to bill me twice for the order- after placing order had 4 fraudelent charges on my card from there location - emailed 4 times, no emails have been answered- i dont know if ill ever get the order- notified my credit card company of possible scam, fraud
