0 STARS! DO NOT order from this place. This is a scam. I ordered in January 2023 and 6 months later I still have no product and no refund. I have been communicating with "customer service" and they keep saying there is a high volume. They emailed me in June 2023 and stated that it is too late to provide me a refund and when I replied stating that I was going to report them they asked me how I would like my redund(credited to my account or to my original form of payment). I replied stating that I wanted it back on my card and they responded a week later stating once again that there is a high volume and they don't know when my issue will be resolved. I contacted one of the vendors directly and they stated that they can not provide me with a refund because Wanelo has not paid them for their products/orders for the past year then told me that if I wanted the product they can ship it out if I send them more money directly through PayPal. SCAM SCAM SCAM!
I have several orders that still say processing and it's been over a month! The hat and sunglasses I received where ok but the handbags are complete crap. They were advertised as high quality and genuine leather! Terrible quality and not leather!'I contacted the seller and the company immediately! I kept getting the same response and email back from the company and they finally responded a week later. They are telling me to send them back to the seller which is in China! Probably not even worth it because if the shipping cost. Of course the refund is on a credit! If I ever receive my other items I'm sure it will be crap!

Do not order from the company. They have not shipped me my order since February and its almost July. They are SCAMMERS. I reported them to the Better Bussiness Bureau. Keep lying everyday someone is working on it.

First of all,I did order a Gucci belt a while ago, I never wear it, it looks so cheap. I know it's fake, but at least it should look like a reasonable copy.
Secondly, I gave another chance, I order a Gucci sandal since January 2, I never received it, it said to receive between February to March, we are in June,6 month now. Every time I send an email to send me my money back the answer it's always the same" we are in it". And they have the nerve to send me offers for credit. I would never invest not a cent to this company, I just have to unsubscribe. If there is a BIG ZERO I will give to them.
My Name is Jean R Germain, I have over 10 items that I ordered, and it's been months I have not heard anything on what happens to my orders. I've sent emails after email and all they kept saying is that they investigate. I really don't know what to do but to get my lawyer involve and see what can come out of this. At this point I just need a reimbursement they can keep those $#*!.

I place 3 different orders about 6 months ago. I never received the items. I requested a refund for the items, considering their website states full refund for undelivered items. I have been asking for a refund since March 2023, no refund and still no items. They keep sending the same canned response saying they are waiting to hear from the seller. This is such Bu...it!

All I keep getting is a run a round email, saying they are trying to figure out what's going on with my order. It says items are shipped 5-7 buisness days. I am so upset. I trusted this app, and ordered my with full confidence and feel I have been scammed out of my money. So disappointing. I hate shopping online. Never again. I placed my order on 3/21/23 the seller stated ships within 7 days! I contacted Wanelo and Justin emailed me back totally giving me the runaround. I waited a week sent another email - then another and the last one Justin offered me a 5.00 credit on my next purchase?! OUTRAGEOUS!

I am contacting the State's ATTY General Office & filing a complaint- maybe they can get away with this in China but we take Fraud & Theft seriously here.They have a US business address…If you have been scammed PLEASE go onto your State's Government Website and file the complaint…
STAY AWAY! This company is a ofraud. I have had so many bad experiences, I don't even know where to begin. I have learned my lesson to not ever buy from them again. My last 2 experience were the worst from them all. I bought sneakers last year which said delivered, but I never received them. I showed proof from the carrier that they were sent to the wrong address, but since it was the same zip code, they didn't give me a refund. I had to repurchase them for a higher price on Dec 2022. To date, it still says "item delayed." I have emailed them more than 30 times (not exaggerating) and they reply with the same generic response saying they are sorry, but there's nothing they can do. Once again, no item and no refund. They offered me a $5 credit to spend with them which is laughable since it's more than $200 I spent. Again, STAY AWAY!

Answer: You gotta realise, wanelo isnt a shopping site, it just connects your site through their shopping gateway while wanelo collects money through affiliates. I dont think wanelo is even responsible for people who dont ship or cheat their customers.

Answer: Once you try to cancel you will not be able to they are going to do anything to keep you on ice because their intent is not to give you your money back and they will string you along hopefully you forget and say it's not worth trying to get it back.
