“Was charged 300+. Dollars for my order over a month ago and still have not received merchandise”

All I keep getting is a run a round email, saying they are trying to figure out what's going on with my order. It says items are shipped 5-7 buisness days. I am so upset. I trusted this app, and ordered my with full confidence and feel I have been scammed out of my money. So disappointing. I hate shopping online. Never again. People like this ruin it for people with trust issues as myself.

Tip for consumers:
yes I either my money returned to my credit card or my products. please
