I have been waiting on my phone to ask about holding a toy for my child for 51 minutes, I called and was transferred to electronics by customer service, and have been listening to terrible music ever since.
Purchased a 65" 4k ultra tv, said plainly this tv does not come with a stand, so i purchased 2, one for table top and another for wall mount, was told by rep that i could return either to loocal store for refund. Wrong, both mounts were filled by sears, FITUEYES name used as vendor online. And tv had both a table top and a wall mount stand included. Only usa made tv there was on site. Took me 90 days to get a wlmart gift card, no refund, just a card i had to use in their store. NeXt time try to pay them with a sears gift card or better yet ask them to let you use it for 90 days before you pay. NEVER AGAIN.
I am really tired of Walmart's references to how great their prices are. I am finding that there are less sales, and the selection seems to be shrinking. Good for basics, but disappointing.
walmart.ca is limited compared to its american version of walmart.com. Also gift cards cannot yet be used online. Apart from that my online order went smoothly and received good quality item for good money value. Hoping they change thir site to allow walmart.ca giftcards!
"I ordered a joola ping pong table from Walmart for my children for Christmas on December 8th. Estimated delivery date was December 12th. Guess what... that date came and went. I called customer service who proceeded to promise it would be here for Christmas and also said estimated delivery date was December 18th. Guess what... it didn't arrive! I called customer service again who also confirmed it would be here for Christmas and then said estimated delivery date was December 21st. Again, it didn't arrive. However, they did charge my credit card! Finally got an e-mail saying it was shipped from BC (I am in Ontario) on the 22nd! Clearly not getting here in time for Christmas! Called customer service again and they now say there is nothing they can do, it will be here on December 29th! Wow! Clearly they were promising things they couldn't do. If you had just told me with my first, second, or third call to customer service that it wasn't going to arrive I could have ordered it from somewhere else. Instead, my kids will be disappointed on Christmas morning. Not impressed at all with Walmart. Clearly, I will not order anything from walmart.ca again and I warn others about their unkept promises."
Scam with constant price changes... from really good to expensive the following week. When in express checkout in store, they hold the line by offering you a Walmart Credit card application. DO NOT DO THIS IN EXPRESS CHECKOUT! Also, just started to charge for plastic bags... worried about going bankrupt LOL?
This website has basically everything you could possibly imagine. Quality of the items sold changes drastically by price. They only thing I would not recommend is the cheaper furniture that does not come pre-assembled. This is a bad choice because the quality is so low that it makes the item almost impossible to put together. I had bought a dress once, and it was literally backed by a sheet of cardboard like material that fell apart almost instantly.

Bought something as a present online. Said it was in stock. Found out when I called they were waiting for it to come to their warehouse. A week goes by nothing/no tracking info/no receipt. Just nothing. I called customer service again got the run around. Been 3 weeks Still no sign of the stupid thing. Placed at least 3 complaints to them trying to find out where this thing is! Same response of uselessness! Sweet won't be ordering from them Ever again. -- Update* been almost a month and still don't have it. Says the label was created, but not picked up.
Overall shipping and service is good but a lot of products are sold out and listed as that for a long time.
Site is often inaccurate in terms of pricing and availability i. E. some items say they are available but when you try to purchase, there is simply no option allowing you to add to your cart. I have had many issues on their site and their customer service is even worse, took 5 days to return my call when the promised me 24 hours. It is obviously less 'crowded' shopping online but the frustration still lies in other areas. All in all, there will always be a 'cost' to the prices we want to pay, Walmart always has the best prices so have no choice but to deal with them.
I would buy so much more on line if this website were more effective. Search gives inaccurate results and it is so slow!
My only complaints about Walmart are about the limited variety of food selections available.
I am often a "Brand-Name" shopper. I also frequently buy frozen fruits and vegetables. I purchase many varieties of these things. Walmart rarely has the types of these frozen foods I like,(I like veggies with stir-fry things, including water chestnuts and Chinese Snow Peas.) I cannot find them here. I am displeased that if I go to Walmart for the cheap prices, I am only able to purchase less than half of the things on my shopping list. Then I have to go to a different store. It irritates me. However, the clothes available there are adequate.
Amazing! Free shipping - exactly what I ordered - will order from there again and again. Sometimes I can't get out so it's just so convenient and right to my door!

Answer: Choose menu option 1 for grocery order and customer service will answer. Discovered in frustration, was going to say oops and ask for transfer to human but no need.
