Worst online experience of my life. Double charged, missed delivery, unable to cancel, no way to escalate problem, support people unable to support and zero communications or updates.
Still have not received product, out $50, on my way to Canadian Tire to buy it for $25.
Was over optimistic on getting it resolved. It's been 2 weeks now, lots of shorts, no resolution.
Purchased $2800 Swing/Activity Set on May 13. It was delivered by a rude courier from Day and Ross on June 1st. He dropped the skid off just inside garage and took off. Didn't check anything, didn't ask us to sign anything On Saturday June 5th the contractor I hired and paid $300 for the day to put this activity set up tells me I only received 6 out of 7 boxes. The box we are missing is hardware (nuts and bolts) Contact WalMart customer service was told "Delivery is incomplete and to return it. It came on a transport truck... lol Called back to have an escalation ticket made up. Was told it would take max 3 business days and it's now 4 Still waiting for a response. So far I have been getting the run away. The activity set is just rotting on the ground in the backyard now WalMart and Day and Ross have failed to deliver on their promise
Recently I ordered a exercise panel for my mom who is going abroad in a week. In Walmart website item described as it will be delivered on 1st of Dec. After placing order I was feeling happy to handed it to my mom before she leave. But today I received email that my order will be delivered on 6th Dec. I called Walmart support center for inquiry, instead of getting help I was told to call courier to request early delivery or request to cancel the shipment. When I asked to speak to their supervisor, he put me on hold and after that my line got hanged up. This is totally ridiculous and unacceptable. I will delete my account and will never order anything from walmart.
Despite hours of repeated phone calls, conversations with call center supervisors, escalation team, every time you get a different response. Common theme is they try to deflect responsibilities. They gave me incorrect phone numbers to call to get my refund resolved which turned out to be for mastercard.com customer care and walmart mastercard customer care for the hearing impaired. They eventually followed up with a promise to manual refund which also never happened. Their customer agents then refused to acknowledge this manual refund and tried to refer to a different one. My conversation was also conveniently cut short by the agent I was talking to.
It's a game of divert, deflect, false promise, reject, and repeat.
I ordered online a couple of headlight bulbs for my car one month ago. It supposed to be delivered at early November, yet I have not received my order. I claimed it, but nothing happened neither receive my order or refund my money.
I never do online shopping with Walmart any more.

I am still waiting for an item that was ordered over two months ago. Items sold on Walmart.ca are not necessarily sitting in North America warehouses. Many items are from overseas including China. When inquiring about delays, Wal-Mart takes no responsibility and refers you to the seller...

I ordered on line Nov 18,2020. Item not received as of Dec 23,2020. Yet paid for. Tracking stated order estimated date of arrival Dec 4,2020. Numerous calls and emails sent to Walmart. Escalated 4 times. Still no merchandise or refund. Customer service is NIL.
This company needs a good swift kick in the $#*!. They don't price match anything unless it's off of their own website which is complete crap. And when you mention how does their customer service 100% guarantee work no one can explain it because it doesn't exist.
Absolutely last time ever coming into a Walmart
I am not at satisfied by their customer service agents and departments as they are not ready to listen like other banks which are so cooperative in listening. Recently I called numerous times but no response on the subject
Bought something as a present online. Said it was in stock. Found out when I called they were waiting for it to come to their warehouse. A week goes by nothing/no tracking info/no receipt. Just nothing. I called customer service again got the run around. Been 3 weeks Still no sign of the stupid thing. Placed at least 3 complaints to them trying to find out where this thing is! Same response of uselessness! Sweet won't be ordering from them Ever again. -- Update* been almost a month and still don't have it. Says the label was created, but not picked up.
Just spent over 1 hour trying to place an online WalMart order. Okay to find items, but the checkout process is error prone and offers no easy remedies. Perhaps with all of their money they could hire someone to update their antiquated procedures.
I will NEVER shop WalMart online again and urge others to consider doing the same (if not now, then certainly after they have had their own exacerbating experience...)
Very unprofessional. 15 minutes before getting my order I got a text message saying order has been cancelled. I called them and they told me system error and cannot do anything. All these items were on sales. I don't recommend making online purchase with Walmart.
I purchased 70" tv. On line, it was not delivered ( I knew that would happened) whenever it's a big or heavy item, they don't deliver. Overall worst delivery service and customer service, very frustrated, unprofessional, helpless, whom very hard to understand what they are saying, looks like Walmart doesn't care about losing customers by giving these kind of service to customers. Never buy anything on Walmart. Ca again.
Received wrong Product as the photo on the website does not reflect the description. After several phone calls, transfers and employees unable to find my order number I was given a whopping 10% off if I returned and reordered. To compare when I had issues with wrong products from Partycity.com and Amazon they just refunded me the money with no return necessary. Even Google gave me a FREE Nest protect ($99 value) because my 4 year old one could not connect to my new modem. Walmart continues to disappoint customers... definately no longer the same company Sam Walton built.
I ordered $100 worth of groceries. I get a weird sounding phone call from a guy who said it arrived, and a email that also said it arrived. Yet I heard no car. Maybe they drive an electric,, yet when I go check no groceries, I proceed to call to find out whats going on. No one knows anything, I am told just to wait. All three agent had a south asian accent, not that matter, but it sounds like they call centre is in India, how does this make sense for grocery deliver, this should be local. What horrible organization Walmart is turning into. I try not to simply to amazon, to spread my business, but they do it so well, walmart is the worst every
I ordered a Walmart grocery delivery order. The first door dash driver stole my groceries. Next 5 hours spent on the phone. They kept sending new drivers to pick up my order, was called/ harassed/ yelled at/customer service horrible,even when speaking to a supervisor.I didn't know until 5 hours later that my order was stolen. Got my money back… but no groceries. No follow up. No one gave a s*^t. No responsibility taken, or help given. The WORST customer service I have EVER had. Not ever going back. And telling Everyone that will listen! Shame on you Walmart. Yes your huge and make tons of money… but you do not give a crap about your customers… can't leave a photo, I got nothing! Can't photograph my groceries or my absolute frustration!
I ordered some eye drops online from Walmart. 3 weeks later the wrong order was delivered with my name and address on it. After 8 days of trying to get through to Walmart I finally got someone who said they would pick up the wrong order. 2 weeks later I've heard nothing and my money has still not been refunded. Their so-called customer service is totally non existent.
I ordered an item that took almost a month to arrive. And when it did it was wrong... They use 3rd party sellers from China, much like eBay. No satisfaction from customer service or resolution. This is the response from the seller lol
So went to Walmart, there were no handicap parking spots available. As we walk a vehicle is parked in a handicapped space. No sticker, no tag. We report to to the employee, they shrugged and laughed it off, we decided well since they want to disrespect paying customers and not announce for the person to move the vehicle they don't want us to shop there, it's bad enough they try to force people to use self check out, but to laugh and shrug at a customer down right rude and inconsiderate.
Ignored after $180 online grocery order GONE completely wrong.
Of the $180, received $80 worth, have contacted Walmart all week and ignored.
I do not recommend Walmart Canada - horrible service, orders are not completed correctly, produce products are below average, rotten, poor.
Missing half the order and 3 days later still waiting for my money back.

Answer: They appeared to have a patio table to fit on our balcony. The delivered item was a bigger size which did not fit. We have been unable to return it although we cannot use it and it us bigger than advertised.
