I ordered several items several days in advance. The morning of an 8 am scheduled delivery, they emailed me to cancel a key item that was listed in stock on their non grocery website. I then spoke with them and cancelled the order with their driver, as they advised. Since then I have spent MANY hours online and on the phone, been promised a refund many times, and have not received it (even received a noreply email stating they would process it), I have received however many emails for my satisfaction reviews of their products including their out of stock item. Unbelievable repeatedly deceptive service. Pleasant workers but complete Incompetence on the part of the store. The repeated nature of this experience makes me wonder if this is their unwritten policy since they are unavailable by email. Likely hoping their customers will give up since they waste so much of our time.
It's pretty sad that you can't try clothes on for the change rooms are closed. I needed to return some things and they are not accepting returns until this virus is over. This is total bull$#*!. Whoever is the companies CEO I may never shop at Walmart again.
Where to start, crappy service in store? I called and the phone rang for hour no one answered at all. Or how I did online food shop came to pick time. Than it says i have 2 hours to shop. Why order and pre pay if you are still doing in store shopping and the ones who pick you items do not care about the quality. The prices are increasing but quality is getting worse. Please find a different place to buy your items from, I put in an order for 3 boxes of cat litter. I got 2 the other was sent to someone else. Called customer service 2 times and still not resolved. Will have to dispute with my credit card company. Terrible customer service. Walmart should take a lesson from Amazon on customer service!
I ordered a box of diapers on 3 weeks ago for in store pick up Dixie Walmart location, Canada. I know that they always carry diapers, I am pretty sure it's not out of stock. However 3 weeks later my order is not ready to be picked up. And I can't even cancel it. They charged my visa few days after order was placed and it's now " on route to Walmart store"... Did they ship it from outside Canada? I actually ran out of diapers and had to go and buy an extra box of diapers from another store because my order never completed... Very angry
I recommend everyone do not order online from these guys, I ordered small item from these guys and they also charge me almost $8.00 for delivery and delivery is suppose to come in 9 days after order and its 12 days now haven't received anything and when I contact seller he gave me my tracking number and said still take 7 more days. Dose not make any sense if you charging someone then delivery their stuff on time.
I've been trying to call them for the past 2 weeks concerning an online purchase. For some reason, the billing address was changed after purchase. I've written 3 emails and absolutely no response and the tracking number doesn't work.
I also tried to make a grocery purchase since I'm confined at home with 3 toddlers. The day I was suppose to go pick up my order, Walmart Canada deleted my purchase for no reason. When I called the store, they said it was deleted because they had too many online purchases. I had been waiting for over a week for these groceries. I have three babies at home thank you Walmart. Damn American company.
My last two orders placed a year apart, have ended with a credit card charge, and no product delivered. Calling in and spending hours on the phone results in them connecting you to the seller who 2 for 2 in my case, barely give what feels like a comprehensive conversation. Then you are told a replacement product will be sent or a refund will be issued which never happens.
Seriously one of the $#*!tiest experiences with a company ever.
I bought a bike for my son around 170$. It is 26" bike and look nice but the quality is less than zero. We came back to store after a week and was told that they cant do anything because it is used. For me it doesn't make sense. Gears, brakes... all are so poor. We spend 100$ on it but still doesn't have the minimum standard. I am so disappointed because I was a loyal walmart customer and bought this bike because I knew walmart not a bike brand.so now it is in our garage and I feel so dissatisfied.
This website has basically everything you could possibly imagine. Quality of the items sold changes drastically by price. They only thing I would not recommend is the cheaper furniture that does not come pre-assembled. This is a bad choice because the quality is so low that it makes the item almost impossible to put together. I had bought a dress once, and it was literally backed by a sheet of cardboard like material that fell apart almost instantly.
I will never order from them again! I am disabled and immunocompromised so I have to order everything online. Tried Walmart's grocery delivery and what a disaster! Extremely confusing. Even they don't know what is going on with the orders. They cancelled every single food item in my cart. Said that they were all out of stock! I think that they don't want to delivery to my neighbourhood. Non food items were sent from third party sellers. Many confusing and contradictory e-mails from them. I actually got two items delivered, but I think that I was charged for 4. Delivery of other items (that I really need NOW) are over 4 days late. Rude customer service agent. Trust me, save yourself a lot of time and aggravation and order elsewhere. Grocery Gateway is more expensive, but they know what they are doing. Walmart does not have a clue!

I used to be a big Walmart shoppers, but after they started to hire some people with no ethics, I stopped going there.
I had many bad experiances shopping at thier stores.
But in the end of the day, you get what you pay for, cheaper items mean worse service.
They should work more on the HR and the customer service.
After numerous phone calls and emails, there has been no follow up for a purchase made July 4th. I have yet to hear back. Walmart.ca says the shipping label needs to come from third party company and third party company says I need to contact Walmart. This is not satisfactory customer service considering that "returns are not a problem".
Why is it up to the checkout woman what I can and can't buy? Purposefully these women hold back purchases just to be infuriating. I try to make sure that everything I wanted is in the bags but I missed my footwear purchase and called in only to be told that they are putting it back on the shelf. I guess she wanted it for herself. She put 4 litres of milk on top of two dozen eggs in one bag just to see what would happen. These ppl enjoy tormenting their customers. I guess it is the only fun they get.
I returned 2 items purchased online and returned in person to store almost 2 weeks ago. Walmart later refused to acknowledge refund took place and the telephone customer service has been appallingly ineffective despite multiple calls and an online chat. It feels as though they are all minions programmed to say the same useless scripted lines. The refund has not even been initiated. Utterly despicable customer service. Shop elsewhere.
I ordered something early in December and it was to arrive in store on December 11,2018. I went in on December 11 and was told that it had not arrived yet. Christmas came and I was busy. I called their 1-888 number and someone was suppose to call me back, no one did. Today, February 13, I call my local store and spoke with a gentleman who also saw that my order was still pending and he refunded my order. Terrible online shopping experience. Will have to serious reconsider buy from Walmart online again. However, my dealings with the store today were fantastic. Why is there no one checking that all orders are filled at your distribution warehouse? Where is the customer service here?
I bought split peas the other day and because I only purchased 3 consumable products that I was using within days, I tossed the receipt. Lesson learned, check the expiration date before you purchase from Walmart

U go pay at cashier they tend to keep some stuff. I get home, notice something was missing.and went back and they said I forgot it but the cashier was the one putting everything in the plastic bag. This happens twice in the same month
At your store in northgate edmonton, rudest people in all of canada. No carts, no riding carts for the disabled. They just looked on and did nothing while we cried in pain cannot shop without a car. You have no consideration for the disabled. Tried to complain. Your people would not even pick up the phone. Hundreds of carts out in the parking lot, but employees too lazy to bother to even go out there and get them. They did not even try to help or sympathize\your disability policy\i would say constitutes harassment which is now considered to be a tort by the supreme court and the courts of canada.\ you should not be doing =business in canada with so little regard for the elderly and for the disabled.\i think this is very hard to understand. Why are you not having reviews on your sites when other businesses do have reviews.\

I ordered two couch throws for friends in two different provinces. One friend lives in British Columbia the other in Ontario. Each friend received a pillow instead of a couch throw. I am so disappointed. Now each person has to make a special trip to return the gift. I am so upset by this error. How is it possible that the packing slip reads couch throw (blanket) but they both received a pillow? There were to be Christmas presents. To make matters worse the customer service center is not even in Canada. I will never again spend my money at Wal-Mart Canada. I live in the United States and I am more than upset at this poor service.

Answer: They appeared to have a patio table to fit on our balcony. The delivered item was a bigger size which did not fit. We have been unable to return it although we cannot use it and it us bigger than advertised.
