Order baby mobile on line and after my follow up after 20 days, they say product missing and have processed refund. Product showing online is not guaranteed availability and one can get shock at last moment. Not recommended
I want to take the time to mention that Sue and her team at the Wallmart Blainville was an incredible help last friday to help me find what i was looking for! I stay more north but i would go out of my way to go see her in Blainville for her attention and service level!

My first time order from walmart and will be my last.
Bought a 1hp water pump online from Walmart. Bad idea. It was a Vevor 1hp shallow well pump. Within a year with less than 20 hours if use it developed a large leak from the casing. Contacted Walmart and advised me to contact Vevor. Made a claim under the warranty to Vevor as I had bought the pump within one year ago. Vevor deceivingly slow-walked the process until the warranty period expired then advised me to find a technician or reorder another as "their suppliers " would not fix or replace the unit.
You can't make this stuff up. Never experienced such blatant deception and lying from any company before.
Walmart must realize that it's on them too. I will not buy any Vevor products nor shop online Walmart ever again.
Get people who speak english for starters. My last order was delayed and then became out of stock, it never shipped. And the order i placed before that got lost and was never received. Its Impossible to talk to someone about getting refunded when you cant even understand them. Never ordering from here again
I purchased a very expensive gaming console for my son online - that was my first mistake. The 3rd party seller shipped the wrong item. Enter my nightmare - endless hours (this is not an exaggertion) on the phone with customer service for them to tell you "they will escalate" "don't worry" "you will not be charged" "we will fix this" etc. The store will not take it back because it is greater than 150.00. My son's birthday was ruined, I am stuck with the credit card charge and the wrong gaming console. Still waiting on a resolution - I call every 2-3 business days - because that's what they promise it will take to resolve, only to be told to wait an additional 2-3 business days. They must have buried my complaint in the hopes that I will just go away. Beware - don't fall for their pricing and marketing schemes - you'll pay for it in the end.
I purchased a watch and it doesn't work. They didn't get it returned. Awful experience. Never recommend

Placed an online order (sold and shipped via walmart) was supposed to be delivered Wednesday May 24th, update said delays would be delivered the 25th, woke up today, now parcel is still stuck in Quebecs terminal. I called Canpar (their delivery service) they were of no help. Called Walmart to find out what is going on. I wasn't satisfied so I asked for a refund...they stated they could not do so and expect me to take my large parcel via a taxi to return item or refuse delivery (but what if I am not home?). I stated I'm not satisfied please issue refund Walmart literally will not. I'm not happy. It's now days late and the solution is not acceptable. What would you do?

I've placed 3 different orders and each order was missing items. Never seem to get a refund though. If you order anything from Walmart you can be sure you'll regret it! The last order was missing over 20 dollars alone. What a scam!
I either pay off my grocery purchases on site or online at home. I have receipts but am being billed for an instalment plan I never asked for. Every time I call someone with a heavy accent just keeps explaining how an instalment plan works. I don't owe them anything but every month the next statement keeps telling me I do. I'm running in circles please help because no one on their end does.
I was at the Walmart on Damascus road in Bedford Nova Scotia and they had terrible customer service. The cashier on was super helpful and wonderful but she was the only cashier on. She was visibly struggling while her managers were laughing and conversing at the courtesy desk. It was very unprofessional. There were also many of them doing recovery and goofing around while this was happening instead of being called to the front to help. It was awful and very disappointing to see. I also overheard customers telling the cashier that they were going to ask a manger to put on another cashier because they weren't doing it themselves. Walmart needs to take a second look at who they are promoting and how the managers act during shifts because again that was very disappointing.

By far the worst experience Iv ever had. Worker named Eva, would not leave us alone. She started by forcing us to put the groceries in a certain side then said you can leave the coke here, I'll scan it. She got in our way and scared it, then told us, now do this. We had to decide between buying 2 things, she stood there saying, which one do you want, and not letting us decide. After that, she stood their for the next 5 minutes while we were checking out. She stood there staring at us. We were discussing something and she said " do you need help" and then got in our way. For the next 5 minutes, she kept interrupting us saying I'll do it, I'll do it. Like, isn't a self checkout for us to do it ourselves. Then she got in our way again and stared pressjng buttons for us. Worst worker ever, horrible costumer service, wish I could give This a 0
After spending about an hour shopping on Walmart.ca, I was about to pay when I noticed my total was 2x the amount I was expecting. That's when I saw all the shipping costs attributed to Asain named companies. I thought I was shopping at Walmart? What a waste of time! No where in the shopping experience did they post shipping costs until u checkout! I thought it must be a scam site because I thought I was shopping Walmart. That's when I discovered the poor reviews on this site & noticed that it is, in fact Walmart that is allowing other vendors to use their name? What the heck, Walmart? This is just sad. I will not be placing an order now or ever. I feel ripped off even though I spent no money, but I wasted an hour I can never get back. I think this is deceptive. They should be upfront with the fact that it's not all Walmart doing the selling on this site. I'm grossed out.

Been contacting them waited long hours and yet they will just say we will connect you to a agent as soon as an agent is available. Walmart doesnt have good online service dont be like amazon.
I ordered online grocery order and got a text saying it was delivered. I always get a text message from the delivery person when they arrive at my door but not this time. I had to spend 2.5 hours getting bounced back and forth between customer service the store and Uber. Uber couldn't even find any photo for the dropoff and said right away that it's funny the driver didn't text you when they arrived. I told them I have video surveillance and nobody has dropped anything. Then I was told I couldn't just reorder by a store manager and I said that I've been using the service a lot for 2 months since I've been sick. I told him that order was my ingredients for my supper and since I'm diabetic it's pretty important. Stonewalled by the manager who said nothing they can do for me today, you need to reorder tomorrow as its not allowed today. Long story short they lie and deny…even told me to go check my neighbours houses…unbelievable crap, I will never spend a penny there again and I warn everyone that as soon as someone on there end screws up they accept no responsibility at all. I've never in 58 years seen such horrific customer service! So much for 100 percent online grocery guarantee…what an absolute joke!
I ordered a Walmart grocery delivery order. The first door dash driver stole my groceries. Next 5 hours spent on the phone. They kept sending new drivers to pick up my order, was called/ harassed/ yelled at/customer service horrible,even when speaking to a supervisor.I didn't know until 5 hours later that my order was stolen. Got my money back… but no groceries. No follow up. No one gave a s*^t. No responsibility taken, or help given. The WORST customer service I have EVER had. Not ever going back. And telling Everyone that will listen! Shame on you Walmart. Yes your huge and make tons of money… but you do not give a crap about your customers… can't leave a photo, I got nothing! Can't photograph my groceries or my absolute frustration!
I ordered 12 drinking glasses and only received 11. I know it sounds trivial, but I want the other glass, they were expensive. There were no broken bits, just an empty space in the box. I called, and called, and CALLED. After a week I got an email stating that my issue had been resolved, I should package up the 11 glasses in the original box and bring them back to walmart for a refund. Sheesh. I had already recycled the packaging and washed the glasses and used them. They are ghosting me now. I'm not satisfied with their customer service.
UPDATE: I nagged some more and then took a break to regroup. Guess what? Today a mystery package arrived with 1 glass in it! They never said a word, just sent it to me. Chalk up a win for the stubborn senior who doesn't like to get hosed by walmart!
Please do not make the mistake of purchasing from Walmart online. Cancelled part of the order without explanation. Waited weeks for another part of the order with no explanation or timelines for the delays. Received literally copied and paste responses by email. Customer service by phone was unable to assist to any degree. Spent more time chasing my order only for it to be cancelled weeks later. Absolutely terrible service. Never buy from here.
Previously, I placed an order that came 7 hours late. Everytime I called a rep would tell me they were going to re-initiate the order, I would call back and find out it wasn't done. Tonight, my order was cancelled three times, as the DoorDash driver they used refused to wait for the order. When I would call, they would tell me to place the order, again that this time they spoke directly to the store staff but every order was cancelled. This happened during the spend of three hours. Last time I ordered, and had to call because they had other issues, the Rep started to speak to someone in his household, in Indian. While I was speaking he just randomly had a conversation ignoring me. They are so unprofessional, it's crazy.
Answer: After the bad experience, Walmart will not be my first choice for shopping. Bad customer service and employee behavior.
