Ordered groceries making sure I did not allow substitutions. Was ignored and they sent a pile of items I did not authorize a purchase of. Because they are groceries, they cant be mailed back. They get off scot free with robbing people? How is this possible.
I bought a breast pump abd smart watch from their third party seller "ECanada" m. The breast pump was broken, and the smart watch which I ordered is black they sent me white! When I went to the store right away after opening the package, they said they don't do returns for third party, and the lady gave me the walmart customer service is the walmart US instead of canada.So I phoned them, and they send email to ECanada, and they asked me for the photos. And they're reply is ridiculous. For the breast pump they replied "It wont affect the use, can I refund you $2 as a compensation and keep it?" seriously?! And for the wrong item the reply was "It was just a different band but it works just like the same" Oh my God! I will never again in my life order online thru walmart.ca it seems like all their third party are not worth the trust to buy any stuff. Worst service ever it took forever for them to get back to you! Never waste your money nor your time ordering from walmart.ca!
My mom placed an order for me and they cancel the first time saying the card was not good to use, placed a second order with the same card and it was fine but as it went out for delivery they cancel it again saying items were damaged in delivery. When i asked about the card the customer service said that was not the issue... so fed up with walmart and the crap they do
I ordered olive oil online.
Next day, as I was going to the store to pick it up, I got an email that they don't have it!
Why do they put it on the website if not available, and charge people for the item that you don't have?!
Then They automatically replaced it with potato chips! (How relevant)
I have been on the phone and chatting with them for over a week now. It is very inconvenient.
For every question I ask, they keep saying: "Sorry it is a technical glitch". How many technical glitches in one order. If your website has that many technical glitch, please take it off on the internet. Fix the glitches and then come back.
Why should a customer waste hours because of your technical glitches?
My last time shopping online on Walmart.
Very disappointing
I bought a bed online that was supposed to be at the store May 28. It did not arrive. I called customer service two times and both times was told it would take them 2-3 days to follow up and never received calls back. I finally decided enough is enough and tried to cancel the order and they refused to cancel it. Never again will I shop online with Walmart and will likely not be anxious to give them in-store business either.
I received an order about 2 weeks late & mentioned it in my review to them along with the fact that I did not believe the item I purchased was authentic (as it was advertised) but it will still do the job I need it to do.
They offered me a $10.00 discount... BUT ONLY if I spend at least $50.00 with them online... They stated in their email that this was to make it up to me...

Secondary sellers never sent product
I did not receive my entire order (only half), and the seller was no help in this. They said that it must have been lost in transit but the tracking number they provided was invalid, which makes me believe they never sent anything at all. Had I known Walmart uses secondary sellers I would not have purchased from them at all. I am still awaiting a refund as I was not given any other option. When I contacted Walmart about not receiving my product, they directed me to the secondary seller rather than trying to solve it.
Also, when Walmart asked for a review, I sent the above to them. They rejected the review which suggests they only want reviews that make them look good.
I purchased a Starfrit griddle online through Walmart. A 1-year warranty was included with the purchase. I contacted Customer Service, on Monday January 8th, but they indicated that items through other companies are not honoured by Walmart since their 30 day return policy applies to all products. When directed to contact Starfrit's directly, I found that it would cost about $30 to send the skillet back through Canada Post. Buyer beware. Shop directly in store, or if the product is only available online, avoid third party vendors. Very limiting, since so many items are only available online. Better to order directly from company selling these products, but the cost will be higher, although the warranty will likely be honoured. Good luck! 🙄
An error in an original canvas collage print p/u before Christmas. One print was missing their head. To try to correct, received instructions from photo processing. Instructed me to return to store I had received collage and call photo dept with confirmation # given from photo processing. On calling photo processing from Walmart, I was then asked where my canvas print was? This detail had not been relayed. Communication is paramount. Since the order was online and obviously the personnel had access to editing, I would not assume further information was required.
This is a very ignorant company. They are not very responsive to customer's inquires or complaints. Their website for writing reviews on products and customer services is questionable. I tried so many times and still don't have any good experience with this company so I won't buy anything from this company.
Order baby mobile on line and after my follow up after 20 days, they say product missing and have processed refund. Product showing online is not guaranteed availability and one can get shock at last moment. Not recommended
Walmart refuses to post my review about a baby gate claiming that it "contains legally sensitive content." My review was: "The entire gate snapped off and flew across the room. Thankfully my daughter was not in its path!"
To save time we order our grocery online and do a curbside pickup. The problem is they always make a mistake on 1 or 2 grocery items; they rush and grab the wrong items. It happens more frequent then expected and it is quite frustrating. The runners have one job to do and they always seem to mess it up. I cannot find a feedback on grocery pickup link on the Canadian website. Very displeased with Walmart and their service. Management should train their staff properly... do your job.
I purchased a 5 piece patio set and the table came with no fasteners. I contacted Customer Service, and their final resolution was for me to go to the manufacturer. I told them I bought it from Walmart so they must resolve this. I then was told I would have to return the product and purchase it again. Asking for a supervisor resulted in being passed on to another customer service rep.
I went on the manufacturer's website, who specifically states that they are not affiliated with Walmart and that any product issues must be dealt with through Walmart. I'm in the middle of a standstill.
Order did not arrive when expected. Multiple calls to Customer Service was anything but "Service". Every answer seemed scripted with no real substance. Worst online ordering experience ever. Still don't know where my purchase is or when I will recieve it.
Walmart isn't able to track scammers on their site. I was delivered a fake item (photo) and now being asked to sign litigation forms to launch a formal legal investigation to get my refund back. Plus poor system of email communication from poorly names accounts (*******@custhelp.com???) asking for signed forms, and confusing discussions with unknown callers. Worst experience ever, will never be shopping at Walmart online again.

A young lady of the name Yassamine Iqbal is an amazing worker in bakery. She is so helpful, polite and shows such great leadership skills! She showed me around to where I needed everything. Really nice girl, keep it up!
Ordered cat litter - 10 boxes... 9 delivered (2 damaged) one missing... Fedex Shows missing - this was on June 12th. Have wasted over 2 hours on hold and speaking with multiple people who assure me my issue is being escalated... no credit, no replacement still... when i call CS no one can help me - so essentially they have stolen my money. 10.89 + tax and no one will authorize refund... Will not order online ever again. Also won't shop at their store either. Would give a zero if i could...
They do not communicate with customers period. This should be 0 Star.
Two weeks after order is placed on an in stock item; it still has not shipped despite giving a 3-5 day shipping widow. We are well passed that now. Forget about trying to call their support line- no callbacks and the system auto hangs up after 15 mins. It is complete radio silence and no way to reach them to confirm or cancel.
Walmart online delivery is a 100% certified $#*! show.
Answer: Choose menu option 1 for grocery order and customer service will answer. Discovered in frustration, was going to say oops and ask for transfer to human but no need.
Answer: They appeared to have a patio table to fit on our balcony. The delivered item was a bigger size which did not fit. We have been unable to return it although we cannot use it and it us bigger than advertised.
