Day 1: move-in: the key person to let me and movers in was 1 hr & 10 minutes late.
Run by Filipino mafia, apartments, buildings and surroundings, garbage, entrances, heating, hallway carpets, ventilation NON or dangerously insufficient, laundry room ALL filthy, zero ventilation (they keep shutting the one small window across laundry-leaving highly circulated area stuffy, smelly & dangerous.
Filthy dirty floors, poorly kept. Carpets never vacuumed. I have heard the vacuum twice for 50 seconds in 15 months.
Also huge asbestos issues that they ignore or doing close to nothing to update or bring up to good standings.
They dealt with asbestos issues in a suite two over to mine and after they a week of work - workers left horrible white footprints on the hall carpets they only vacuumed them off badly a week later. The halls have horrible air quality due to lack of cleanliness, smokers (pot and cigarettes) and high traffic, so this horrible fine white dust left behind by the workers from asbestos deals all went into all the other suites including mine. I have to vacuum and wash floors every day.
I didn't have heat from September to January.
And my name & code at entrance buzzer was not updated for 2 months, finally after a dozen reminders the lazy guy updated.

When I moved in the window didn't have blinds for 8 days
The bathroom tub didn't have water hose or knobs, or even shower curtain rod, I had to use pliers to open and shut water for almost a month.
Bathroom didn't even have a towel hanger and the cabinet mirror was broken inside with a huge hole exposing the insides of the walls/asbestos.
The kitchen cabinets were missing main shelf that was finally put in 10 month after I moved in.
The tenant across from me bombarded me with his garbage at the door for 7/8 day in a roll but because hallway carpets never get vacuumed or cleaned went unnoticed: no one ever said sorry for all the garbage you put up with for a year. It took weekly complaints, month after month for them to finally handle(poorly but handled).
I do not recommend this senior company, they had the audacity to give me a rent increase after a 12 months nightmare of issue after issue. Horrible horrible company and the people/worker/janitor hard/difficult/rude to deal with. I am waiting for a better company to go to hopefully very soon.

Very small weight area that is often dangerous and horribly set up. Some members have the bad habit of using 8 ft bars in the middle of the room sending the rest of the members to the sides trying hard not to hurt ea.other, all because one didn't have common sense and STAFF says nothing, simply useless, uncertified in the area of safety obviously or they would prevent mal use of the floor. I find women staff rude & male staff super lazy. I do not recommend this gym for $58 monthly fee. The change rooms are the size of my closet, the washrooms are never clean. Once a used dirty towel hang for 2 weeks and stank horribly. It was removed probably by a member that finally gave up by terrible smell it gave the room. Today I took pictures of filthy floors that are never cleaned, there is horrible dust, mixed with garbage, dead skin, black bunny fuzz, dirty long hair & who knows what else (disgusting) I will be posting pics within other browsers that accept pictures in the review. Also that men bathroom is dangerously filthy. COVID WILL BE AN ISSUE IN THIS GYM SOMETIME SOON.

Horrendous customer service from the Filipines or Egypt. I requested a Canadian CSR and got someone from Quebec that was just as terrible. I just got a contract, 6gigs for $50 last month. This month $50 is 20gigs, CSR DONT CARE, don't offer help or enhancement.
Also before I signed contract, I was pay as you go and I had just paid a new month when I decided to explore a contract and they didn't mention that pay as you go is not refundable, not even as a credit towards contract 1st invoice. All they cared about was getting the contract signed and rid of you for next sucker on the line. This company is shamelessly horrible. I will be calling them to buy me out of contract and get rid of them.

I dislike the system, the worst chat setting, easy to delete what you have typed before you send, the return bottom doesn't work, you have use the awkward arrow to the far right, also the frame doesn't stay center - you have to pull-in to get the whole screen back, it's awful. Also after rating the driver, the system asks again for tip - you would think this tip will replay any tip already entered in the initial order steps, nooooo the tip was an add on to the already provided. So I ended up tipping more to this horrible delivery experience. I am deleting this app and never using again. UBER is gross, horrible, awful.
Also the chat person was also horrible, lazy, incompetent

Been to cleator vancouver location in July 2021 and June 2022 dr should retire, lazy, quick 20 second and i was out of consultation room, the MOA big Asian was no better, sure incompetent, inept & horrible, after my hospital experience I contacted them to express my disappointment and she point blank admitted my chart did not say i had an infection, yet I was there due to an infection. I made a complaint and she told me to go somewhere else for care, this woman is ugly horrible, dismissive, condescending, patronising, antagonising, unkind, uncaring, a true incompetent simpleton. HORRIBLE OFFICE, HORRIBLE MEDICAL CARE. More interested in patients that will pay for services not covered by MSP.

Been going to Denman MC since 2012 & the dr was excellent, unfortunately he retired. Had some horrible patches for a while until 2019 when i met Dr Mills - i thought, she was great. Disgraceful it is the experience with the office manager & some MOA never improved as they are incompetent, inept & horrible, third world country Filipino credentials quality of care and customer service. I have in several occasions showed up for a dr appointment and someone (not a Dr) conducted the consultation as a dr, this used to be illegal in canada. On 3 occasions just this year the appt was supposedly with Dr Mills but the office manager at the last minute changed me to an assistant, NOT a Dr. I made a complaint and the office manager told me to go somewhere else, after 10 yr going to this medical centre - the woman was horrible, dismissive, condescending, patronising, antagonising, unkind, uncaring, just a true simpleton that obtained her credentials from a 3rd world country. So so sad, Denman Medical Centre USED to be a good, safe, caring medical centre to go to, NOW they care more about up-selling BOTOX.

I ALWAYS LEAVE INSTRUCTIONS WITH MY PHONE TO CALL ME IF THEY NEED ANY HELP.
*DELIVERY GUY COULD NOT FIND MY FRONT DOOR, SERIOUSLY? YET EVERY OTHER COMPANY (Walmart, Uber postman, Pizza Hut FOUND MY DOOR WITH NO PROBLEMS).
REP ON THE PHONE WAS NO BETTER, SHE COULD NOT FIND MY DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS AT HER END, I OFFERED TO SCREENSHOT AND EMAIL IT TO HER. LOL SERIOUSLY!
TODAY I KEPT CHECKING ONLINE BECAUSE I KNEW THEIR INCOMPETENCE WOULD EXCEED ANY SUPER DETAILED INSTRUCTION.
SURE ENOUGH IT READ: UNDELIVERABLE EXPECT A REFUND IN 5 DAYS. SERIOUSLY?

SHOCKED AT HOW INCOMPETENT, INEPT, UNRELIABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL THE AMAZON BUNCH IS, IMBECILES!

I honestly hate their app, slow, with this silly screen when you first go in that you click on (do not show again) and is meant to go away but NEVER GOES AWAY.
Also extremely silly - every time I want to pay a bill, stupid apps takes another 3/5 minutes longer of my time requesting for my mobile #, sends me a security code, I have to leave app, go to my texts, copy code, close texts, go back to app, now wants my mobile code to allow me in, paste code to continue with Bill payment, and now I hate paying bills twice more. EXTREMELY ANNOYING AND IN THE MEANTIME IS COSTING ME EXTRA DATA,

LOOKING FOR A NEW BANK, I WANT CLEAN AND SENSIBLE CONVENIENCE, NO HASSLES.

Ignored after $180 online grocery order GONE completely wrong.

Of the $180, received $80 worth, have contacted Walmart all week and ignored.

I do not recommend Walmart Canada - horrible service, orders are not completed correctly, produce products are below average, rotten, poor.

Missing half the order and 3 days later still waiting for my money back.

Sick in my stomach by this company.

Claims they did and stole $100 from me on CERB/Unemployed. They have horrible/atrocious/unreliable delivery practices and they take no ownership or commitment for their customers. Amazon is a disgraceful, incompetent, unprofessional example of what we get this days.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND AMAZON.
