I am appalled at the lack of protocols in the store. I was in this morning at the uptown location after picking up my groceries because I had return items. Then I thot I would quickly look at the shoes as I was in dire need.
I noticed none of the employees are wearing masks nor are they giving the customers the required 6 feet distance throughout the store when passing down isles. I encountered several employees not allowing any social distancing at all, not with customers, nor among themselves.
Since I am in the high risk category, I was especially upset I was in the shoe department at 10 am this morning. There was a supervisor who was loading up a display and this older tiny lady employee with red short hair wanted to get by me to talk to her supervisor that was saying something to her. I was in the center of the shoe isle, near a pole and she said "Let me squeeze by you" without allowing me to move and distance. I said "can you give me 6 feet please"
She ignored me, pushed by me, (brushing my side to push by me) to go around the pole. I said "Hey, thats not 6 feet?!" and she looked back at me and made a smartassed face of dissapproval. I then asked her manager "Do you not have protocols for distancing in the store?" He said "Yes we do!"
I said, "well, what just happened there?" He did not look up and proceeded to continue to do what he was doing, seemingly annnoyed that I asked.
I wear a mask everywhere I go because I am high risk and considerate of others this is the crap I have to endure in these stores. I will not be going back.

I called yesterday to * 20 minute wait time call was dropped by your representative two times then I called the third time and waited 30 minutes the rep picked up and said there's nothing she can do and asked me to wait on line while she gets someone waited another 20 minutes and the call was dropped.
Very unprofessional behaviour on your part.
This is the message I'm getting when I received the code and I put the code and now I'm getting this message cannot log into my account please fix it.
"Your account cannot be accessed at this time. Please contact customer service for further assistance."

Using Covid as an excuse, Walmart has changed their return policy. Previously, anything could be returned if not suitable, but now almost everything that is opened is considered a final sale. And don't bother trying to get help from customer service either in the store or at the head office. The store simply says that it is up to head office. The store has no discretion. If you call head office customer service their only purpose is to get you off the phone. First they tell you to email "heretohelp" for help. You are supposed to get an email from a live person within three or four days. But nothing. If you ask for a manager, they get your contact information for a call within 48 hours. But guess what. Nothing again. It is absolutely hopeless. They pretend to care, but emphasis on the pretend. I am completely flabbergasted that their goodwill is worth absolutely nothing.
I RECEIVED THIS ORDER ON THE 28 OF MAY... I STILL HAVE THE BOX IN MY DRIVEWAY AFTER 15 CALL AND 6 EMAILS, I GO TO COURT WITH THEM! IT WILL COST THEM MORE THAN THE PRICE OF THE GAZEBO! EVERYBODY SHOULD GO TO COURT TO MAKE THEM PAY SINCE THEY DONT $#*!ING CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! BEWARE!

I made an order back in March, it is Jun 13th & we haven't receive it. 3 months ago I ask for a refund & Walmart just buy time. One time "Contact Seller in China" then "Escalation refund ticket" then "Will receive Email" and so on. & I still don't have any product nor got my refund back.

I did a order and I never receive the order. The pick up was at the store. I call customer service and they dont know where is my order, but the take the money from my account and send confirmation email. So I ask for the money back and they said, the person in the customer service ( don't want to give his name) they don't guarantee the money back. When I ask for to talk with the supervisor, he said don't have a supervisor and the report his co-worker did before was wrong and he need to do a new one. I need to wait more 48 hours for my answer. I am already one week waiting for answers.
Went to the regent wallmart, no one wiping down carts, no hand sanitizer, no tape on the floor nor social distancing. I DON'T KNOW WHO THE HELL YOU AMERICANS THINK YOU ARE TO IGNOR CANADA'S HEALTH REGULATIONS AND INFECT OUR FAMILIES IN YOUR STORES, BUT TIME YOU BASTARDS GET OUT OF OUR COUNTY!
I have recently ordered PS4 dual-shock controller. The estimated arrival date was July 6th 2020. I started calling all numbers provided online but no one seems to find or track my order. Finally i manage to call Tforce the carrier of the shipment. They told me that Walmart did not ship my product to them as yet on the 7th.
When i started tracking my order online i found out that " the shipment is delayed" but no explanation. I started wondering when and why is this product got delayed. I again when back to the Walmart website to check if my product is sold out or what. I was surprised to see that it was still available in inventory. Then my question is why my shipment was delayed. (not due to out of stock, for sure). It is because of lack of customer service. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY ITEM TO ARRIVE... NOT YET RECEIVED
I bought a bike for my son around 170$. It is 26" bike and look nice but the quality is less than zero. We came back to store after a week and was told that they cant do anything because it is used. For me it doesn't make sense. Gears, brakes... all are so poor. We spend 100$ on it but still doesn't have the minimum standard. I am so disappointed because I was a loyal walmart customer and bought this bike because I knew walmart not a bike brand.so now it is in our garage and I feel so dissatisfied.
I ordered a Hugo Boss perfume online on Walmart Canada (Order ID: **************) website through Perfume Canada on 30th May 2020. It was supposed to be delivered latest by June 15th. Guess what?! I still haven't received my order till now. I can't even track my order online and the status is stagnant since June 2nd. When I contact Walmart, they say that they can't do anything about it and they forward me to Perfume Canada even though I placed an order through Walmart's website and not Perfume Canada. Additionally, I still contacted Perfume Canada (however I wasn't supposed to!), and they too do not have any solution/answer to even track my package- they ask me to get me in touch with the courier tracking company (APC Logistics, based in US- trackign no- **************) and it is stuck in consignment! Guess what! I went as far as contacting APC LOgistics and their customer service is horrendous. The representative was extremely unprofessional and hung up on me twice!
It is amazing how these companies manage to eat up your money and have no answer to the queries relating to products that don't get delivered in time. Horrible customer service and I am still waiting in vain for my perfume, if it ever arrives.
If you have a Walmart Reward Credit Card, please examine you charges carefully. I received my statement to day, there are warranty insurance and balance protection charges. I did not buy any insurance product from with my Walmart credit and this charge came out of the blue and the balance insurance charge as well. I have to call 3 different numbers to get the warranty insurance charges taken off. The will not take the balance protection insurance
Off. The amount is not big but it is the principle. It seems Walmart is charging it's customers that they did want and did not apply for. Please be warm. Check you detail charges closely.

I purchase a 2 cabinets online to ship to near by oshawa walmart since end of may and today is june 20 the trucking order said it been left the walmart warehouse on june 1p at 8:26 and still nobody know where is it and there is nobody to talk to customer service very bad and the managers dont calling you back for them is easy to ask if you want to cancel the order

No one can solve my issue. The Cc csr passed the buck to evoucher csr. She couldnkt solve and have an email address who have yet to respond. Now hemant on phone couldnkt solve and his manager did not have time for me to speak with me. Issue of pandemic lingering on
If there is a worst place in entire world to shop, IT IS WALMART! I have ordered a $1300 gazebo and I have never received one! This is my day 3 of a fight with them trying to figure out where my order is! They don't know, they say I have to contact Loomis express (delivery company). After contacting Loomis I found that my item was never picked up from a warehouse, Walmart personal escalated my case to a managers level twice and so far no one contacted me! As a result they charged my credit card for the amount of $1300, I spent 4 hours on the phone and I'm right where I started! As a conclusion: NEVER SHOP WITH WALMART.CA
I ordered a 70 dollar tablet from Walmart online. When the package arrived it was a box of eye glass wipes. I called and explained that to them and they said that they would refund my money but the email that they sent said that they wouldn't refund my money til product was returned and it said nothing about the wipes it said the tablet which I never received. I doubt that I will ever get the money back
Never have been a Walmart Shopper then one day this store opened up near me and low and behold I became a Walmart Shopper. I love the Manager there name is "Jared" I believe. He is always so helpful and nice as are the staff there. Our Walmart is always clean and tidy, not like some of the other ones Ive been too which has always put me off shopping there. They have done a super job with the Covid19 with the distancing, keeping the stores stocked as much as humanly possible, clear indicators where to stand and which way to go, wipe down on self serve check outs, great pricing on most things. Self serve cashier is very efficient and clean and there are always plenty of great people to help you out, like Kenneth. You are very friendly and helpful, my family loves your personality! This location makes me want to shop there all the time. I love to shop in a clean store and this one is always spotless, no garbage cans over flowing, clean bathrooms too!
Do not use this third party on Walmart! The product came from Europe in the middle of them being infested with covid. I didn't even want to touch it. I didn't realize it was not coming from Walmart itself. And I NEVER would have ordered anything from Europe at that time. I ordered toilet paper and it came as two open single rolls! Disgusting! Who does that. And from there at that time! I threw it out immediately, and because of that they won't refund. Horrible service! Did they really think that's the way to do business? The Ad was deceiving also. It looked like a package of toilet paper, not two single rolls! I still can't believe that.
I have been dealing with Walmart for many years but recently I can't get the right department when calling, I can not understand the workers. It is really bad lately and so frustrating.
I wrote 2 reviews for Misleading advertise on hand sanitizer product on their website and both were rejected.
Here is why and this is what I wrote:
It was a Misleading advertising. Hand sanitizer Not a 5 L as advertised. When it got delivered and open the box I found out that it wasn't a 5 L bottle as it was advertised, but a 1 Gallon which equals 3.78 L. Huge difference. I wouldn't waste my time and money if I knew it. Please make the proper correction for other people to know what they are really buying. (You did). My first review was rejected for mentioning the price? Not mentioned anywhere in the CUSTOMER RATINGS AND REVIEWS TERMS OF USE. I believe that the real reason was for the website manager to buy time for changing the add to the right size. Nice try! It has being changed to the right amount since I first wrote the issue. For that reason you lost me and my institution as a future costumer. If this review will not be posted this time, I will consider contacting "Media Relations".

My first review has been rejected for the reason of mentioning the price. No were in their guidelines saying that. If I had the option to give no stars I will gladly do that.
Walmart has one of the worst costumer service on the market.
My advise:
DON'T BY ANYTHING FROM WALMART.
Answer: After the bad experience, Walmart will not be my first choice for shopping. Bad customer service and employee behavior.
Answer: Choose menu option 1 for grocery order and customer service will answer. Discovered in frustration, was going to say oops and ask for transfer to human but no need.
