Went into walmart last night which I usually do not do since I do not like the store. There were no cashiers working only the self serve I DO NOT WORK FOR WALMART, I hate using them since they took jobs away from people. What staff they did have were rude and not helpful, couldn't find a manager
Never order on line if its going to be filled by Third Party. They take no responsibility. WORST customer service. Now will be phoning the Master Card for stopping the payment. NEVER WALMART

Bought some candies (three boxes) and chips (one box) and cheese sticks (one box) for Halloween a total of five products. Never bothered checking the bill after paying, when getting home I looked at the bill and found out there was a total of 6 items bought. There was an extra charge for 1 chip box at $11.87 with a total of 6 items on bill but only bought 5. Be careful with Walmart as I have read this about a year or two ago where they charge you extra or double charge you for something you purchase. It's too late to go back as they would never believe me, it's like they think I'm trying to rip them off when they have done this to many other customers. I don't know if I can put in websites on this site but I will try. And NO I don't lie as I'm not a politician or work for the government, I have never needed to lie or be dishonest but something like this is a scam to all hard working people and it's all so the rich can make more money.

My advice don't shop for your convenience at Walmart, do as I'm doing from now on, shop at other reputable stores that may charge you a few cents more but not get scammed or ripped off.
After searching for an item in store and finding it is only available online i chose to place the order. I receive my order after quite some time and some serious delays. When i open my package i see I was sent the item I ordered only it came with a European plug on the end of it. Of cource ordering from a canadian site to a canadian address I was not expecting this. Contact walmart.ca and was told to contact the seller of the item first. I do so and was responded to very rudely and unprofessionally and they were not willing to resolve the issue. I recontact walmart.ca and told to wait for a review team to get back to me in 3-4 days. I do so. I get no response so again I contact walmart.ca. This time I am told to just return the item to my local store and after they receive it I will receive a refund in 7-10 business days. I have had to jump through hoops over a mistake on their end and with one of their sellers. And I am still hopping through the loops almost 2 months since i placed the order. NEVER AGAIN! Do not order online or if you do be sure it is shipped and sold by walmart otherwise they do not stand behind the sale. Absolutely rediculous.
I STILL haven't received my refund when I DID NOT receive an item that I have ordered. Walmart LOST my product and they won't give me my money back. I have spent HOURS on the phone with them and I have gotten from them is redirecting me to the "3rd Party". NO HELP DO NOT BUY FROM WALMART ONLINE.
ALSO I purchased a Eufy vac from them. They gave me a DUD vacuum with a faulty battery. I can't order a battery to replace or NOTHING. $300 down the drain... Worst Walmart in Calgary is Northland Walmart NW. The service there is terrible, employees are never interested in customers, customers disturb them. These people are often rude and angry that they have to serve us. There are often long queues to the cash registers, and employees stand next to each other, talking to each other, laughing out loud,
and the cash registers are empty with no employees. It's dirty, there are mice and rats. I still have a problem with the old lady working at the cash register, she has very sparse, dark, dyed hair, she walks with a limp, she is very rude and unsympathetic. Now I notice that she has memory loss, she makes mistakes all the time, she can't correct mistakes, she once charged for my products and she put the customer's products on the cash register for me even though they were separated, then she couldn't fix it, she was furious, she kept making mistakes, she called for people to help, she told me to take the products out of the cart and put them on the cash register again, she kept looking into my eggs and looking did I steal something and hide it in the eggs :). This woman acts like she's lost her mind and has no memory. She is wrong, she makes bad, she doesn't know the products etc. This woman really bothers me, she is always rude, throws things, makes mistakes, doesn't remember. Other customers also avoid her and don't like her because once the cash registers were full of customers but no one wanted to approach her, everyone was afraid of her. This woman has been working there for several years, but recently something strange has been happening to her. She shouldn't work there anymore. She should retire. In general, the people working there are unpleasant, they often charge the same product twice at the cash register, you have to check the bills yourself. The lady with make-up, short, wearing a headscarf, at the costumer service did not give me $20 when I returned my clothes. She gave me less money. You have to keep an eye on them all the time. I don't like this store.
Shipped, from joyseaa on Walmart.ca, was only one of two mini ice cube trays, indicated on the site. That is, I received one tray of 37 molds, rather than the specified 74. I contacted the seller (third party) two separate times and gave them a week to reply. Nothing. I contacted Walmart two times. No luck there. Walmart also couldn't contact the seller. First, it was indicated by the agent, if the seller, couldn't be contacted, I could keep the one tray, and I would be refunded what I paid. This seemed reasonable, considering it was due to negligence on behalf of the seller. Then, a day later, I got another customer service agent who stated that the first agent was wrong, and I had to bring the item to a Walmart store; even though the seller was at fault, I was the one being inconvenienced. The whole purpose of my ordering online was so that I didn't have to go to a store. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was put on hold twice. No supervisor was available. Then the agent indicated that the supervisor would call me within one business day. Well, guess what? I gave the agent two phone numbers, and no call from a supervisor. Not only was it inconceivable that Walmart could not contact a seller on its site -- after two separate tries -- but I was the one who bore the blunt of the inconvenience. Not only was it a third party offering, it was third rate service all around. I had to spend extra gas and time on the phone and travelling to get a refund.
I am beyond disappointed in walmart Duffrin mall. I placed a grocery order from Friday Jan 21st to be delivered on Sunday Jan 23rd on the first available space they had. After the grocery delivery time passes and I didn't receive my order by the time I chose and paid for. I contacted Walmart customer service who was no help at all. I was asked to wait until the end of the day. So I did. I waited until 11pm that night before I called customer service be a second time to find out my order was cancelled because the driver didn't deliver it. I didn't receive an update on the app, a phone call or an email. And with no regards for their customer I now have to wait days for a refund. These items were for my children to go to school on Monday. Walmart grocery delivery service sucks and their customer service agents are all programed to give u the same "I'm so sorry but please wait 5-7 business days for your refund". That's all they can do. But I'm sorry isn't going to replace my order or feed my children while I wait days for my money to be returned to me.
So if you try to change your hours that you want to work at Walmart because you rely on busses and it doesn't work you would think you can talk to management but no they don't give 2 cares on the world if you rely on busses or not especially in orillia, you can't always expect that persons partner to come pick them up like wtf especially when that person's partner is a transit driver in orillia who has to be up early the next morning for work. DONT WORK FOR WALMART NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE!

I ordered a patio set from Walmart, which comes in two boxes, a large box for the table, and a separate large box for the chairs. This company was hired by Walmart to deliver my purchase. The delivery was extremely unprofessional and disrespectfully conducted. We put a notice on the door that we were home and two cars were in our driveway. In any event, the delivery was conducted by two employees, who threw the box with the table on the porch, never rang the doorbell to notify us that the delivery was made, and they failed to deliver the second box containing the 6 patio chairs.
The idiotic delivery guys did take the time to take a picture of the box on the porch, as proof that the delivery had been made.
We waited all day at home for the delivery, and lost a day's pay. Then this company notified Walmart that the delivery had been made, which caused Walmart to issue a receipt that stated we received our complete order, which was completely false.
When I contacted this company for an explanation of where the other part of the order was, and why it had not been delivered, all I got was the run-around and no answers.
We have still yet to receive our complete order. I have spent several hours on the phone with this company, Walmart, and visa, in order to resolve a problem caused by this company alone.
They are unreliable, and unprofessional, which is why they have a 1 star rating out of 23 reviews, and a c- rating by the BBB. They should be out of business. Who would trust these morons with delivering anything?

Ca online order for Viewsonic Ultra Slim VX3276 2K MHD 32 LED December 15/2021 they send me an email saying order is shipped will receive December 23 and i call customer service on 24 December the said you will receive with in 24 hours and i got an email on december 29 saying i got my refund i talked to customer service i need my product i dont want my refund they said you have to place other order with currant price $578.99, originally i place same product for $149.99 i this is falls advertise on Walmart online no one listen to my question i need my product not refund dont west your time to buy walmart online its fake...
I would give them 0 stars if I could! While we were in Europe, Walmart placed a charge on my Visa Card without us making any purchases. I called the fraud department at Visa regarding another situation and they actually noticed the charges but it came from Walmart so I said, let me deal with Walmart when I get back to Canada. This was in the middle of August. We came back to Canada and I called on Aug. 29th to try to rectify the situation. The agent was very apologetic and explained to me that there was a billing cycle error on their side and I was one of the customers affected by it and I should see the amount refunded onto my visa card in about two weeks. Two weeks went by and nothing happened. I called again and the agent was again very apologetic about the situation and assured me that Walmart was going to call me in two days. They did not call. Then I called again and this time I was told I would receive an e-mail from Walmart in 2 days. They did not send me any e-mail. Today I am on the phone and I am on hold for over three (3) hours now waiting for a supervisor to speak with me.
If I buy something from Walmart and I don't pay them for six weeks+, I would have to pay 23% interest on the purchase as I'm using their money. Shouldn't the same role apply in the reverse situation?

I ordered this on November 24th for a December 4th delivery…. I've had three separate calls with Walmart PROMOSING this would be delivered BEFORE Christmas…. In the email below (after my second call….) indicates that is WILL be delivered in 4-5 BUSINESS DAYS…. Which means it SHOULD have been here by December 18th! It's now December 22nd and I am on the phone with Walmart AGAIN and am being told it WON'T arrive before Christmas and is sitting in ONTARIO as we speak…… This was supposed to be my grand daughters CHRISTMAS GIFT!
Hands down the worst customer service I've ever received!
I ordered items for a friend who is in Canada for a business trip and will be leaving by Saturday. I ordered the items Monday, spent $288 and even got charged a $7 scheduled delivery fee for 8pm-9pm. I don't mind paying the delivery fee (most stores would waive that for the amount I purchased) as long as the items are delivered. My friend waited until 12midnight, nothing was delivered.
I contacted customer service the next day. The rep was amazing, assured me they will take care of the redelivery. He even refunded my delivery fee without me asking. I asked for the same time slot that day. Again, 12 midnight came, nothing arrived.
The online tracking system still has the old order and it's not updated in the system. Seriously, Walmart, do not offer delivery service if you cannot do it. An hour delay is still forgivable, but 2 days? C'mon! Please pause grocery deliveries then fix your system and your delivery service companies. We will use other service for the meantime or just pick up our own groceries. But just STOP giving paying customers false hopes that their items will arrive. Admit that you suck at this, regroup and do better. Not a single review site gave you more than 2 stars and I should have checked first.
I ordered a set of chairs from Walmart that came with the wrong screws and some missing pieces. I called Walmart customer service, and at the first moment, they said they couldn't find my order and would investigate and contact me within 48 hours. Five days passed, and Walmart never returned me. I called them back, provided the same information regarding my order that I had provided before, and they found my order and product I was referring to immediately. Then they made me wait for a while on the phone and said they had NOTHING to do with the wrong pieces to assemble my chair and I should solve the problem with the manufacturer. They gave me a number to call, and it was wrong! I called them back and asked me for the second time if I wouldn't like to return the product and get a new one, but I said no because 4 of the 6 chairs from the set were correctly assembled and I was already using them. Just 2 of the chairs I couldn't assemble. So they made me wait for a while again and gave me a different number to contact the manufacturer. Now I'm still trying to solve the problem because the manufacturer doesn't answer the phone. I'm trying to solve a very simple problem for more than a month! They should simply deliver me the right screws and pieces, and I would assemble the 2 remaining chairs!
I order a blanket for my friends grand daughters bed and the order showed it went threw but i never got a email saying order has bean paid for and confirmed i waited 1 week nothing and then i called walmart customer service the customer service rep was so $#*!ing useless wurse as bag of tittys she wouldnt make any effort what so ever to lift a $#*!ing finger what so ever and she told to call my credit card company for a refund and i did that and told my credit company at canadian tire bank what had happened and the ladie stephanie at my credit card company told me she had the very samething happen to her to and she was really pissed off as well like i was inface i was so pissed off i told the customer service rep at walmart to go back to her own country and there her english really sucked you could barely understand aword she said thats how horrible it was from start to finish
I purchased 3 wallpapers online on August 12th and to be delivered on the 20th. I received an email that the item was delivered to me on the 17th of August which obviously was a mistake. I then called them and told me to wait because arrival date is not until the 20th. So I waited and still never received my order. I called again been told they were going to escalate the concern and contact the courier. I then called the courier and was promised this was going to be delivered on the 25th of August. And, again, never received anything. Waited until the following week still nothing! I contacted Walmart- every agent I spoke to just told me the concern will be escalated further and to wait longer! To add to that both tracking site of Walmart and the courier has not been updated since the arrival date of my order of August 20th. Nobody seems to know what is going on and where the items have gone. It is now September, I guess the expected delivery date is really sometime next year. After a long wait I get an email that they are unable to deliver the items. How can the items be shipped and all of the sudden unable to be delivered after nearly 3 weeks? I will be ordering this elsewhere where I am guaranteed I will be receiving my order at a reasonable time frame.

Answer: They appeared to have a patio table to fit on our balcony. The delivered item was a bigger size which did not fit. We have been unable to return it although we cannot use it and it us bigger than advertised.
