PayPal is USELESS, WORTHLESS, and UNTRUSTWORTHY
PayPal is USELESS, and allows sellers on its platform to commit FRAUD, by refusing to enforce both the seller's return policies and PayPal's own "Buyer Protection" policies. PayPal is a JOKE and is complicit in seller's FRAUDULENT SCHEMES!
I filed claim number PP-R-MZB-*******. The seller had a 30 day return policy. I emailed the seller, who provided a Canad Post return label, and the items were returned after only 5 days, with verification of a signature by the seller. Now the seller is refusing to refund my money after they got their product back, and PayPal seems quite ok with that.
I'm deleting my PayPal account and calling VISA to re-issue any cards that were associated with my Paypal account as I CANNOT TRUST PayPal to be an Honest Broker.
I suggest you DELETE your PayPal account and put that WORTHLESS company out of business!

DON’T do business with PayPal. It is a scam with their “buyer protection” and should really be called “seller fraud complicity”.

Returned items to Kits using a return label that they provided, and have proof that they received the items. Items returned within 5 days of their 30 da return policy. They refuse to issue a refund and have both my money and their product back. Do NOT trust Kits.

Where is my order? Why is there no indication as to an expected delivery date? I'm disappointed and unhappy and won't be buying from you again!
Also, Clearly.ca allows for Direct Billing to insurance, so that the customer only has to pay the balance of what's not covered. Why don't you do that?
And on Clearly.ca, I have hundreds of lens choices (several mirror tints, solid tints, transitions, etc), and with kits.ca I have two choices.…grey or brown.
If you want to be limited, pay more, and wonder where your order is, buy with kits.ca, otherwise, buy at CLEARLY.CA!

Bought a pair of premium Ray Ban prescription sun glasses with a blue mirror tint on marble frames and they look amazing. All my colleagues at work are jealous! Slight billing issue with insurance was resolved quickly by Benedicte and I'm a happy customer who has been buying glasses from Clearly for over 10 years. Why go to a store when you get this type of service from the couch? Thanks Benedicte!

I ordered a patio set from Walmart, which comes in two boxes, a large box for the table, and a separate large box for the chairs. This company was hired by Walmart to deliver my purchase. The delivery was extremely unprofessional and disrespectfully conducted. We put a notice on the door that we were home and two cars were in our driveway. In any event, the delivery was conducted by two employees, who threw the box with the table on the porch, never rang the doorbell to notify us that the delivery was made, and they failed to deliver the second box containing the 6 patio chairs.
The idiotic delivery guys did take the time to take a picture of the box on the porch, as proof that the delivery had been made.
We waited all day at home for the delivery, and lost a day's pay. Then this company notified Walmart that the delivery had been made, which caused Walmart to issue a receipt that stated we received our complete order, which was completely false.
When I contacted this company for an explanation of where the other part of the order was, and why it had not been delivered, all I got was the run-around and no answers.
We have still yet to receive our complete order. I have spent several hours on the phone with this company, Walmart, and visa, in order to resolve a problem caused by this company alone.
They are unreliable, and unprofessional, which is why they have a 1 star rating out of 23 reviews, and a c- rating by the BBB. They should be out of business. Who would trust these morons with delivering anything?
