I bought tickets to Australia v England in Sydney in good faith. I turned up with my family to the game to be turned away because the seller had refunded the tickets so what I had purchased was useless. The name of the seller was Chris Hrones and I have been defrauded by viagago. Do not use this website it is theft

Horrible

I didn't receive my tickets in Romania (even if I paid for transport), then they gave me replacement tickets which were on the last row (even if they were supposed to be at least as good as my original tickets), I had to go and take the new tickets (they didn't want to send them at my UK adress) and I didn't receive my delivery money. I also spent 3 hours at phone because all the e-mails from them were useless.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM VIAGOGO!

Scam

They sent tickets for the wrong event... After nearly two weeks of trying to get them to fix it, all I get is the oops reply. No answer to my request for a refund, with 48 hrs left I have no choice but to buy new tickets.

I ordered tickets, but being my first time at this thought everyone of the ticket marketplace were the same. Very nieve. I thought it a lot of money but no experience of costs so just thought that was the price ot service. How wrong I was. Taken for a fool is how I feel having paid almost £ 100 pounds over others. Tried to get a refund was told they could sell them but even take commission on that. Credit card company could not help out. So stuck with two very expensive tickets and a very upset husband. Who is annoyed at my nievity. They were a treat as my husband follows Brian Cox on tv.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Big scam

This website is a big scam, they just rip me off with 700 eurs.
I also got the:"oops there is something wrong with your order but don't worry,,,,,"
Let's all do something about it that, maybe a class action if any body knows how to do it.
First of all write about it where ever you can, facebook etc...
Lets not give up!

I sold tickets through it, high commission rates, they do not fully refund you even for the super-expensive shipment method they demand you to use in post and there is no human support system, only automatic copy-paste robotic emails, that answer irrelevantly to your question

I bought 2 tickets from these thieves for my sons Christmas present on December 2015, concert is tomorrow and I still have not received tickets. I paid extra for secure postage now being told they will email me collection details bit now not replying to emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have never had tickets issues ever before.

I've sold nearly a three weeks ago the tickets on viagogo and still hasn't received the money and answer from their side :(

A few months ago, I wrote a bad review out of complete frustration regarding trying to reach someone at Viagogo regarding my inability to attend an event out of the country, selling my tickets and getting reimbursement. It was near impossible to reach anyone.
However, now the event is over and my tickets WERE in fact sold and delivered to the buyers, I have today received the money back into my account/US dollars - their policy being to reimburse AFTER the event is held. It has only been one week since the event and I have received the money transfer in an informative, timely fashion. Honestly I was never optimistic this would happen but I'm a believer now. Don't give up trying to reach them, at the end of the day, they do their job - and I could not be more grateful. For sure, they are definitely NOT a scam.

I have figured out that I got ripped off, thankfully I caught before Oct event, still so sad I wanted to see show with my daughter. :( thanks Viagogo https://www.econsumer.gov/privacypolicy#crnt
FYI only phones are in UK and Switz. The link above is for the federal trade commission. I have also contacted my local news channel I am not going to let someone try and take me for this much money, try again.

My wife bought Cold Play tickets for June 12th in Zurich from Viagogo. Unfortunately she picked the first result that was returned on Google when she searched for tickets without checking any other providers.

We paid 460 francs for 2 tickets. The face value on the tickets is 126.75 or 254 frabncs for 2 tickets. Viagogo charged over 200 francs extra on top of the face value - almost double the cost of the tickets!

It was very disappointing when we realised that our friends that had bought from honest trustworthy providers had paid nearly half the price we had for the exact same tickets.

My advice is to avoid this provider - what they are doing is legal (I presume) but their model seems to focus on charging ridiculous charges and inflated prices and hope that they manage to catch some unsuspecting people who don't know to compare ticket prices.

I bought 6 Sa/Ireland tickets for the rugby on the day they were released at a "special" price over 1,000 each tickets were sent and I saw the face value was 600. The tickets also had a name on all of them, and the cover letter said they were valid and no I'd would be needed. Now these were sent by email what happens if the named person with id turns up? I have been in correspondence with viagogo about the price and was told"read the small print" and there would be now problem with seats and the seller only got his money after the event, have copies of emails but what happens if there is a problem on day. To add insult to injury recently I checked computicket and yes 6 consecutive tickets in the area I wanted available at 600 each. Will I use them again? Think not.

Ripped off

My husband bought me Rod Stewart tickets for my birthday. He phoned to book the tickets the minute they went on sale. He bought 2 tickets at nearly £100 each, plus booking fees plus delivery costs. He was pleased to have got me good seats. However, when the tickets arrived they were face value £55. So disappointed. Right up in the back of the arena.
My husband tried contacting them but no one returned his call. He emailed them and just got a standard reply.
We would never use them again and would advise anyone else not to.

Purchased tickets, then sold tickets as couldn't attend sport game. System mixed up my Gold for Silver, undersold each ticket by $200, contacted Viagogo several times before finally receiving to say -bad luck, you need to fill the purchase order and take the loss, if not you will be fined'. I asked what the fine is and was told 3 times 'we don't know'. I guess they decide when they pull a number out of the hat. I feel sorry for the purchaser waiting for these tickets but am unable to contact them to offer better seat tickets, they refuse me permission for that. Dreadful, horrible site - DO NOT USEW THEM EVER!

Disgrace

Ordered tickets for Spengsteen 5 mins after they went on public sale because all the tickets appear to have been bought by scam agencies like Viagogo. Paid 2 times price of ticket nick a 60 pound online booking fee... Seriously. 2 days before event they sent ticket to wrong address. Stress but friends helped me get them. 6 emails unanswered. No phone. Will NEVER NEVER use this bunch of tossers again.

Total scam

I paid over £200 in early April for two Van Morrison tickets. Not only is this way over face value but I have not received them. Viagogo say I was sent them and that I signed for them and only after numerous complaints have they agreed I have not received them but that they were sent to Milan. Despite me asking for courier detail s so I can look into it they refuse to give them. It's impossible to email them direct or speak to anyone on the phone to try and resolve this. Only after I posted a poor review on FB and other sites did I get an email from them saying they have contacted the courier to 're-send them. This was over ten days ago and they have still not arrived. Still no name given of courier and now I'm asking for a refund. Do not use. Read other reviews on them only wish I had.

NUFC in Hamburg: No detail in the seat location, row or numbers. Cherges were added at the end:
2 x £1.90
Booking Fee 2 x £29.83
VAT 2 x £5.9

Booking fee says it is for shipping and secure delivery... 2 paper tickets in an envelope and they charge 2 x £29.83? What for, twice the package wight?

Also says '24 hour customer service', can't find an email address or phone number. Had to google how to contact them... Bad reviews... there are lots of better sites who don't charge as much...
