We're so devastated by this horrible experience. Went all the way to the arena. Stood in the long line in the cold. Only to find out at the security gate that someone had already used our Chris Rock tickets. I hope that a**hole dies a horrible death. It's just not right to put innocent people through this kind of devastating scam. We paid $440 for those tickets which was more than the actual ticket prices. But all sold out so we bought from viagogo without knowing our horrible fate. The worst website ever. I hope viagogo gets hacked and wiped off the face of the cyber planet.

If i could rate them negative i would. Bought tickets for Adele's final concert but could not go. Tried to resale through the site weeks before the event just for my tix to arrive at my house a week before the event? Mind you i live in california and was wondering why did they even send them. Found out i paid 4 times the face value! Still, was sent an email a day later saying i could send them back no charge and i could relist on the site. I hit the link to start the process just to see that the date is too near to resale the tix. I bought 2. I'm down nearly $1000 after this whole experience. NO ONE to talk to live. It's all down through preselected email q and a which never really address your issue. HORRIBLE SITE! HORRIBLE COMPANY! I wish i had done more research on them before i spent money.

Will never use them again and warn others not to use them either! Thought this site was reputable but it was only the day of the event (after I had left to travel to the event) that I got an email saying the seller had uploaded the wrong tickets. Received new ticket link too late. Arrived at arena only to be told my ticket was not valid. Filled out ticketmaster.nd form to validate this but there is no way to submit a complaint to viagogo - just a help center that is no help at all as contact link is not a link!

Charge me DOUBLE what the tickets were worth, charged me $90 in fees for 3 tickets, for a half empty game that they said tickets were selling for "so fast," Also, getting the tickets was highly inconvenient, and they would not let me resell because their system is foolproof for not actually letting you resell your tickets since they don't provide you with any sort of tickets until about 2 hours before the game. Also, the time on the tickets was wrong by 3 and a half HOURS. Horrible site, do not buy from here ever.

Just received a casual email from Chloe of Viagogo telling me that the tickets they sold me are not actually available. Yes they say they'll give me a refund. Great. What they won't refund is the flights and hotels I've also booked.

So they took my money for 2 months for tickets they had no right to sell, then 2 weeks before the gig, way too late to make other arrangements, they finally come clean and admit they never had any tickets to sell.

Please stay well away from this company. Don't make an expensive mistake like I did.

I am utterly disappointed. I bought 3 tickets to see the Stone Roses for my mum and her friends. After countless weeks of me reassuring my mum that these were from a legit website I had to wait until the day before to relieve my e-tickets which were promised no later than 3 days before the event.

I phoned the number on Google which is listed as a Swiss hq. Turns out it's actually a London number.

The woman I spoke to was very helpful in telling me that my seller couldn't upload the tickets on time so they were searching for some replacements. This was my first time hearing this news, 24 hours before the event, and considering I received my new replacements (which were in the exact location of the oldies) shortly after, it's just seemed like an excuse.

The email stated that I now had to pick my tickets up from the venue with no information about how to go about this exactly. So I wrote back with some questions which NEVER GOT A RESPONSE and printed off my email with my listing I'd and order number and gave it to my mum to pick up her tickets. In doing this my mum was informed that the tickets were INVALID and they COULD NOT ACCEPT THEM.

Again I phoned customer service to a very helpful woman who informed me that there is a different order number with the replacement tickets and that's why they were invalid. However there was absolutly no evidence of a new order number on any of my email receipts. They woman was incredibly apologetic about the fact that no one answered my email which would have resolved the issue before it had become and even offered to look for some last minute replacements so my mum could still enjoy her present. Her attitude and service was absolutely great regardless of my disappointing experience.
