- Don't trust generic "Lower/Upper" descriptions I do not recommend this website however order at your own risk! They are scammers and will not take responsibilities and the Fan Protection Act is also not applicable.

They don't deliver tickets, I bought and only 6 months after I could contact them, they just told me that the seller could not fulfill the order, and they deny a refund, is terrible

I purchased last minute e-tickets@ 6:39pm for the 7:45pm Nations League game between Portugal and Denmark. It was an extremely easy process, good price and the seats were great.
Had tried 3 different sites but the prices were too high and/or the seating location would only be revealed after the purchase.

All good, I recommend the web site 100%. No problem with the transaction, zero issue with the tickets.

I was super anxious when I bought the ticket from here, worry if it could be a scam. Luckily, the seller transferred the ticket to me in an hour! I had fun. I guess it depends on the seller too if they will send you the ticket soon enough to not make you go crazy.

The website guides you trough the process super easily. Was super lucky to get tickets for Sabrina 2 weeks before the show!

Purchased tickets for The Eagles at the Sphere in Las Vegas. Tickets came via email ready to download into my Ticketmaster account. Upon doing so, the tickets had already been accepted by another email. I went through every troubleshoot before contacting Vivago 48 hrs before the Concert (received email for tickets 4 hours prior to contacting) and I provided all the information and screenshots to escalated the situation. I was assured by the customer service rep and via email they would have it resolved before the concert. I was never contacted again. I emailed several times. Still escalating and they were doing it. I finally called again 4 hours prior to the concert and was on the phone with them all the way until 10 minutes before the concert began (not doors opening, the start) and was told they would refund my tickets at a later date (unknown). No replacement opportunity, just you're dumb for using us basically. Worst ticket experience in my 47 years on earth and 500+ shows. Unrealiable service and customer service (India). Buyer beware. DO NOT USE VIVAGO FOR TICKETS!

So I bought tickets for Shakira at a concert in Argentina and they made me wait until the last minute to get tickets to never receive the ticket. I am still waiting for a refund and the worst thing is that I had to travel to this location to see Shakira only to be disappointed and waste my time and money. I will never buy from this place again. I'm not even sure how they are allowed to stay in business. I would caution anyone about buying tickets from this fraudulent company or whatever viagogo is. What an awful experience.

After buying two tickets to a concert, we had at three separate times tried to get the tickets transferred and they never appeared. It is now 24 hours before the concert and we finally got someone on the phone who basically said too bad and threatened that if we tried disputing the bill we would lose because they have screenshot proof of the seller sending the tickets (because screenshots are fully trustworthy and could never be spoofed). Mind you these tickets were a collective $700 and their representatives have no empathy whatsoever and if they exhibit any emotion it's hatred and smugness.

Our tickets were supposed to be delivered to us. We waited and they never came. Called customer support and she just said, sorry. She did email us tickets but by now we were late for the game. We asked for some sort of compensation for the inconvenience and being late for the game. She said she would not compensate anything because we received the tickets. I will Never Again use this service

Viagogo is hands down the worst ticketing platform I've ever dealt with. The entire service feels like a scam from start to finish. The website is deliberately complicated, full of glitches, and keeps crashing. When I simply wanted to change the date of my tickets from the 3rd to the 2nd, they flat-out refused and told me my only option was to sell my tickets and buy new ones. Why on earth isn't this a basic feature?

They lure you in with claims of "no fees" on resale, but then hit you with an extortionate £56 fee for selling just TWO tickets. To add insult to injury, they won't even pay me for the sale until 5–8 days after the event, which is in JULY. So they're happy to hold onto my money for months while I'm left in the lurch. It's absolutely disgraceful.

This company is built on deceitful practices and zero regard for customer satisfaction. Avoid Viagogo at all costs—save yourself the frustration, money, and time. It's honestly shocking that they're even allowed to operate. Never again!

Avoid. I had an awfull experience buying rugby tickets. Officials advise not to purchase tickets through the platform due to tickets being overpriced.
As I could not attend the event I tried to resell tickets on Viagogo. Fee was twice charged, to me and potential buyer. Tickets were guaranteed to arrive 4 hours before the event. The same tickets I tried to resell but I had to made them available 48 hours in advance. After that I was blocked and could not advertise them on Viagogo.
I received emails from various apps to create account to get tickets. So confusing process.
If you cannot buy from the official site, avoid Viagogo and other similar providers.

This company claims to have a full "guarantee policy" but it is worthless. My "guaranteed pass" to the event I ordered did not come in time for my event. When I tried to get a refund I was told it was too late because I did not contact them before the event. Terrible rude customer service. This company is a scam.

I purchased a ticket for a concert through Viagogo just a few hours before the event, expecting it to take place in the evening. However, the ticket was delivered 25 minutes after the concert had already started, making it completely unusable. The platform failed to warn that the tickets being sold were for an event that was already in progress.

As a result, I was forced to buy a new ticket at the venue, incurring additional expenses. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, Viagogo refused to issue a refund, relying solely on internal system records that do not reflect the actual situation.

I have also filed an official complaint with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) due to the company's misleading business practices. I am leaving this review to warn other users. Be very cautious when purchasing tickets from this platform, especially on the day of the event.

Horrible experience with F1 tickets. I paid for the tickets 3 months before the event when official sales were still available, but tickets on Viagogo were slightly cheaper. It was the worst decision of my life. I received access to the tickets a few days before the event, and it turned out that we were assigned separate seats with several seats between me and my wife. I reported this to Viagogo immediately. The support insisted that I should return the tickets and they would assign new seats next to each other. I decided to do that, and it was another terrible decision. The tickets were sold for twice the price without my involvement, and I never received my new tickets. I spent few days morning to evening struggling to contact them and sort out this situation. I've heard hundred times I need to be patience… The refund process, of course, takes several business days. In the meantime, I flew from Europe to Abu Dhabi, spent a ridiculous amount of money on a hotel to be close to the race, which I ultimately couldn't attend because of the scammers at Viagogo. The money I lost in this whole operation without seeing the race is about 5,000 USD. I received 200 USD compensation from Viagogo… think a hundred times before entering into any cooperation with this company.

Total fraud; after buying the abu dhabi cold play tickets in Jan 2025 they informed us that they will issue the tickets on the day of the event only. We investigated the case all our friends who bought the tickets from the official website already got the tickets. And we were informed that the tickets from the official website are only the authentic tickets. They robbed 1384€

I purchased two tickets to Sabrina Carpenter for over $600,2 months ago. I paid extra to get really good seats, because it was my daughter's first concert two hours before the show. They sent me an email saying my tickets were no longer available and sent me in seats that were, as far behind the stage as possible. I could not see the stage or even the TV showing the performer singing. I called the representatives and they told me sorry for your inconvenience. There is nothing we can do. They are a complete scam, and I strongly recommend for you not use them.

Not only did I not receive the tickets I purchased, but customer service was not help at all. Live chat is the only option and on several occasions had to wait over 30 minutes for an operator. I was at the event trying to get things straightened out and was told I would receive an email listing replacement options and it never came. I finally the day after got them to agree to a refund, but surprise, surprise it will take 10 business days
