I was scammed and stolen at Vestiaire Collective. My account had suspicious login activity and access was blocked for 3 days. During this blocking period, I stopped receiving communication emails from the platform and someone changed my personal data, including my bank account to receive sales payments. The account was reactivated and no one informed me that the data had changed. Now my last payment ended up in another account that isn't mine. Vestiaria doesn't even respond to me in chat, but responds on other platforms, and when they finally respond, doesn't match the topic and changed the subject, which suggests that they don't want to resolve the problem. How can a blocked account make changes to personal data? This is an inside job! If they still don't answer me or don't resolve this by the end of this week, the next step is the authorities and social media! I want my money! To this day (10/07/2024) this has still not been resolved by them.

Once something sells the process is pretty easy. There are a few negative aspects to the app. Obviously high end designer items gets the majority of attention from the app. And I don't like the wait time between someone making and offer accepting an offer. I have had 8 offers I accepted with no sale. So my item was basically off the market for 2 days while someone just let it sit with no intentions of purchasing. I do not like that at all. They should have at MAXIMUM 3 hours.
