I tried to cancel this order and the seller did not do it. Customer service wouldn't budge. I am stuck with a $2,600 credit card bill now and a watch, in your possession, that I don't need. I've cancelled orders before with no issues in the past.

We understand that you would like to cancel your order for the Chanel Première watch with reference number 51878108.

However, according to our policy, we must inform you that once an order has been placed, cancellation by the buyer is not possible. The buyer may contact the seller to request a cancellation if the item has not yet been shipped; please be aware that cancelling a sale could negatively affect the seller’s status.

Upon reviewing our records, we found that the item was automatically returned to our warehouse because the carrier was unable to deliver it to you. It has since been made available for sale under your account. As per your request, we have notified our team to arrange for it to be shipped back to you, and it has been withdrawn from sale.

It will be dispatched within five working days, and you will receive a notification once it is shipped.

I've been a member of this platform for a couple of months, and ive sold much more than I thought I would. They only take 10% flat fee from each sale which is pretty good, especially in the luxury space. I'm happy with my sales, and overall experience so far with this app.

I had previously asked a question about the size of the bracelet and was referred back to the diameter measurement. The bracelet was way too small and is unwearable. Given it was a consignment item that Vestiaire was responsible for returns should have been allowed. I am now left to resell and cant even reduce to the price I paid because of the selling fees

No not trust or use vestiare, your order is not protected they will not reimburse you if your package is lost. They are scanners and do jot care about customers or sellers. Never purchase anything from them.

Ridiculous to have an enforced authentication fee for a small value item for which there is no market whatsoever for fakes. It just adds expense and a huge delay, both of which were completely unnecessary.
