Terrible terrible terrible! A good idea but doesn't work in practice, zero customer service, no real people, send emails, ignored, nobody takes ownership of a problem, half of links on site do not work, I would NEVER sell anything through them the commission is astronomical about 30% and they do nothing for that... My worst ever E commerce experience, just a huge headache. AVOID

For all the glitz and glamour of designer clothing bargains this site should be fantastic.

But it is not, there is zero customer service, if you send an email in then it will be ignored never answered as for phoning why bother it will not be answered, the red tape and hoops to jump through just to get your bought your newly payed for owned clothing to the post office, just dire.

This is possibly the most awful e-retail experience I have ever had in 13 years online.

Avoid.

My buying experience was so bad I will never use this company again does not matter what the bargain is. If I can I will sue the living daylights out of them for breach of there own T&C's.
