Shipping was quick even during the month of December. The quality of my item was great and it looked even better in person. I will absolutely be ordering more from Vampire Freaks.
VampireFreaks is great! Every item I have gotten is good quality and their size charts are actually accurate. They also have very fast shipping and I've purchased from them a couple times now with no issues whatsoever. They also reach back out through email to make sure you got your packages!
Shopping and ordering was very easy! I just think a few more notifications about shipping just to stay consistent would be nice.
It all fit as expected will probably order more stuff shipping took a little longer than expected to send out but once shipped it was quick

Everything was great, all items arrived, the only thing was the customs charges which are so much and as the items are already expensive I would only purchase for special occasions.
But regarding the shop it is great and the items are great quality.

Needed and exchange for a pair of pants for a smaller size, and they were so helpful and even when they didn't have the same item in a different size they even asked if there was a different item I wanted, but they were able to find the last pair in the size I wanted, and sent it very quickly, they even checked to make sure that I received my item. I am absolutely thrilled with the shirts I got from VampireFreaks! I have to wear long sleeved shirts due to my sun allergy and I was so excited to find so many shirts with the things I love! I've never been able to find anything else like this! Definitely will be a favorite shop from now on!
