Poorly run and dysfunctional company. When you call them, a Chinese person answers with broken English. Deliveries are usually either late of delayed. Unreliable. Use Fedex instead.
UPS emailed telling me the delivery time was from 12:15 to 4:15. But when I checked tracking page, it showed me 7:00pm. It was a signature required delivery so I had to stay home all day because the delivery time is not accurate. I waited all day and I did not get it until 8:15 pm. Horrible service!
Had two packages that was supposed to be delivered on Friday. The driver didn't deliver slap ticket on door and left. My daughter waiting all day just this Bull$#*! $#*! company not to do there job. Then I still have keep chasing my packages. I really hate I even considered you. FedEx was close and thought I would take a chance. Should have followed my first mind. I recently ordered a pair of golf clubs from a seller in Tennessee, and when the package arrived on my doorstep, both ends of the box were torn, or mashed, open, and one long edge of the box was ripped more than half its length. Most of the fault can probably be placed on the sender, as he or she didn't put much effort into taping it closed. However, the condition overall looked like the package had been tossed from the truck on the freeway. I got lucky, though, as the clubs had been wrapped in foam and taped together, sort of, so the mess was salvageable. UPS is terrible!

Like I said more to come.my son just started 3 wks ago with UPS although I tried to warn him from what I've heard from few friends with their kid or other fam members that have worked there and that it was a nightmare and were nightmare to work for. First off I'm going to start recording drivers including BACKING UP in parking lots, etc and other things I would like to bring to UPS corp attn as well as public/media Hang tight and then let them know the BS reason they let my son go. I'm not close to even being done yet. I'm in management and could run this place better than most of them from what I've heard from numerous people. I think their multiple reviews speak for themselves's and did you see how many stars with the multiple reviews? Get your $#*! together UPS, stop taking advantage of these good younger men coming there to work making it sound promising and then terminating them for no good reason esp after telling them they have been doing great! Hang tight…. As I said, more to come! I wanted to add that this happened at the Farmington Mo location!
I am a building contractor and was helping a customer find a matching sink basin for her home. I was surprised to find out the that model had been discontinued. After months of searching I finally found one new in box, so I contacted the seller about 800 miles away, and with the price of fuel, decided to have it shipped. When the package arrived it looked okay on the outside, but upon opening it was smashed to bits. Obviously no care whatever was taken in handling the fragile porcelain fixture. They are currently reviewing the claim, but that not the point, there is not another one available…anywhere. Similar things have happened with other items in the past. Do not use this company for fragile items!
A fun job for people who love to manage a small group of 2-4 people and wake up and 2am. You only get 4-6 hour days because it part-time but it comes with full-time benefits!
I have been waiting for my parcel from last two month and i have called customer service 5 times but there is no proper response. My agent who shipped the parcel from my country has told me that duty fees is pending and i don't know where i have to pay that dam fees. This driving me crazy.

I ordered saddlebags for my Harley from Amazon... was supposed to be delivered Monday July 4,2022... never came... i called and was told it would be delivered the following day, Tuesday (today)... the lying diver claimed he/she attempted delivery at 1:39pm... i was home all day waiting for the package! Lying scumbag! Now it's changed to Wednesday.
My theory is this... every time i order something weighing more than 50-60lbs and in a large box from Amazon, the first two so-called attempts never succeed because i believe the lazy drivers don't want to carry the parcel up to my apartment. They leave the parcel in the truck and don't even attempt to deliver it until a newbie driver gets stuck with it... they will lie and claim no-one was home/ wrong address, etc etc... this $hit has to stop! I am filing an official complaint regarding this nonsense. This company should be shut down for fraudulent activities!
I wanted to send a package to South Korea to my friend and I went to the Los Angeles store in Larchmont to send out the package. Granted the store personnel was nice, he wasn't all that knowledgeable about the verbiage that I needed to fill out on the customs forms. I paid $805. At first I tried to create a label online but it was impossible to get past certain parts and I ended up needing further assistance.
I was told that my package would arrive expedited on a Wednesday; however, I received a text from my friend saying that customs from South Korea were demanding 400 won at the rate of 513% for items I was sending. Pancake mix and baked goods!
I flipped an immediately called my bank ( that's a whole different topic) the UPS rep in Korea then told my friend that if she didn't fork up that additional cost, then 1. I wouldn't have it returned back to me 2. She just doesn't get it and 3. They'll sort through everything and chage her per item plus a sorting charge.
All this because I was not told about the insurance I had placed on the package. I contacted every single department demanding that they release my package to my friend and then when I was told to change my insurance claim by another employee is when my friend received the items several days later.
As much as I enjoy the delivery guys who deliver to my office, the company as a whole is sh! T and I will never use them again. They exploit people with absolutely no shame or integrity.
UPS tried to deliver my package on 6. 30. 22, but I wasn't home. The package contained a $2,000 item that was insured so a signature was required. The note that they put on my door stated that they would deliver on the next business day, which would have been Friday. I stayed home all day, but they didn't deliver. On Saturday I contacted their off-shore customer support, Fern PZD5JSN, and after some time on the phone he said it would be delivered between 6-8 that evening. On Sunday, after not receiving it on Saturday, I went online to check tracking and there was no delivery day shown. On Monday, July 4,2022 tracking showed it's to be delivered on Tuesday before 7 PM. We'll see if it shows up today.

THEY REALY DON`T CARE FOR US CUSTOMERS. I SEE ALOT OF BIG COMPANIES GOING UNDER. MAYBE IN THE SHORT FUTURE UPS WILL FILL FOR BANKRUPTCY. THEY DESIRVE IT.
I can not get in touch with a representative. My package is missing and they won't let me file a claim or speak to a human! Worst delivery company I have ever dealt with.
Don't trust UPS. They are dishonest and incompetent!. Was expecting to receive 5 packages on Monday, never turned up. Phoned customer service. Took 45 mins to get through. Then 2 boxes turned up on Tuesday morning. Was told the rest would turn later in the day. Nothing came. Waited late. Phoned again and again, was passed around or hung up on. On Wed one box turned up. No information given on the rest of the boxes. It's late Wed and still no information. Will never use this company again.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. With all of the shipping services out there, I have no clue why anyone would use UPS. Honestly, I'm baffled by how they are still in business. I've never, and I truly mean never, have had a good experience with UPS. My most recent experience was the last straw and honestly if a company uses their services to ship, I'll look elsewhere from now on. The seller dropped my package off on the 27th, by the 28th UPS had lost my package. It literally never left their facility and it got lost. How incompetent can a company be? On top of that, dealing with their phone system is a true nightmare from hell. But when you do finally get in touch with a representative, they are literally just glorified secretaries. They can't research anything for you or help you in any way. An investigation into a lost package takes 8 business days to even begin. When asking if you can put a complaint and have a higher up get in touch with you, your met with a no but are told that they can request someone reach out to you within 3-5 business days…….
