Received my package yesterday Outside had a hole in it and was all taped up. Opened it to find 6 out of 13 t-shirts destroyed. Holes ripped in them and grease or something all over them. Outside of package said manager check. For what?

I am going on holiday and have ordered some more summery clothing for it, I ordered with two different companies 1 week ago and paid £10 "express" postage for each (£20 total) after receiving multiple messages stating that the items would be arriving tomorrow, every single day after ordering them, and never receiving the items I called customer services, which basically are there because they legally have to, customer services can do nothing about deliveries, they cannot even get ahold of the depots, I have been I'm contact with a customer service manager who is as much help as any person off the street could be. They do nothing but provide excuses to why I have been receiving these messages literally lying to me saying my items would be delivered "tomorrow" for 7 days in a row now, rather than trying to change anything and being shocked and disgusted by the services I have received, they clearly know the issues and expect them and do nothing to change them. I am fed up, will never be ordering "express" delivery by this scamming company.

How are they in business?

How in the world this company is in business and has a net worth of 183 million in beyond me! Customer service is absolutely horrible, their solution for everything is wait another hour. Spent 8 hours of my Saturday trying to track down a package delivered to my work. The answer was always wait another hour until it was sorry there are no more trucks on the road looks like it will be delivered Monday. I would recommend that if you have to call customer service use two phones sometimes you can get shorter wait times and the possibility that you get an agent that is helpful is about 25% of the time (you can trust my statistic because I had to call 8+ times yesterday). Also, if you stay on the line after the call to leave a review they will ask you to explain why you gave those rating, then while you are explaining your situation it will cut you off and say there was an issue with submitting your review. People continue to give them business so why should they care or make improvements. But I for one am not one of those people. Yesterday is the last day I will ever use or deal with UPS again.

Terrible Service

I had ordered a very expensive item from Italy and the staff 'lost' my item at the pick up point. Bad communication throughout. Not happy with the service at all.

Absolute worst!

Told them in the in the beginning no one would be home to accept the package until after 4:00pm. Yet every day they would come early in the morning. Every afternoon I would talk to UPS and was told every time that my package would arrive around 5:00pm the next day. This happened three days in a row. Then they returned to sender. Absolute worst company.

Ultra Slow Shipping

Ultra slow shipping speed. It's taking more than one week to deliver - yes, I'm still waiting up to now. It sat in Texas for 3 days and now it's sitting in Los Angeles the whole day with no movement. I suggest using the good old post office if you're in a rush and just buy insurance if you're concerned about losing the package.

Delivery

I ordered 4 days ago a kit for nails and I was supposedly going to receive it today. Once the UPS driver comes, he parks outside the gate; since it's a gated community, and just sits there for a good 5 mins acting as if he was trying to get it after that he leaves and says that he tried to come to my door and deliver it when he didn't. I now have to wait 2 more days so that they can "try" again. $#*! you guys worst $#*! ever

Garbage company

Do anything you can NOT to use UPS! Many of my packages have gone missing. They take no responsibility for their awful services. Save your money and use another service.

Terrible service. Booked a parcel for pick up. Paid for the service, filling in all details, going from UK to Portugal, including asking for all customs, etc. charges to be charged to ME. Sender (ie. Person who did not book or pay for the parcel) charged weeks later for "taxes and duties" even after I myself as the receiver in Portugal had already been charged almost the same customs charges than the value of the parcel! Tried contacting UPS in EVERY way - Facebook, phone, etc. get passed around but NOT ONE EMPLOYEE CAN EXPLAIN THE SECOND CHARGES ISSUED TO THE PERSON IN THE UK. TOTALLY ILLEGAL - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Sent legal documents from Vancouver, Canada to Chicago on Monday July 18. Was informed by the UPS store guy that will be guaranteed delivered next day before 12:00 Noon. No one said anything about customs delays etc. Documents had to be in Chicago by Wednesday 10:30 AM. Its Thursday July 21 and the documents are still in Louisville, KY UPS office. I don't need the documents anymore, called for a refund since it was a guaranteed delivery and told them to destroy the documents as they carry no value now. UPS refused to take any responsibility, blamed the UPS store guy, Canadian people, customs, just about everybody but refused to take responsibility and of course no refund. So much for GUARANTEED delivery.

Every 3 weeks i ordered product to be delivered to my home …every 3 weeks i get a text and email stating when my delivery will be made. I ordered 2 in 3 weeks to counter UPS changing my delivery date every 3 weeks they change it if the Thursday driver doesn't want to deliver it. Throws it onto the Friday truck even then if the UPS driver wants to skip my delivery he is allowed one month my delivery date changed 4 days in a roll. I asked Corporate UPS about this they said if the driver feels a threat or scared to go to that address then he or she is allowed to skip it. I have never had an unkind word with these lazy so called professionals. Today drove right by my house and went to see that yep change of delivery email with text saying Delivery reschedule for Friday 22,2022 if the worthless driver doesn't want to deliver on Friday will be on monday truck this has happened over and over. I've never given the Driver the gratification of his actions upsetting me and am always very super duper nice to them. This pisses them off even more. The driver last month asked me why i am so happy all the time. So i explained …i'm 54 and been retired for 6 yrs. I go and travel see grandchildren and just enjoy life. Yeah right, He replied. Every time they come they don't speak no matter any questions i ask …how's your day, wonderful day today, thank you so much buddy don't die of the heat out there would you like a bottle of cold water…. Nothing not a no thank you or yes…or just a no would be ok. The product i order must be signed for …. Is why they hate me cause i providing a great living for them. But unless they can chunk it at your door and run without even knocking they are mad at the world and do everything in their power to try to make it so you have a bad day. And if your happy and ignore the hatefulness of them this really upsets them so so so bad …my wife and i giggle when they leave because they are mad mad mad. Nothing you can do except be super nice video every delivery hoping one says or dose something to chop off his own male organ…it's going to happen swear it…this one driver hates me hates hates hates me …me hey buddy how you doing today i hope great …. Lol it's a game. I'm winning …i'm 6'0 and weigh 145 so look out since i'm so dangerous to be around …lol

Paid for 3-day delivery for a package that is temperature sensitive. Included 4 day ice packs for the ride. Was told that the truck "broke down" 3 days ago so now delivery will take a full 7 days. With the heat the U.S. is experiencing, the contents will be ruined and most likely a customer will be lost. Do they own only one truck in Illinois?!. My business will NEVER use this company again.

My packages normally disappears once it gets to the UPS Headquarter in 1111 Commercial Drive, Port Allen, LA *******. Some of the employees over there are stealing our packages and nothing is being done about it.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I had my birth certificate expedited and was supposed to receive it on a Friday. The driver marked it as "delivery attempted" although there was no delivery attempted. The were to make a second attempt Saturday, same thing, marked as "delivery attempted" but no one came. I called that Monday when they were supposed to make the third and final attempt, and they said that it would be delivered that day and that someone would call me back in 2 hours to follow up. No one called. 2.5 hours later I call again, given the same song and dance, it will be delivered today and someone will follow up in an hour. No one came, no one called. I called again. Now they're telling me at 6:30pm that the driver has 30 more minutes to deliver. No one ever came. Now they're telling me the package is "lost in transit." I honestly think this is super suspicious and think my birth certificate may have been stolen by the UPS driver or something shady, because it doesn't make any sense why they're lying about making attempted deliveries and then suddenly it's lost. I called the shipper and informed them, they sent me another one, against my wishes to send Fed Ex, they sent UPS again. Now UPS is telling me they have no record of this second shipment that's supposed to be delivered today, now Wednesday. I have sent dozens of emails, all telling me the same thing, asking me to contact the shipper, basically telling me to clean up their mess and take responsibility for them losing my mail. I am beyond furious. DO NOT USE UPS. No I am at risk for identity theft. And no one knows where my first or second birth certificate is. $50 gone as well, with no resolution.

Disappointed

I am very disappointed with the service UPS provided during my last shipment. In the past their service was on point. Apparently, this time my package has mysteriously gone missing. I wouldn't have mind so much if this was a regular shipment. However, this shipment was for an occasion on this Saturday. Now on top of working my fingers to the bone for 20 hours I have to give a refund. I actually could have just driven the package myself if I had known all this was gonna happen. The staff showing no compassion is another thing that's bothering me. I was provided a phone number that no one has answered in 3 days. That's called the "run around". Thanks UPS!
